I must give credit where credit is due. After a year or more long absence from this Burger King I ventured out there again today. I was pleasantly surprised that the drive through ran quickly and smoothly. As has always been the case, the employees were moving fast. Some of the nice new changes though- they are speaking clearly at the drive-through and being very courteous. It's always nice when everyone uses "please" and "thank you". The food is still not exactly hot, but it does seem to be warmer than it was. I'm not sure if they don't use warming lamps appropriately (or if the food is just sitting around way too long) but food rarely comes out of this location hot. Of course, Burger King is not exactly where you go when you want quality food . I had my dog with me on my first visit today and they were all super sweet to him, he felt like a superstar. I actually wound up coming twice today because my husband wanted Burger King after he got home, and both times it was the same super experience and the orders were 100% correct. Horrible in every way. The franchisee, GPS Hospitality, doesn't care. I complained to them and they never answered. They own other local chicken franchises that are equally as bad. I walked into this BK and couldn't get any employees attention. The radio was blasting rap music so loud that no one could hear. The counters were filthy. Then the straw that broke the camels back was when I saw an employee reach into the French fry bin with his bare hand a couple times to eat some fries. Everyone I know that's been here said they would never go back. I wish they would just close it down and some other business owner who cares about the community and customers could take over. Tried to place an order at the drive through at 10 pm on a Tuesday. They couldn't take my order for at least 30 minutes for some technical reason unknown but suggested that we order over the app which after ten more minutes of setting up an app and ordering we finally placed an order. The employee brought her very young kids to work and they were climbing all over the tables unsupervised. I actually felt really bad for them as they were too young to be left alone, but they were also disturbing people that were eating and it was gross that they were walking on top of all the tables. At some point the worker left the counter to change a diaper and came right back...that's how young they were. Went through the drive-through. The fries and burger were cold. I was told to pull over and wait 2 to 3 minutes while they made it fresh? Waited almost 20 minutes till I had to go back inside and they were looking around for my bag? Long story short - bad service - bad food - bad franchisee. I have instructed my wife to have my head examined and provide me with a swift kick to the coglione if I ever have the deranged idea to order anything from this Burger King location ever again. I was one of the many who received a T-Mobile Tuesdays perk for a free Whopper sandwich with a $3.00 purchase. I download the offer and the Burger King app before heading to the restaurant. It took over 30-minutes to get the app to work properly that we could place our orders accurately. After triple checking the online orders for accuracy we wait at the counter to have our order numbers called. There is no other patron in line. After a few minutes, the less than congenial counter attendant gives me a nod. I now know it's permissible for me to ask a question about my orders. A few minutes later the orders arrive. I look in both bags. No fries in either sack. I know I paid for them because both fries on on my BK phone app order record. I inform the illustrious BK attendant there's no medium fries. She places two medium fries in a bag and attempts to charge me full boat for them. I tell her I've already paid for them. I must produce conclusive evidence to show the fries are mine. I bring out the two smartphones I've used two place the two separate orders with. I fumble around with the BK app for a minute or two until locating my proof of purchase. The verdict is in. I finally receive the entire order I paid for. There's no paper receipt in either bag so I can't fill out the online survey to properly lambaste the place. Last night we went back there and the managers were a bunch of kids. One girl was scrolling on her cell phone and didn't even acknowledge the fact that they had customers. Another person was playing around with children in the playground area then went back to the kitchen without washing his hands. This happened several times. One worker was on his phone leaning across the counter talking to the minor children while shouting and showing them something on his phone. Another worker grabbed some mozzarella sticks off the tray with his bare hands and put it in a bag. It's funny because during the day, the manager is new and more professional. He makes sure things get done by the book but the night manager (kid) doesn't care. To them it's a place to hang out with his friends and goof around. It felt more like Chuck E Cheese or a daycare with toddlers running around than a business to pick up a quick meal. read more

I haven't eaten at BK in probably close to 10 years. I decided to eat there today and completely regret it. The man working the drive thru was a total jerk and I should of drove away after I heard the way he spoke to the person in front of me, but I didn't. Then, when it was my turn, he was so frustrated with whatever was bothering him, he was saying " Lord Help Me" to his co-workers. I should of said left but, I stayed and let him act like a jerk the entire transaction. Then, I went to eat my burger and the bun was burned but, the burger was cold. The fries were also cold. I will never return to Burger King. The first experience in so many years was represented by a total A hole. I've never had a burned bun from McDonald's. I placed a drive thru order for just an Original Chicken Sandwich and when I got home, opened the sandwich wrap, I saw I strip of chicken, very little lettuce and hardly ant mayo, and it coat about $6.00 bucks; this sandwich was horrible and this is why Burger King is known for poor quality food and service; will not return to this location read more

One of my favorite BKs! They're very accurate and friendly and will go out of their way to ensure that you're happy! I love the menu changes and that they're always trying something new. You can't beat the $0.50 ice cream cone! If you come inside, they've got a great kids area with a bathroom inside the enclosed room. read more

The last three times I've been to this location either they're not open on time, they have a bad attitude, management poorly runs the place and you name it. This location has taken a big step up, especially right after the remodel. Note to the owner: the drive thru team is gaming the timer at the expense of your customers. Even when no cars are behind you in the drive thru they make you pull forward so that the timer stops recording and making it seem like service was completed quicker than it actually was. We all know what we are getting when we order fast food, so this review focuses on comparing this Burger King to other Burger Kings. This is definitely the worst BK restaurant I've ever been to. I've been to the drive-through 6 times now. On one occasion, after I ordered, it took over 15 minutes until I received my food and was given a very quick "sorry". I really expected them to offer something for free given the out of character behavior for a fast food place. I've since learned, the reason they can't do that, is because it ISN'T out of character for this particular BK. Since then, two other occasions resulted in me leaving the drive-through line after ordering, but prior to getting my food because I was just sitting there 5-10 minutes after ordering. As another poster mentioned, there aren't many options for drive-through around here, so next time I am looking for lunch and it is raining, I will just bite the bullet and park and go Publix for a sub. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! I see so many similar reviews from other people about this mid-aged man who works at the drive-through. This guy came from the window and took my order. I am not sure if he is the store manager or not, but if he is the manager, OMG. Good Luck BK!! He was the most unprofessional and rude person ever met in my entire life. I do not expect the same customer service level as Chick-fil-a, but this is the worst customer service! No greeting whatsoever, When I used the coupons, this guy said, "Oh" as he did not want my business. I was very discriminated against and shamed to use it even though they are the ones who sent me the coupons. Also, when I am done paying for the order, this guy just threw my receipt out in the trash without even asking me. I was at this location a few weeks ago with my elderly mom and we were excited to try the Impossible Whopper. I went to the restroom while she ordered. I was shocked when I came back and saw her getting yelled at because she was confused giving her order. The cashier was yelling WOAH WOAH WOAH at her. We were in a hurry so I let it go and we left. Today we came back and my mom was placing her order and was confused between ordering the meal and the sandwich and again, I heard WOAH WOAH WOAH and realized it was the same guy. I had to interject and tell him he didn't have to talk to her like that and I finished placing the order for her. When we got to the window, a different very kind guy came to the window to get our money. I told him I was going to report the other rude guy to the manager and to the corporate office. I was shocked when he told me that the other guy WAS the manager! I cannot believe Burger King would employ someone in customer service who is an impatient jerk. This location is literally the worst BK we have ever visited. Several visits for breakfast over the past few weeks, we have been told to pull forward for the drive thru ("food isn't ready... we'll bring it out" only to leave us sitting for over 15 minutes). Today was the last visit. Ordered 6 orders of cini-mini's...told to pull forward to wait. This time the wait was shorter but when we checked our bags, only 3 icing packets were included. Drove back to the window to ask for the missing 3 packets, only to be told very rudely BY THE MANAGER, that "we're out of icing ..can't you use syrup?" Will absolutely never give one dime of business to this restaurant again. Not even an apology for the missing items. If you are out (which is absurd) you could at the very least say you're sorry. That being said over a few trips here spread out over the years I can say this place is truly awful. Just always so absolutely filthy. It's never busy at all and still somehow very slow.
