Listen I'm not a huge fast food fan but sometimes McDonald's or Burger King hits the spot. I've tried to go here twice in one year and both times were the same: waited forever to drive-through forever only to give up and leave. The guy on the speaker said he had a large order it was gonna take him a while, 15 minutes later enough cars backed out of the line behind me so I could just back up and leave. Not like this restaurant needs another bad review .... Today I placed an online order at 2:16 pm I arrived at the drive through at 2:25 . I waited in line doe 15 minutes. After noticing the extremely low wait, I decided to go inside. There were only 2 employees visibility working. It was extremely hot in there and I honestly feel like this is definitely a WISHA violation, and definitely explains the slow service. My order was on the hot lamp, by the time the cashier got to me (2 customers in front of me), it was already 2:55. They didn't have the blue slushy, so I took a fountain soda (she gave me a small cup even though that's not the same cost as a slushy). I asks for hot fries because mine had been siting there for a while . The cashier was hesitant to swap my fries indicating they made the order when I placed the order, even though I explained the delay in pick up was because the drive through, she was unapologetic, rolled her eyes and clearly didn't hear what I was trying to explain. I'll attribute her attitude to working in extreme heat and understaff, but my rating remains a one star because I feel like management should be held accountable for bad service. I've currently been sitting in this drive through for 14 minutes. As in, I placed my order 14 minutes ago. There are still 2 cars ahead of me until i get to the window. If there was a lane where I could have left, I would have. I've driven by this location so many times, and the line is always long. And I never stop. The employees all take pride in their job and their working place, especially when I told them that an inconsiderate someone had trashed paper hand towels in the toilet bowl. The manager and a team member immediately picked up their cleaning tools and went to the restroom to have the problem resolved. This behavior gained two stars for this business!
