Ordered an impossible whopper about an hour ago on a priority delivery for Uber eats. Apparently the driver, no fault of his had to have the order remade for some reason and waited for nearly an hour for two impossible whoppers to be made. Ok so I ordered food here, I ordered 2 whoppers as meals with sodas and stuff and 2 free cookies with the rewards points thing and no sodas and no cookies, and the customer service people didn't even answer the phone call so I couldn't even complain to get my food or money back. Not only that the dude who ordered my food didn't care to talk to us until like 40 minutes after the food arrived so the food was cold. When burger king did answer instead of a refund or actual food, they gave us $20 worth of coupons which the food was $40 so it didn't even win our money back. It is the only BK in my area, wish there were more. I have been plenty of times but lately there seems to be a lack of employee training where some do not know the use of Perks/rewards program. On top of this there is a very strong language barrier, the employees not understanding English to the conversation level. The food is always good but the customer service can improve tremendously. I tried the impossible burger here. It's impossible to figure out that this isn't meat. The patty acquires the taste of whatever dressings and fixings it is given and this one tastes exactly like a fast food hamburger. I tried an impossible cheesesteak sandwich somewhere else and it tasted pretty different. I'm sure that the regular hamburger (mostly soy filler) and impossible burger (mostly soy filler) are both made of mostly the same thing, so maybe that's why they taste the same! But kudos to burger king for having an option for vegetarians and vegans when they're on the road. I'm not the biggest fan of the whopper but I wholeheartedly support this cause for vegan aspirers like me. read more

My work is nearby so I'm only here at lunch but you walk in and you'll see why- a friendly cashier with a big smile who loves people, happy to take your order with fast service, Money treats *everyone* like you are at "Cheers" like she's so happy to see you again and you've been here every day your whole life. Who wouldn't want such friendly service for lunch! The manager here is also fabulous, I get drive through a lot which he is usually working alongside the counter, and he is also so friendly!! This place is always busy and I'm sure it's not just for the food but the service. I thought maybe this is how all BK are so I've went to a few - one In Utah, one in PA, and one in MD.. none are even remotely like this. No friendly service and the food isn't fresh and delicious like it is here! This place should be the token store of how to win customers. Last comment - besides the Fries always being delicious and salted, and the burger hot and fresh is the drinks - they never have flat sodas or syrup missing.. it always tastes right which seems rare sometimes to actually get a fountain drink to taste as it should. This is for the review of the Froot Loop Shake Burger King just came out with. When I heard Burger King put out a new milk shake this week I didn't even flinch. However, I watched a review from Business Insider that said it was pretty similar to the cereal milk shakes at Milk Bar in DC. I was intrigued so I went to a nearby Burger King to try one out. At $3.95 it seems about the average price you would pay for a milk shake. As I took my first sip I was expecting something unique and different. It tasted pretty creamy and sweet but nothing special about it. As I took a few more sips I was pretty disappointed..it was your average vanilla milkshake except there were a few bits of froot loops in them. I happened to look at the reviews for this place recently, I was surprised at the high ratings. I have now visited twice in the last few months, and I have to say this is the cutest fast food place. It feels like a fast food place from a 90s commercial. There are always plenty of people working and everyone is friendly and excellent at their job. Again, it feels bizarre to give a fast food restaurant 5 stars but this BK is deserving. My mom and I stopped by for breakfast last week as part of our annual tradition when she comes out to visit. During our last few visits, we were lucky enough to be helped by "Money" at the counter. She is a star - so welcoming, friendly, and professional. It's a pleasure to interact with her, however briefly, and we look forward to seeing her every time! On top of that, our croissanwiches and hashbrowns were hot, fresh and yummy. AI have never been a fan of Burger King. Mainly because there is not one close to me. its not like the arches where they are on every corner. You need to look for a Burger King. Also when it comes to Burger Kings. There are some that are better than others. This location as others have said in their reviews are great. They are so super friendly and make you feel welcome, they are happy your there and they prepare the food like the care... Thats what really can make or break fast food. If you throw things together without caring how the food looks and tastes then blah.. Recently I went twice and got a Whopper with bacon and cheese, and they are great. I had always been a make it plain type of person. But now I get it loaded, for the post part. I will always have them keep off the mayo, ketchup and mustard when items come with that. I am ok with them but most places use a heavy hand with them and for me, its too much, especially mayo, not a big fan to begin with, some is good, but when you bite into a burger and want the burger goodness and all you get is a mouthful of mayo.. Thats not for me. The flame broil makes all the difference, I use to like the quarter pounder with cheese at Mc D's until they used fresh beef. Its crazy, but well another review it shows the lack of quality of the beef. But anyways, I love the Whopper. Beats the McDonalds Quarter pounder with cheese ( and bacon) any day. I am not a huge fan of the fries, they put batter on them to make them crispy. Why not cook your fries to be crispy without hiding them behind nasty batter. I eat them, they are not horrible. This BK needs a visit by corporate. I wish I could leave negative stars because this place is not even worth a one star. I can't tell you how many times I've had my order incorrect at this Burger King. I can't tell you how many times I've received my food cold/room temperature at this Burger King. I can't tell you how many times I've had stale onion rings at this Burger King. I've talk to managers and not once have they made it right. One time I got my order completely wrong and I asked for them to remake it. A second time it was wrong again, so it had to be made another time. The third time it was right but, I received a room temperature patty and unmelted cheese, the ketchup and mustard that I didn't want was scrapped off. The manager gave me a smirk and said sorry "about your trouble" And handed me a hot, watered down Diet Coke with no ice. That was a big screw you to me. I can tell you story after story. I like Burger King and it's the only one in the area. I don't like leaving bad reviews and I understand people make mistakes but, this is every single time. This place is super sketch in a super sketch neighborhood on Columbia Pike. We actually ordered from here BK Delivery and I was pretty impressed - except that the sauces leaked everywhere. The website was really easy to navigate and really organized. We had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich and gutting in the promo code was simple. Delivery was about 2 dollars + you can choose the amount of tip early which was pretty awesome. I got a email confirmation and said delivery about 40-50 minutes (isn't that kind of long??) anyways, he arrived we opened up our food and our food was still super hot. Impressed except the soda and sauce leaked everywhere. The columbia pike location is just really sad and sketch, i dont recommend eating here by yourself. read more

The staff at this Burger King is super friendly I couldn't even believe it when I walked and everyone was very nice and the place was packed it was a Saturday night and it felt like that was the place to be I won't be going to Burger King every Saturday night because my waistline can't afford it but I will be going every now and then. I went to go try out the impossible burger which for the record is wonderful. I haven't always been a fan a burger kings fries but I think that they did something different to them most recently because they were actually pretty good my boyfriend and my friend got a shake and it was really good. I highly suggest trying out the impossible burger you don't feel as full and heavy as you do when you get an actual burger because the meat is plant-based that's what makes it vegan and vegetarian friendly.
