We braved the snow storm to grab lunch here on Saturday afternoon. It was pretty quiet, but that could be due to the weather. There are several tables but it looked like they do a lot of takeout business. I like that there is a screen to order from or you can order at the counter. There seemed to be lots of parking too. The tater tots and mozzarella sticks were really good. Perfectly crispy! The mozzarella sticks didn't seem straight out of the freezer like at most places but the little cup of marinara was really cold. I ordered the salmon over brussels sprouts because I don't eat meat. (They do have a mushroom sandwich for vegetarians.) The salmon was perfectly cooked, and it also had tomatoes, nuts/seeds, and fried onions so the flavors and textures were great. It came with a sauce on the side that was yummy. The only annoying thing was that I got my food way after everyone else. Two friends got burgers, one got the spicy chicken sandwich, and one got the steak sandwich. All really enjoyed theirs but noted they are very messy to eat. One friend was annoyed that she didn't see salmon on the menu, but it is kind of hard to find! I only knew because I looked at the order screen and saw the salmon section. My coworker brought me here for lunch. This spot is located in the parking lot of Fuel Coffee and Campania. There is plenty of parking in the private lot. The driveway from Hwy 9 has a huge pot hole so be careful while pulling into the parking lot. Walking in, it's a nice big space with lots of Room. There are high chair areas and normal seat areas with lots of big screen TVs. I definitely would love to watch some NFL tv while eating lunch here. You seat yourself here and get your own drinks and condiments. Sorta reminded me of a smaller verison of the Magic Kingdom food court. I ordered the Green Mile burger which came with the following: Single Beef Patty Pepper Jack cheese "The Sauce" Green Chilies Mashed Avocado Baby Arugula I opted to get the sweet potato fries side which came with a drink. I will say this place is more on the pricey side but what isn't these days. You will be paying close to $18-$20 for a burger, fries, and a drink here. But then again 5 Guys and other fast food places will be in the $10-$18 range as well. I really enjoyed my burger as it was very tasty and flavorful. The portion is decent and on the medium size. Not small but not super big. I really enjoyed the sweet potato fries here. The sweet tea here was amazing and I really did enjoy it. All in all, I enjoyed eating here as you get up to get your own refills. I probably will come back and try a different burger next time I am in the area. read more

More people need to find out about this place. It is my favorite cheeseburger in the Alpharetta area! Everything is always served fresh and hot to order. Menu price difference is only about a dollar and some change between the menu and what showed up on the screen, but the portions are rather substantial. The service was very nice as well and the turnaround time on my chicken and my Mom's burger (real beef) (halal options available) was about 10 minutes. Great spot! I had a Green Mile burger, Mac and cheese fritters, and Brussels sprouts. It took about 10 minutes to come out and everything was fresh and delicious. The burger was huge and the bun kind of fell apart towards the end but otherwise I'd get it again. The place is a little echo-y so it was kind of hard to hear the cashier sometimes but that's my only complaint. Easy to get to and easy to find parking. I'll be back! read more

I then saw a pic of brussel sprouts, I am an absolute fan of those, so my mind was set and off I went. I arrived and noticed there was plenty of parking, that's and inside plenty of seating to accommodate us all, even wheelchairs. I was greeted when I came through the door eagerly and I told the guy that it was my first time. He was very patient and helped me with my order. I was so excited I forgot to ask for no spicy ketchup on my K O mushroom sandwich (totally my error). I watched a little tv while I waited, my food came out in no time. It was walked over to me in the sturdiest to-go paper bag and the food itself was in a biodegradable container. The moment I was waiting for. After taking my necessary pics I bit into my sandwich and it literally took my breath away, not just because it was so good but because the spicy ketchup was like an inferno!! Listen, if you like spicy, this is for you. I turned around and before I could catch my breath to say anything that same guy asked was everything ok, I told him what just happened and that it was so good that I needed to buy another without the ketchup and he said not at all and made me another without charge to replace the one I couldn't eat. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. You guys know I don't patronize anywhere me and my money isn't appreciated. They don't honor their advertising. I got the half off burger notice upon arrival to town via Facebook. Decided I'd give them a try but 2 days later it pops up as I Google map the place. And I head over on Thursday night to be told it ended yesterday. He said it was supposed to end September but he ran it for 10more days. Well, last night would have been the 12th day and by his own word the day before would have been the 11th. What gives dude? 2 stars because their menu entices. Hubby and I were on our way to a grandson's lacrosse game nearby and decided to stop for a burger on the way. Traffic was slow and I happened to see the sign in a small strip mall. Large eating area with a few tables available outside. Very clean with an island in the middle of the seating area offering soft drinks, condiments, trash receptacles and a sink (I am assuming to wash hands after eating the juicy burger). We received a friendly greeting upon entering and as we reviewed the very large menu, the cashier answered all of our questions. We both ordered The Classic, which included The Sauce. The cashier explained The Sauce was a combination of ketchup, mustard and jalapeno... right up my alley. Unique and delicious! Hubby stated he will stick with mayo in the future (not a fan of spicy but I was proud that he gave it a try). We both enjoyed our burgers and crispy fries, and look forward to trying the other burger offerings and the chicken wings. If you a a burger fan, this is your place! read more

My first visit today and I was not impressed. It was early in the day and I was the only guest in there. The cashier was very rude and treated me as if I were a bother. I got the impression that she wasn't happy about having her cellphone session interrupted. I asked a simple question about the difference between the burgers, which didn't seem like an impossible question considering she is an employee. She gave me a sharp look and said "basically the same as any other burger place"....oh, ok. I sure do wish I would have trusted my instincts and simply left and gone somewhere else, but I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Craft Classic with fries and decided to dine in. She was the same person who brought my food to the table. She literally almost slammed the metal tray on the table, and then walked away without saying a word. How rude! Then she went back behind the counter and got back on her cell phone. The burger wasn't bad, but honestly, it wasn't anything special and the fries were stale. I must say this was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I will never again set foot in this place. There are too many other better options for a burger out there and establishments that treat their customers with respect. read more

I took my grandsons there (it's next door to a place that sells LEGOs, so be careful whom you take with you!!) and they loved it. You can make the burger your way, with lots of choices as to what goes on the burger. The service is fast, and the interior feels like a soda shoppe we went to when I was a kid. My favorites were the sweet potato fries, and the onion rings. My intention was to show my grandsons a great burger meal, which I did, but of course afterward we just HAD to go next door and get a bunch of LEGOs!! Anyway, it was worth the trip.
