Stopped by the hardware store today and thought, maybe I'll grab some Burger King? Well, that was a terrible idea. No one manning the register. Potential customers backed up waiting to order. The employees wandering around aimlessly, cursing loudly and arguing with one another. No manager in sight, much less anyone exercising any kind of authority or presence. Only the drive-thru attendant seemed busy and concerned with working to get orders out. Multiple employees on their phones. Dirty tables. Just an absolute disaster in here. Owners, this is why your business is so consistently poorly reviewed. This is barely a restaurant, much less an actual Burger King. Two thumbs way, way, waaaaaaay down. read more

Being ripped off and lied to. Paid for a Bounty Whopper, got less than a regular whopper. 30 minute wait in the drive thru. No receipt!

I only ordered fries and a initially a milkshake, so it shouldn't have been too difficult to fill. I was told the milkshake machine was broken, so I had to substitute a soda. I went through the drive though. It literally took 15 minutes to give my order and another 12 mins to get the food. When I got my order, I asked if the milkshake machine was truly broken and was told no, it just wasn't cleaned from the day before. I left wondering what else wasn't clean and was grossed out completely. Don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon! read more

I only eat here for breakfast, I love a good Crossanwich. Way better than McDonald's, if you can actually find a decent BK. The food is inconsistent. Sometimes it's hot, but usually it's luke warm. Sometimes the eggs are cooked properly and not burnt, but usually they are. They fail way more than they succeed. Customer service is decent, they recognize me now, so that's a plus, however, you can tell that someone is telling them to say "please and thank you," just like that, which is awkward when they say it at the end of every sentence. Sounds manufactured and not authentic. One worker always seems to have wet hands when she's handling my card/receipt and frankly, it's kind of gross. This burger king is newer; located in a nice area and convient to get in and out of. Lots of folks complain about speed; but frankly its par to every burger king i have been to in 10 years. Frankly; you know its not going to be Chickfila so manage expectations. Bottomline; easy to get to; clean, and cheap. Winner in my book. read more

Food is fresh sometimes, drive thru always long and takes forever, when inside your not acknowledged for a whileee, and they also tend to forgot things. The manager and employees tend to just stand outside and smoke. read more

Friggin RAAAAALLPHH!!!!!! Why on earth do ALL my burger patties have a hard crunchy ingredient in them? We ordered whoppers and whopper juniors. Now I'm wishing we were fasting. There were little CRUNCHY NUGGETS mixed throughout all the patties. The consistency of these little nuts errr similar to bones. I hate chomping down on bones in a baby junior whipper patty. Went inside this location. There were no customers inside the restaurant but a couple cars were in the drive-thru line. There was one man making sandwiches & three people huddled around the drive-thru window talking. We stood there for about three minutes. Another customer came in, stood behind us & finally said "I'm out of here." We had been waiting for five minutes & the staff still had not even acknowledged us. So, we also left. We will not return to this Burger King. They need new staff and/or training. read more

I just got a Whopper from this Burger King and is awful. The bun is hard and stale and I couldn't even find the lettuce. It is drowning in mayonnaise and it has a tiny slice of tomato. Don't waste your time and money. If I could I would not give it any stars at all. read more

Slow, dirty and the soda machine was mostly empty. Ordered a Beyond Burger Whopper, which was no better or worse than a regular Whopper. Worst Burger King ever that we have been to. My husband waited 15/20 minutes for a strawberry shake! Fries were cold...service slow! and the cheese on my burger was stone cold and not melted at all! Go to Five guys for a burger...you will be happy you didn't go here. The kid who was at window 1 (dequan) was texting when I pulled up. Didn't open the window for me until he was done texting. Then proceeded to not greet me. Not a hello or even a total for my order. I would give a zero if i could. My order was incomplete so i looked up phone number of store called and recorder is full, called back twice no answer switched to mailbox is full. Could not do a survey because the receipt does not have a store number on it. it only has a total and drive thru order number. So I called corporate office and asked for a written explanation on why this store operates different from other BK stores. ABSOLUTELY the WORST BK my family and I have ever been to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only did they make a mistake on every sandwich we ordered, but they tried to make up for it by giving us 2 free sandwiches which also had the wrong toppings!! I have been there several times. Lately they have not been able to properly fill an order. They left out a sandwich. I ordered a whopper with no cheese, Onion or pickle. It came with all the items. I ordered one time a whopper with nothing but meat and bread and lo & behold it came fully dressed. The receipt does not have the store number on it so you cannot fill out a complaint form at the web site. read more
