I've eaten here many times and have never had an issue. The sauces are absolutely fire. The guacamole sauce, spicy green salsa and red hot sauce all bring something different to the table. Nothing tastes old or like it's been sitting around. Everything tastes fresh and is made with care. This has become our go to spot. We got there around 3:30 pm on a Friday... and there was already a line. They don't even open until 4:30. One of the workers came and told us it would be about an hour wait once they opened, so we decided to stick it out. I brought a book, my husband had his games and stuff to study, so we were prepared to hang out for a bit. We didn't get our food until 6:30 pm so yeah, definitely longer than expected. Everything is made fresh right after you order, so even once you finally get to the front, there's another 10 to 20 minute wait while they assemble everything. Also, each person can only order 2 shawarmas, which makes sense because everyone's already been waiting forever and goes all in. The owner was very friendly hospitable and appreciative that everyone was waiting for their food. The staff were upbeat happy , listening to music and vibing while cooking everything. We ended up getting 4 chicken shawarmas (that's the only option) "Yaz way" which comes with spicy garlic sauce and Jordanian pomegranate molasses, plus the beef tallow fries topped with fresh za'atar.
