Well, I wanted to try the new Whopper and it is better, but my lettuce was brown, however it was hot. My previous experience at BK was slightly warm burger. I looked at some of the past reviews and would agree with most of them. One positive, if you call it positive, I only had to wait 12 minutes for my order. Terrible service. Refused to take my order after taking someone else's before me. Employee before I spoke with the manager asked "if this was the face of someone that wanted to have a bad day?" The managers here are really doing their team a disservice-- Friday at 5 PM and they have a one kid working the entire shop. I have been to this location many times. The food is usually fresh and tasty. However, the last 3 times the fries were not cooked all the way and were inedible. Today, at the drive-thru I waited in line for 27 minutes. Whoever was taking orders, took orders from the outside lane only for 4 cars straight. When I said something, I was told to either wait for as long as it takes or I was welcome to come in to order. I waited, they took another outside lane order. I ordered finally, got to the window and they gave me something I did not order. I was to take the wrong order or nothing. I am happy I did not pay for it yet, so I ended up leaving without lunch. Didn't have time to get lunch because I was running late back to my office. I never have a problem waiting when it is warranted but this person was plain out rude. Ordered a Whopper Jr meal yesterday. Whoever made my burger was obviously having a bad day. There was such an insane amount of mayonnaise on it that it was inedible. It was intentional. You don't accidentally put a half cup of mayonnaise on a burger. I will never go back. read more

I will start by saying I have never ever taken the time to write something nice about a fast-food restaurant. The service at this Burger King was exceptional on this visit. A gentleman by the name of Malik was more than kind, cheerful, and competent at running the drive-through. He spoke to my son and gave pleasantries and expressed a desire to make people happy through the drive-through. And as a bonus...this is the only Burger King in the area that has a working shake machine. Malik should get a raise! He clearly loves to do an awesome job and I appreciated the kindness as it was late and we were super tired. read more

Location is great and the employees are super friendly but man, it is as slow as humanly possible every time I come here. Our order is never correct going through the drive thru either. I've waited at least 15-20 mins more than twice in line to get food. CRAZY. Came here one morning at 9 and they were out of coffee...they had to brew a pot. This morning I waited for almost 10 minutes for coffee and hash browns. The coffee was warm, the potatoes weren't. The crowning moment - one day my husband came here, ordered breakfast, waited in the drive thru line forever and ever, and when he got to the window they told him they weren't serving breakfast anymore. Okay another crowning moment, today they forgot my fries so I had to drive all the way back. When I got there they got snippy because they forgot to charge me for a chocolate milk in my prior order. Ordered through the drive thru, the person taking the order seemed to be rushing me to order and rattled my order back to me so fast that I had to seriously focus to understand what he said. The screen at the drive thru did not display my order. When I drove around to pay for my order, I wasn't greeted until I spoke to the guy taking my money. Then when I got to the 2nd window to get my food, again no greeting. Fast food is exactly what it is, fast with no courtesy in the process. The employees are very friendly here. The food on the other hand is not very good. It is very bland and most of the times rubbery. Every time I get fries or onion rings I regret it. They are always cold, old and mushy. The chicken sandwich's are stale tasting. The only thing I could recommend could be the Hersey's pie. read more

I come to this location almost every day on my lunch and usually it is a nothing but good/easy experience. Today I went through the drive though and whoever the employee on the speaker was, was so shockingly unkind. I didn't even complete two words after they asked "how can I help you" before they started raising their voice at me over the mic trying to argue because there was miscommunication on what I had said. I tried to repeat my request and they angrily raised their voice again. I was so taken aback and left because I couldn't believe it and honestly didn't trust whatever they made based on that interaction from this person. I work with patients every day and have worked in food industry for years and understand how people/general public can be nightmares.. part of the reason why I treat people in these industries with overkindness and patience. This made me so sad!! I literally just can't believe this person is allowed to be on the mic with customers and suggest they do something else that better suits them. read more

Didn't ever have a problem with this burger king before til this year. One time I went there they told me they had no soda so they gave me little juices and tried to charge the same price as a fountain drink. Went back recently and they forgot to add cheese to both of my sandwiches. I hand them back the sandwiches and I heard the guy say go throw some cheese on these.
