Worst Burger King EVER!! They always mess an order up no matter how simple. Avoid this one, and go to the one on Watson instead.

I having been to many Burger King restaurants throughout Arizona and hands down this has to be the worst one. When you walk in the place is deserted you see no one in a store almost like the restaurant is deserted. I went to order something pretty safe a cheeseburger and french fries for myself and my son. It took about 30 minutes for them to bring us our food. The burgers were dry tasted like cardboard patties with mayo and ketchup. The fries were old and seemed like they've been sitting for hours. We didn't even finish the food we just stood up through the food in the trash can and walked out the door. My advice is to go to the Burger King right around the corner from this one. read more

100% of the orders we've placed here have failed to meet specifications. 4-5 visits now. No cheese - dairy allergy. Comes with cheese. Brioche-Potato bun - sesame allergy. Comes with sesame. Over and over and over again. It's not even preference... it is allergy. The order taker and/or preparers need to take it seriously. You get what you pay for. Burger King like all other fast food franchises consist many unqualified workers who settles for a minimum wage job. I can't not see anyone growing up wanting to flip burgers as a career. Most people working here are either retiree, or kids getting ready for life. So, what are the expectations? You can't expect the service of a five star restaurant! If you did, then Burger King would pay much more for their employees and charge us much more. You can't expect their food to be top of the line! This is a fast food franchise, you are going to receive food that is prepared in seconds, that is really not good for you. Had been traveling all day stoped for what usually be decent food, started to order told all they had was jr. Patties, but chose to order anyways. Cashier couldn't really ng the order, then waited almost fifteen minutes only to get ice cold burgers and cold burnt onion rings. We sat in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes with no one at the window to be given food that honestly was almost inedible. I walked in after to ask for new hasbrowns because they were cold and disgusting and the lady then (with no gloves) put new hasbrowns together with a deep attitude and without apologizing. I do not know what it is. But this Burger king has to be the WORST one I have ever been tooooo!! I usually love burger kings chicken nuggets but the ones served here are nasty, they are soggy and not crispy they taste old. Everything made from this place has been nasty. The workers at night need to be fired. The place is lonely as is and they still make you wait to only get cold under cooked or over cooked food. The chicken nuggets seemed old the chicken just tasted foul. The chicken sandwich was dry and overcooked. seemed like the chicken was made hours ago and put back into a fryer and left there wayyyyyy to long.. Its been 3 horrible experiences enough to never go back. Which is really sad because this is my local Burger King. I will now be making a further drive to a another location. read more

Ordered a Large Southwest Bacon Whopper (#5 on the menu) The employee taking my order read my order back to me and I confirmed it was correct. I was given two dollar menu cheeseburgers. The Burger King on south Watson in Buckeye is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced! The workers are so rude! They always got my order wrong and they never give me my receipt! The Burger King on Miller road in Buckeye got me and my kids and some of the employees very sick! We all got Salmonella poisoning from eating the hand dipped chicken!!!! read more

Pulled in to the Burger King on my way home from Havasu to grab a bite to eat in drive through. When I pulled up I was asked to wait. I waited a few minutes and no one came on so I backed out to just go inside. As I was pulling out I saw the person coming in from outside. THEY TOOK A BREAK WHILE I WAS IN LINE TO ORDER. Backstory: I have this vivid memory of being about 8 years old and on a rode trip in California. We stopped in a Burger King and the place was so vile and filled with flies. Then Oprah rehearsed a list of dirty fast food chains and BK was like #1 or #2 and my mom officially swore off Burger King's for the rest of her life. Fast forward 15 years and I'm on a rode trip, I was CRAVING a milkshake and saw the Burger King and decided to pop in for a pee and a shake. I figured it had been a long enough of a boycott and plus, this was a different Burger King it couldn't be the same!! WRONG. I stopped in the bathroom first and decided I'd pee somewhere else it was so nasty. I went to the order counter and counter EIGHT FLIES just buzzing around the counter right in front of the food while I waited!!! Ewwww! The drive thru lady kept cutting me off in the middle of my orders. I asked her to make sure she had four meals she kept cutting me off telling me to move forward. When I pulled up she barely leaned out of her window and made me reach. When I couldn't I ask her to meet me halfway. She said she was and wasn't even reaching. I asked her if she's super busy to be rushing the order. We were the only people in drive-thru. I asked for her name she refused to give it. Another employee gave us our order. I told him I am coming inside. When I came inside she ran to the back office and was laughing. We asked for the manager they said back there. We told them we will wait. They said she's not coming up. My husband told the three boys why kids are so disrespectful. We asked for the main manager they wouldn't give us one and told us to come back tomorrow morning. We finally got the name of Francisco. I told the girl she better watch how she talks to people because one day she is going to say it to the wrong person and today it is it. She kept saying that we don't know who she is. I told her she needs to change her tampon. She said she was going to call her mom to kick my ass. I told her I will wait and to call her mom so I can discuss her daughters behavior. She said she's from Lake Pleasant and I don't know who I am messing with and why are grown people wanting to kick a kid's ass. I told her I am waiting for her to call her mom. This Burger King is no different than the new one on Watson Road. They are all from the same franchise which they own most of them in the valley. So their ideals of management and costumer service are always the same. They emphasize speed of service so much that they forget about the quality of the food. And even when they take long the order seems to be wrong 8/10 times. But I guess fast food joints will all be the same. read more

I ordered breakfast croissants for my 3 kids and I, which looked like they took maybe 2 eggs and split it for 4 sandwiches. I wish I could give it 2 and a half, but the workers were sweet and smiled, so I'll round up. Restrooms were cleaner than a gas station and had locking doors, be aware ladies that there is no mirror in the restrooms for a pit stop touch up. The food was hot and to standard, though shortly after leaving I came to find that my order was not to my specifications. I will say that the design and ambiance of this Burger King is like none other. In a pit stop area surrounded by sand, they took the initiative to make what could be an eye sore into a shining gem in the city of Buckeye. read more

Just terrible, terrible. Keep driving, do yourself a favor. I stopped off at the BK on S Miller Rd in Buckeye AZ today. I understand that its fast food and mistakes happen but if I pay for something extra, please ensure your employees understand that it needs to be given to the customers. 1 combo crispy chicken and 1 combo GRILLED chicken (no mayo, ADD cheese). Simple, right? I guess not because we got two CRISPY combos, BOTH with mayo and NO cheese on either one. I mean at least TRY. It so frustrating that simple things can be so difficult for people. Worse customer service ever!!!! Dirty location!!!! To start off we got here at 8:00 and only one section of the restaurant was open.....I had my wife and 2 children with me. As I went to find a clean spot to sit there was none! And it was not busy at all.... only one other man and his child in the restaurant. I had to take photos. On top 2 other sections we're closed off due to being clean. Not sorry for taking my family to a CLEAN table to eat. When we received our meal we received a extra cheese burger that we did not pay for. I took it back to the from and the same girl Jasmine who took our order asked me what was wrong? I just let her know we did not pay for the extra burger and we gave it back....she just grabbed it out of my hand and turned around.... I didn't get a thank you for being honest or I apologise for that. She was so rude. Due to that I had my wife go and let the manager Matthew know. Once I started taking pictures of the restaurant and how dirty it was that is when Jasmine came up to me and asked me if everything was ok. And that's when I let her know that because of her horrible customer service I would be posting this on Yelp and Google and every review out there! Do not stop here!!!
