Wish I could rate with a negative number!!!! The manager at the Livingston road BK is beyond rude, disrespectful, and of no help. I asked the cashier for my sandwich to be cut in half (since there's no way to request that thru the app). The manager yelled from the prep area for the cashier to give me a plastic knife to cut the sandwich myself. After some back and forth I asked for a refund. She did not assist but rather said I'd have to go thru the app since I ordered through the app. I asked for her assistance but she was not helpful. I was still hungry lol so I went to another Burger King. At that BK the manager said she's heard bad reviews from 3 customers about the Livingston Road BK Manager. The customers opted to go to her BK in another county and further from their homes so as not to deal with that manager. The manager (CiCi) was not always rude like this. If I could give it a 0 I would! Just stood in line for over 15min on a Sat. to get breakfast and the line was 10ppl deep. Finally when 2ppl in front of me were getting close, they were turned down exactly at 11am before I even got to the front! And they had been waiting for closer to 20min! All while the service was slow, the girl at the front kept walking away and took forever to get ppls orders in!! We were all pissed and had every right to be! Deplorable service at this location. I even witnessed a woman ask for a manager who took her precious time coming out to address the woman's issue which was that many of the tables were filthy and it wasn't even lunch time yet! I ordered a 5 piece chicken strips. I get home and open the box , there are 4 full sized strips in the box and on that is about 1/2inch long. I live in Accokeek and work in Fort Washington so this is the closest Burger King to me. Every time I come to the Accokeek location I am disappointed but I try and give it another chance after a few months. Nothing has changed. The service is super slow although there are several people working. This indicates poor management of the workforce. My order has never been right, EVER and the hamburgers are just thrown together. Today I went inside after being in the drive-thru line forever because my order was wrong yet again. The young man who helped me at the front counter was very professional and attentive to my concern. The people in the back including what I assumed to be the female manager being loud and super unprofessional with the other staff were all a hot mess. Clearly the general manager of this store has very low standards of who is hired to manage. It impacts every level of this store. Training and high expectations of professional customer service matter. I want be back but I will continue to read the reviews posted. I suggest you do the same. read more

My family order our food and sat in the drive through while the person taking payment messed up the order of the person in front of us. He went and got the manager and instead of the manager asking the woman in front of us to come inside to resolve her issue, they proceed to take the 15 min correcting it while the rest of the cars in the drive thru we honking and frustrated. I've worked at this location but quit awhile ago. This location is very nasty. when the inside closes at ten, the kitchen no longer uses gloves to prepare your food. If you ask for you food to be fresh, they take old food (fish, chicken patties and/or chicken tenders) and just tossed them back in the grease. Certain sandwiches should come with 2 slices of cheese but they will take one slice and break it in half still charging for 2 slices of cheese. I've seen my former co workers drop food on the floor and toss in the grease saying "the heat will kills the germs" . They've served passed it's expiration date. I would recommend if you decide to eat here to order your food inside and watch them prepare it. read more

I walked in the store and was the only customer in the place. No one was at the counter. After a couple of minutes someone in the back area happened to look at the counter. The counter person was a new employee and was having a small problem in working the register. She asked another employee for help. I was the only customer in the place and it took over 5 minutes to get my order; a couple of burgers, some nuggets, and a pie. She handed me my bag. I checked the bag and found a part of the order missing. Rather than tell her what was missing I handed her the bag back and said to check the order to ensure what I ordered was in the bag. I politely explained that this is the most important thing she should know how to do. You don't just hand a bag over to the customer without verifying if everything is there. Being a new employee is no excuse. Working at BK is not rocket science. At this point she seemed lost and confused. Finally the manager jumped in and did what she should have done in the first place. And on top of everything else, the drink area was a mess. There was spillage all over the area, they were out of straws, and the cup covers were scattered all over. The bottom line here is that this is just another common occurrence in this BK. If they are not screwing up your order, they take forever to get it to you. And to make things even worse, when I went online to tell them about my experience, they stated that you are only allowed one entry per month. I had input another experience two weeks ago.
