In the middle of nowhere. Just like Dunkin in Connecticut (I know you read that review), these guys are in the middle of nowhere. Just off an off-ramp and across an abandoned restaurant sits this restaurant. Now the place is really clean. Everywhere brightly lit. Tables, booths, and sofa chairs clean and well maintained. And they got the standard BK soda dispenser that has hundreds of flavor combinations. Service was quick and food ok. Overall three stars. Reason is a safety issue. The floors are really slippery in the restrooms. You know, it's the soap residue and rubber sneakers make an embarrassing YouTube video. Now excuse me, time to get back now the road. M read more

I was happy to see that there was a Burger King in Silver Lake where I have to drive everyday now. However, I stopped in for the first time today. I went through the drive-thru. The young man in the Drive-Thru was dismissive to the point of rudeness. He tried to charge me for individual items instead of a small meal which would have cost me $2.50 more. I had to ask him to charge me for a small meal. He handed the food out the window without looking at me and when I tried to ask a question he was talking to somebody else. I gave up trying to get his attention and I left. When I opened the meal, the presentation was horrible, the burger was missing the condiments and everything had been thrown into a salad type box and was scattered about in there. I didn't have time to go back so I atethe dry, disgusting Burger and made a note to myself not ever to go there again and posted this review. read more

Stopped inside here on a road trip and was delightfully surprised by the customer service at the front counter and in the kitchen. Friendly staff! Veggie burgers took a little while to make because they make them when you order them, but the impossible patty was prepared well and the veggies on the burger were fresh and delicious. Rarely eat fast food, but this turned out to be a pleasant stop. Kudos to management here! read more

Service is fine. Supervisor has good service. The line cooks were slow, I could tell he was frustrated with that. But the best part is the impossible burger finally cholesterol free burger. Plant based protein. So good, no mayo or ketchup for me, just add mustard. read more

If you love waiting 20 mins for ice cold food this is the place to go. Not to mention the paper thin burger that had every ounce of juice cooked out of it. I've given this BK multiple chances since I live close by and they always, without fail, forget at least one item in my order. I wish I was exaggerating but every. Single. Order. At least one thing is missing. I've ordered just a cheeseburger and fries and the fries are missing. I have ordered a drink by itself once and the ICE was missing. I've been the only car in the drive-thru with an empty parking lot and they'll still forget a side or sandwich. I only ever order for myself so it's not like it's a massive, confusing order and I'm always super nice, patient, and kind to the workers because I'm a people pleaser and get anxiety over being annoying or "bothering anyone." In the end, I end up paying my full total and drive away missing at least one item and it's gotten beyond ridiculous. First time I've left a bad review but this crazy! read more

It is Ok. It is Burger King. This one is fairly large and convenient to I - 5. Staff were friendly and the dining area is clean. The salad was fresh with no brown lettuce in it. They also have free WiFi. A little slow, but it works. No complaints here except my husband said there was too much salt on the fries. read more

This is hands down one of the nicest BK. I have visited this location several times and it has been spotlessly clean, nice people working in there and orders consistently correct . Five stars for a burger king? Stopped by here otw to mt st helen and her ape caves. The food was fresh, service was great, and clean - even the bathrooms! Felt compelled to write this review bc the mgr (?) was so nice! Very helpful with all the customers who came in, esp the little kids. It's such a bummer to have this BK in castle rock. Every time I convince the family that "THIS TIME the food will be good" it's not. It's so crazy to go through somewhere and have comically bad food EVERY time. I mean, one time they forgot the patty on my kids burger HAHA how does that even happen? & Open up a wrapper and find that you can't eat the sandwich because not only is there a S**** Ton of Mayo inside of the sandwich but also all over the outside too! Stopped at this location on the way home from wild waves. Not busy and we received our food in a timely manner. The two star rating is for the assistant store manager Nikki that took our order at the counter. Basically barked questions at us on drink, size of meals and acted as if she was inconvenienced with having to take a order. No pleasantries at all. I even said thank you and received a "yep" back. We sat and ate watching her interactions with customers and employees and everyone got the same treatment. Overheard her say to a elderly customer "This isn't KFC" when he was asking what sauce they had. My eight year old asked me: Why is that girl so mad? Not really sure why someone who obviously doesn't like her job would be promoted. read more

The only reason this gets 2 stars inside of 1 (or none!) is because it was very clean inside and the kid who worked there was very nice and obviously hard-working. Sorry kid, but the food was terrible! I am no stranger to fast food, but my god! I learned not to order chicken at Burger King ever again, or probably anything else. If I didn't have to leave a star I wouldn't! My father who's a trucker, trying to transport food, stopped to eat there and parked his semi. He walked up to the window to order bc he was hungry. They told him they couldn't serve him because he was walking and not in a vehicle. Then he asked, "can I order Inside?" and they said, no, they aren't opening their doors. So my father didn't get to eat and had to find somewhere else to eat. Truckers are a VERY essential part of this COVID-19 fight, and by not letting truckers walk up to order, you're causing a bigger problem than you know! God forgive you for not allowing him to eat! They're liars and they don't make your food fresh. Came through their drive thru line, and understandably they don't take $50 or $100 bills, which was posted at their pick up window and not at the menu where you order. She refused the money when we went through and let us know we would have to break it, so we left and that's what we did. We went through the drive thru line again, and re ordered our food, she asked if we were just there, to which my bf replied we were and she said oh okay you can come up and my bf stated we wanted our food fresh and hot not 10 mins old. She said it's not old it just came up.... okay how?! If we were already there and you had the bag of food in your hand when we first came through, how did it just come up?.. complete idiots. How lazy are you that you can't just slap another burger together... The least you could do is make fresh food when we had to turn around and leave the first time. Hopefully you hire new employees...not sure how this is good customer service? Needless to say we just left and went to McDonalds instead. read more

7/20/18 First time here, won't be back. Mgr working the counter is a jerk. Chatted at length with the ladies in front of us about pay day and banks, long after he had taken their order while ignoring my granddaughter and I. Placed our order after he finally acknowledged us. Clearly stated the order was eat in, however he continued to chat with the two ladies. After he called our #, I reminded him that the order was "for here". He threw a tray onto the counter and dropped the bag onto it a stated in a smart assed manner,"there you go, easy fix". He needs to work on his listening skills and talk to the current customers, rather than flirt with ladies. It was quit clear that one of the two ladies was an off duty employee.
