This little gem has all the things I love! I went there thinking I was going to get a chicken sandwich only but I had to try the carne asada fries , their grilled chicken salad and the yummy milkshake.. it was soo filling but yet my eye is still on the torta haha! Anyways, that was not the case with these guys! Everything was bagged neatly and securely and even staples the top of the bag to hold everything together, classy move. Between the 3 of us we had the Kobe burger protein style (lettuce wrapped), not sauces but hot sauce on the side, Double Decker Burger prepared the same way, and the Pastrami burger no lettuce. First 2 were ordered medium rare, the third medium. They got the order spot on! Being so picky like that I would almost expect a mistake, but it was perfect. Fries were good and plentiful. Even had a deal with a free piece of cheese cake - which I can't speak too but it looked delicious. I'm on the keto diet and this place definitely fit the bill for a big, fresh, quality burger. Super glad I found these guys and will definitely be back. The menu offers Kobe and Angus patties for a steeper price. The picture makes it look like the same thing that we got. Frozen. I'll pass. We opted for the zucchini instead of the regular fries. Nothing special but still ok. Will definitely try the regular fries next time. $9.50 for a meal is not bad considering a foot long, chips, and a drink a couple doors down at Subway would cost you the same thing. I'd rather support the small, local eatery at Burger Bun. The place is tiny and is in the corner of a strip mall. The inside has a cool, casual feel to it.
