The male on the order microphone at 6 PM on May 27 at the Pacific Ave. location was not only rude but argumentative and wanted to tell me it was very busy in there. He rang up something I didn't order. When I told him I didn't order that, his attitude was not appreciated. Every time I come here in the AM, I'm told to park and wait even when there is no one else in line. It seems ridiculous that I have to leave an empty line to park so they don't have people at the window. The customer service at this location is sub-par, and I will start finding a different location to get my breakfast. This place is a joke. It says that they're open at 6 o'clock, but 9 times at 10 they are not open at 6 o'clock. Then they give the same excuse every single time when they open at 6:15 or 6:30 that something happened in the cooler. Then you have a manager named Christian, who is on a power trip and is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. Then he acts like a two-year-old and will do stuff that is childish and immature. He has no problem, putting a customer down or being disrespect. Elisa is super sweet and tries to get the store opened at 6 o'clock and she is running around trying to get everything fixed with no help from any other person. I ordered on the app tonight for my family. The first order was missing a whopper. I figured mistakes happen, asked for a refund and ordered more food including another whopper. The second order was missing a whopper also. I called the store and was told by an employee who didn't identify himself that they were shorthanded, corporate didn't care, they were sorry and did I want to come in? I said no because I asked for a refund on the app and I didn't want to double dip. I just told him to slow down so this didn't happen again. He then tells me again that they do t have enough employees to cover. Then says have a nice night and hangs up. I don't like to complain but this isn't how you treat a legitimate complaint. I didn't ask for food, I asked them to be careful so it didn't happen again. I wasn't rude. I can say I won't order from them again. Spent a lot of money and one person can't get that they want. Waited for 10 minutes at the speaker box and the guy couldn't even get our coupon code right. We've repeated it several times, clear as a bell, and he still keep saying the wrong digits. It's a simple 4 digit code and he kept repeating back a 5 digit code nowhere close to what we were saying. All that time wasted at the speaker box made my coupon code time out. We literally wasted 15 minutes waiting for nothing but frustration and a headache. Put away the drugs for 5 seconds so you can do your job. read more

We stopped here during a long road trip and I have to say: I love this place, mostly because there is a patch of grass near the entrance which is populated by a flock giant of geese. They aren't afraid when you walk pretty close to them, but they're not overly aggressive, either. They do honk, and bump into each other sometimes, which is fun to watch. If you love parking lot geese like I do, this place is better than most. (Oh, also: I bought a cup of coffee here. They were nice, and it tasted fine.) read more

Not going to say every person is going to be the same, but the lady who took my order in the Drive-Thru must have had some sort of hearing impairment, because I asked for two Impossible Whoppers--just the burger, and a #4 Meal with a Surge. She asked me like three times what I wanted, claimed she couldn't hear me, and I heard "what, ow!" like she was roughhousing with a coworker. I ended up with three meals and a Sprite. Horrible service very rude cut me off while i was still ordering kept asking if that was all, she was very very annoyed and rude. I believe it was a manager had us pull around out front for our order and they doors had cones because they were cleaning floors so no one could go in. I arrived 10:10pm on my lunch break tonight 9/28/18 and waited to order for almost 10 minutes and honking the horn and never once got a response. She has gotten EVERY SINGLE ORDER WRONG and all she does is laugh about it, not to mention how unprofessional she is. This is one of the poorer BK's around. The service here is usually very trying, however the food comes out pretty slowly and is of very low quality. Check out my pic. The one over in Corvallis does great, and others I have been to. For it being not busy and the food being so poor, I have to give it two stars, and even that is a stretch. I had the worst service here, they charged me for food I didn't order after I told them it was wrong. They could even get a simple drink order right, then they told me to keep the extra drinks witch I didn't want and they wouldn't take them back so I have my hands full with all these drinks because they messed up and wouldn't take the drinks. I get home and not only is my order wrong but my food is cold and I live less then 5 min away so they gave it to me cold. Then I call to talk to a manager and I'm told they are busy and can't help me, no message I can leave the lady was rude. If u want a halfway ok meal then go anywhere else. I will never go back there and I'm going to tell everyone I know not to eat there. I can't believe this type of business is acceptable. It is Oct. 15 2020 and it's my last time going to Burger King. This is by far the worst experience I've had at a Burger King. There was only one civil person working there and it was the one that took our order Jason. The lady working there with long dark hair in a pony tail was rude beyond belief to the other employees there. I'm assuming she was the person in charge but that is NOT how you treat other employees that work there. The whole time my family was there she was yelling at everyone behind the counter. At one point she even announced out loud that she was ready to walk out. Some people had a 30 minute wait just for their order..that the employees forgot to make. At one point someone in back got pissed and smashed something which scared my 5 month old and 17 month old. I will definitely never come back to this Burger King. read more

I used to go here until they started ruining almost every order my husband or I place. We order one spicy chicken fry and one regular and we end up with two spicy chicken fries. Stopped in today while on a job in Albany. Service was quick for how swamped they were and the food tasted great.

Amazed by how lazy, and unmotivated the employees are. Me and my boyfriend went there about a week ago or so, and we got up to the door to go in and order, and they were closed, but people were ordering through the drive through. Need to remind you that we got there at like 8:00 pm, so they shouldn't have been closed. We thought it was a little weird for the doors to be locked and the drive through to be open so early, but we didn't think much of it, and continued on through the drive through. When we got up to the ordering screen, the lady said "hold on a second, we are busy". I've worked in food, and that it not how you talk to a customer. We said "okay...", and waited. When she finally came back on, she said "what do you guys want?". I was like.. "okay, well apparently she isn't having a good day", to my boyfriend. We then try ordering, and I wanted onion rings with my food, not fries, and when he asked for that, she sighed, and said "I guess". We then order our drinks, and at the very end she says " we are out of coke, so y'all have to order something else".. seriously? You're really gonna talk to me like that? So we order something different and eventually get up to the window to pay. When we finally get up there, they take our money, and give us our drink. You can clearly see through the drive through window, and see what the people are doing. This is what set me off over the top. When I looked, the two people working, weren't. They were playing with fidget spinners. They didn't look younger than 22, and they were playing with fidget spinners, instead of making my food that I was paying for. They looked at us, and went back to playing with them instead of making or food. We finally got our food and decided to park out in the lit and eat there since we were hungry and didn't wanna wait to get home. After about 30 minutes of sitting there eating and taking, you can see what looked like to be the manager and another person who worked there carrying safeway bags and laughing. This is unbelievable. I went through the drive through, waited 30 minutes, for horrible service, finally got my food.. To only realize that the store was closed on the inside because the manager went to the store to buy something. I understand that run out of things and need to get them, but does a manager and another person need to get them? No. You could have sent another person to get them to keep the dinning room open. I can't believe how bad everything was there. We are never going back, and I want my money back. read more

If your looking for a great place to have a high cholestrol meal then you will want to come here. Their fries and rings are deep fried and their burgers are flame broiled. They claim that the meat is 100% real beef but it is just like every place else. Their moto is "you get it your way" but that is not always true. They serve you cold fries that taste stale and you have to go to the counter and ask for some fresh ones. read more
