The sauce they put in there and give with the fries is the star here! A double burger is kinda the minimum to get a good bread to meat ratio. So with fries and a drink it can get a bit pricey but the food is delicious. Came here on a weekday evening and service was prompt. The fries did come after the burger but it was fine. The burgers taste great with that sauce as mentioned before. There is plenty of parking since it is a food truck and the Smart and Final is there. Highly recommend you try this place if you are nearby. read more

It blows black smoke from its exhaust of the flat tops they cook on. The street and sidewalk is black and sooty from them. You also park longer than what is posted on the parking signs - illegal! You also take up needed parking for the handicapped. If no handicapped parking available I used to park where you and other trucks now park because it is the closest walk. I NEVER see a customer there. Just you owners leaning on your truck smoking - again illegal. Go away!! Find another area with a bigger parking lot. I know the store managers DO NOT LIKE YOU THERE. Don't run off their business and people who like the store BUT NOT YOU!!! Go where you are wanted. You are NOT WANTED ON NORTH CENTRAL!!!!!!! read more

Stopped by for a quick lunch tried the Oklahoma style double with jalapeños . Pattie's smashed good to get the crisp burnt edges and get some flavors from the meat. Seasoned good Mozzarella sticks pretty sure are not made in house frozen for sure but it was whatever. read more

Oh damn this GOOOOOD! Tonight, decided to have fun Saturday night and go on a night of of burger hopping. We went to Chris and Eddy's, and Chopped Cheese and then searched on Google for what else was open at 12:30 AM. Smashy Burger was open and it's a street vendor and this is exceptional. Perfectly cooked smash burgers with tons of cheese and the sauce is tangy and rich and delicious and the bread is soft and the ingredients are definitely very fresh. REALLY *REALLY* GOOD. Hey guys, I promise that I would write you a review so here it is. I hadn't been to Glendale in many years and so when I saw some people gathered around the lunch truck right in front of Ralph's, I got curious and started to investigate. One thing led to another, and I had a pleasant conversation With some highschoolers and it reminded me of how I grew up in that city. Suffice it to say it was a very nostalgic experience. I started to see some of the food come out from the truck from other people's orders and my appetite started to increase. I ordered a sausage hotdog spicy and I also tried one of their burgers that had a bunch of mushrooms on it, and I added a mountain of onions on top of that. All the food was easy to eat, nice and warm and soft and juicy. I washed it down with a mineral water and I was a happy camper. It's unfortunate. I don't have some pictures. Maybe next time I go. I'll take a few and I'll add it to this review. I was there during the evening time and the surroundings were nice and quiet. Much more calm than the busy streets of Los Angeles and downtown. And I was grateful that there were some standing tables outside to put our food on and munch out. read more

I tried this burger when they just opened and loved it so much. Unfortunately, on my day off this place is closed, but I'll be your loyal customer in late evenings during your work days. Being a professional cook for more than 15 years I can say that this burger was made to perfection. The chicken itself was juicy, and the breading was lighter than expected--not overly thick or heavy like some hot chicken places. I also tried the churro, which seems to have quite a following. Maybe I caught it on an off day, but mine was dense, greasy, and much heavier than I expected based on other reviews. Overall, it wasn't bad, but it also didn't quite live up to the hype. For hot chicken, I think Dave's Hot Chicken does a better job with both flavor and consistency. Even Chick-fil-A tends to be more reliable when it comes to getting the order right. Not rushing back, but not swearing it off either.
