Not like this restaurant needs another bad review .... Today I placed an online order at 2:16 pm I arrived at the drive through at 2:25 . I waited in line doe 15 minutes. After noticing the extremely low wait, I decided to go inside. There were only 2 employees visibility working. It was extremely hot in there and I honestly feel like this is definitely a WISHA violation, and definitely explains the slow service. My order was on the hot lamp, by the time the cashier got to me (2 customers in front of me), it was already 2:55. They didn't have the blue slushy, so I took a fountain soda (she gave me a small cup even though that's not the same cost as a slushy). I asks for hot fries because mine had been siting there for a while . The cashier was hesitant to swap my fries indicating they made the order when I placed the order, even though I explained the delay in pick up was because the drive through, she was unapologetic, rolled her eyes and clearly didn't hear what I was trying to explain. I'll attribute her attitude to working in extreme heat and understaff, but my rating remains a one star because I feel like management should be held accountable for bad service. I did contact BK support and the issued me a coupon. Needless to say I will not be using it at this location. read more

Horrible! Do not go here! I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I was blocked by other cars or else I would have left. I wasn't happy about sitting there in line wasting gas, but I didn't complain. The guy came on the speaker a couple of times saying they couldn't get to me please wait, like being on hold on the phone. He did offer me a free pie or something but I just wanted to go so I could get home so I said no. My Diet Coke has something in it. Tastes like a chemical or cleaner, it is bad!! I am getting it tested to see what it is. Again I did not complain or say anything about the ridiculously long wait. I only said no to the pie. I wish we could give 0 stars. I would definitely replace some of the employees there. These people are not trained in customer service. One person in particular is very rude I stood at the counter no one else was there except one gentleman. I was seen and not acknowledged at all. I literally had to ask to be helped . No can I help you what would you like nothing. I think the woman has a very large block on her shoulder and she hates her job that's how she appears to me. I'm always polite and courteous especially to someone who has access to my food. But I treat all people with respect. She took 15 mins to finally answer me. To take my order. I paid for a drink, as I can recall you can REFILL your drink. I didn't want to use the paper cup provided I wanted to use my own. The lady at the counter shouted at me saying it was stealing... (I PAID!!! )I literally paid and gave a receipt and what did she expect for me to pour it in to my cup from the paper cup?! Most unprofessional store and disgusting place ever. I showed up at the drive through attempting to use a coupon with two of my kids in the car under 3 years old. The "store manager" then slams the window in my face and ignores me but says ugh so annoying. Another female then assisted me and I asked her if that female is the store manager; and that I wanted the corporate headquarters phone number. I've currently been sitting in this drive through for 14 minutes. As in, I placed my order 14 minutes ago. There are still 2 cars ahead of me until i get to the window. If there was a lane where I could have left, I would have. I've driven by this location so many times, and the line is always long. And I never stop. Today I did because there was only 4 cars long....and here I am. 16 minutes later. Still waiting. The food I received wasn't incorrect thankfully. The employees all take pride in their job and their working place, especially when I told them that an inconsiderate someone had trashed paper hand towels in the toilet bowl. The manager and a team member immediately picked up their cleaning tools and went to the restroom to have the problem resolved. This behavior gained two stars for this business! Food quality was basic and decent, and with the discount coupon, it seemed a steal for consumers. Service was courteous, efficient and prompt. read more

Friday night, late shift crew. Everyone works well together, being from the "customer service" industry, its to see good communication from team members in the open. Pretty quite with a few families in the lobby. Interior is actually clean, as if they service it on a regular. I really despise public restrooms, but this place will be acceptable. I came back multiple times for my refund with no end result. The line was in the street for the drive through as I tried to communicate with the manager. I was brushed off and told to call later. They would not put the charge back on my card so basically burger king literally stole from me and it doesn't feel good to be robbed with no voice or solution to their responsibility in owing me from stealing after I told them his is not what I ordered. Bypass this place if you can. They also claim the cashier is the only one that don't wear gloves but I have witnessed it myself, the touching of food without gloves.
