Always charged a different price for same order. Usually get home before I tealize my hashbrowns are cold and hard. This morning I checked them before driving away. They were cold and over cooked. I asked for them to be replaced and I was instructed to drive around through the drive through window again if I wanted them right because they don't have anyone to run them out and I guess it would take too long to make new ones while I waited at the window!?! I'm now 22 minutes into my 2nd time in drive through line just to get my order properly made. Wow! Who's the idiot? I think I've learned my lesson. read more

I just came through with my family on a road trip from California and the workers attitudes were horrendous. They tried to charge me 70 cents for a cup of ice after I spent 15 dollars there and were horribly rude. After getting our food the guy immediately shut the window before we got our sauces. We sat there for a few minutes waving, honking and trying to get their attention while they ignored us. After coming to the window the assistant manager was super unkind and threw the sauces at my mom literally before again shutting the window. Will not be giving them my time of day again. read more

From customer service starting with Jazmine just because I used coupons she treated me like I had no money and I swear made the experience so miserable she was in the worst moods of all moods, as a customer I came in with my family for good food and good time we she ruined that to start off with very ride attitude to me while I was simply placing my order. Then when we looked to sit down to eat the place is filthy not one I swear not one single clean table the floors had so much food and trash everywhere no BBQ sauce avail everything was ambushed. Burger King has offers. They post them in the app. Every time you try to collect them though, this location makes up rules on the fly to keep you from purchasing their offers. They discriminated against me personally because I am disabled. They get the order wrong constantly. They behave inappropriately to any customer customizing or using bk app coupons. If you are losing to much due to the offers you have, don't post the ad. The problem is if you are a franchise you have to, but if you make up random lies that don't exist in order to keep people from ordering, then that is how you get only 1.5 stars. However the treatment is way worse guys. We won't be back! read more

I went there today and the play area was a lot cooler and I did sit in there with my kids. The biggest plus for me was all the condiments that were out in the area where customers could freely take what they wanted and that included ranch dressing. I was disappointed that they took the couches out of the back area next to the kids play room. The food was good, the water must have been filtered because it was good as well! I do miss the jungle gym for my kids that used to be at this burger king which they took out a couple of years ago. For that reason, I do not go here very often. read more

My wife and I decided to eat there for the second time since moving to Buckeye two years ago. The original chicken sandwich has been a long time favorite. We went in at 6:30 on a Wednesday eve and ordered the chicken sandwiches and fries and to our disappointment everything came out lukewarm and dry as it was apparently sitting around for awhile. I asked for a whopper jr no tomato heavy mayo and cheese plus an extra slice for .60 extra..also some onion rings...drove home sat down..opened my wrapper and low and behold it was a regular whopper jr and the onion rings were cold. This place needs to either move, put in a new entrance (which wouldn't solve the issue because of how the truck stop is setup), or talk to City Hall or whoever to get the truck stop to make a change to how the trucks get into the fuel island. Being a truck driver myself it is evident that majority of the drivers going to the truck stop don't have common sense to not block the entrance to the burger king. It is a pain in the butt trying to get to the Burger King and even trying to exit. The company spent money remodeling the store and forgot about the customers trying to get to their store. read more
