I'm showing grace because the restaurant has only been open three days, but I have to keep it real. Sigh... The young lady who took our order was very timid and we had a difficult time hearing her over the music. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Speaking of, they play uncensored hip hop which is cool for adults, not so much for small kids...who would frequent such an establishment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I thought this was odd. It took about an hour for our food, and there were no mistakes with what we ordered. The wings were hard and chewy. We could not eat them. The fries were good, and the burgers were ok. This place most certainly did not live up to the insta-hype. I'm suspecting that the blogger I follow was paid because ain't no way this is "one of the best burgers in DFW." [[HIGHLIGHT]]Be warned, this is not an eat-in restaurant. There is a counter against the window, but not where you would want to dine with the crowd.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Perhaps they are just understaffed and overworked due to the blogger's recommendation.

Management is very cool and the cook was very helpful. These had the Cajun seasoning on there and I loved it. I was be back for sure. It's hard to find a good Cajun seasoning for wings. It was on my wings and fries so I was hype.

We tried the Mikkey Hamburger and Mikkey Cheeseburger. The meat was seasoned well. These are simplistic burgers so nothing fancy about them. Overall they were decent. I do disagree with the burgers not automatically coming with fries for the price. The fries on the other hand were not. They tasted old and overcooked. Also they didn't even make it out the door before they were cold. I was excited because they appear to be hand cut but they didn't taste like it. We also had an Oreo shake which was good. I think with a few improvements to the fries, the rating could be better. The service was efficient and the food did come out within reason.

Ash's hot Butter Lemon Pepper wings and the little cheeseburger

The burger was very good and the buttered/grilled buns completed it. The hot butter lemon pepper wings on the other hand did not have enough sauce or lemon pepper. My order came out pretty fast. The cashier and cook that brought out my food were both great and had smiling faces. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even though the restroom was out of order the place had good music and would recommend others to try it out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Fries were cold no salt but sugar on my fries that's kinda weird

Burger was suppose to have cheese and bacon it has neither. [[HIGHLIGHT]]That environment was good but food is poor won't be returning again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Food is terrible and service was slow. Way too overhyped on social media. Not everything is what it appears to be. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Chapps has good customer service every time I present myself and the size of the burgers have some weight to it. You can choose your own burger or pick from Cahoos favorites like the Bacon Cheeseburger, Mushroom Cheeseburger, or Jalapeño Cheeseburger. They also have salads and kids meals to add variety to their menu. There is plenty of seating here and it's never really busy during the weekend . Good location and good burgers!

Overall, food was tasty , customer service was great. The wait time was a little long however, the food was fresh so it's understandable. The burgers were better than the chicken sandwiches in my opinion. The grilled chicken breast have a sweetness to them that seemed a little offputting so I couldn't finish the last quarter of my sandwich lol. Now the burgers were really good, Toppings were great and fresh, beef was juicy and flavorful. The fries were delicious but for those that need to watch their sodium intake, I would not recommend the Cajun fries as they were over seasoned with Cajun seasoning. The onion rings were very basic and we did not finish them.

There's a huge yard out back with plenty of picnic tables, which makes it perfect for hanging out when the weather's nice. Inside, the space is small, comfy, and neat. It feels well put together without trying too hard. There's even a fireplace that adds a nice touch--no idea if it's actually working, but it fits the vibe. The staff here really stands out. Super friendly, very polite, and they keep things simple--you order at the corner, grab a seat, and they bring the food out to you. Easy and efficient. I went with the brisket taco, and it delivers. This isn't a tiny street taco--it's loaded. You get brisket, salsa negra, avocado crema, and pickled onions. The balance works really well. The salsa brings some acidity to cut through the fat, while the crema smooths everything out. Every bite comes together nicely. As for the brisket itself, the seasoning is solid but not overly aggressive. Personally, I'd like a bit more bark--it was a little thin for my taste. That said, the smoke ring is very prominent, and you can taste that deeper smoke flavor. Texture-wise, it was very tender--easily cut with a plastic fork. I did catch it later in the afternoon, and the lean slices were just a bit on the dry side for me. Overall, the vibe here is awesome and the tacos are legit. This is a spot I'll definitely be coming back to--looking forward to giving the brisket another shot, plus trying the pork ribs and some sides.
