Slowest drive thru ever on a consistent basis. Plan on waiting 20 minutes every time.

We've come to this Burger King for years when we travel through. But since they remodeled it's not good. When we arrived no one was at the counter. The automated order system didn't work. By the time we finally got our order, the three groups after us had already been served. The tables were filthy. The women's bathroom was locked. Once they were unlocked by the counter staff, they are one seaters on a room large enough for three stalls. The men's bathroom lock was broken so you couldn't lock it. Weird place. And the "new improved" whopper tasted just like the old one. Not going back. read more

My boyfriend and I go to this location VERY often, well today after work we decided to get Burger King! We placed our order, paid for our food, and then waited in the parking lot for about 10 minutes after they parked us to finish cooking our food, we got our food and made our way home, sat down and ready to eat our food when we see the wonderful word "Dick" written on my boyfriends sandwich. This is ridiculous!! What kind of fast food place lets things like this happen. I know it's just a fast food place but wow we've never had this happen!! My boyfriend wasn't a dick to anyone at all when they asked him to pull around front he gave them a thumbs up and a smile to acknowledge he understood what they asked of him. I really avoid fast food, but a few weeks ago I swung through the drive thru out of pure desperation. My fries and nuggets were decent and edible. But, the whopper jr that was served was so nasty. The bottom bun was soggy and looked like wilted skin after being in a pool for too long. The wrapper itself looked used. Like it had been wrapped, unwrapped and rewrapped more than just a handful of times. The topper of grossness was the meat itself had been microwaved so long that it burnt my mouth in an unnormal and awkward tasting fashion. The flavor resembled metal! I went thought the drive through and got mozzarella fries, the how to train your dragon burger and a slushy with nerds the nerds where all on top not mixed at all. The how to train your dragon burger was NOT what it's supposed to be I paid 9 dollars for a burger that's supposed to be different. It had a regular bun and it was cold. The mozzarella fries where NOT supposed to be spicy and they where do NOT go here unless you want your money stolen and want your food made completely wrong. read more

We only stopped here because they had a playground. Buuuuuut!!!!.... The playground was closed. A worker said it was closed for over 2 years because of Covid. Then another worker said it was closed because of safety issues. Then I asked the manager what the deal was. The manager said it is closed because they don't have a worker that could watch over the play place. Thaaaaaats ridiculous. McDonald's doesn't have full time staff that does that. It was just excuse after excuse. So we didn't wanna drive anywhere else because we were hungry and ate there. My kids had to stare at the play place. Sucked. Plain and simple. A Monday at 9am. Same person working pay window and pickup window. Probably not her fault. NO ONE ELSE THERE FROM THE PUBLIC. Not in drive through nor inside. We were told to pull around to the main doors to get our breakfast order. I had the double sausage croissant and the wife the single. Both were a disintegrating microwaved mess. The eggs blew out the side and the "croissant" fell apart upon contact. I'd have taken photos but my fingers were covered in goo chasing cheesy eggs between the seats. Don't want that on the phone! I literally have to shampoo my seats now! Never again. It's a BK thing. No matter where we go, they suck. WTH happened? No wonder franchises are closing by the box load. read more

The food: average Burger King slop. The staff: Robert at the front counter is super annoying and inappropriate! On multiple visits I've encountered Robert talking loudly about religion and religious beliefs to other staff and customers. From the dining room I've been forced to tolerate Robert's thoughts on Jehovah's Witnesses and other religious ideals. On one trip, he asked me and my son whether we attended church. I told him I was an anti-theist and he got this confused look on his face. This guy is a loud, endless motormouth that is incapable of being quiet. A truly royal disappointment - Avoid at all costs! I We were lured in by the promise of a play place for our kids, only to find out upon entering that it was closed. Never would've thought walked in had they just put that on door. It took forever to get 2 ice cream cones and before I ordered a dude walked in that had been waiting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes for his order. You'd think a large chain like Burger King would be family-friendly, but neither restroom had a changing table. That's just plain ridiculous and inconvenient for any parent trying to enjoy a meal with their children. I would say just choose literally any other dining option. read more

We just ordered and a meal and a regular chicken sandwhich $21? Wtf did they grow their own livestock? We didn't get any napkins or a straw. What a nice surprise to find a Burger King that is clean and have nice people working in there , and the food is probably the best BK food I've had in YEARS. I am reminded of when my mom used to take me as a child , she said she liked BK because it was "nicer" than most fast food places somehow . This review is for BK #14440 in Chehalis, WA. The location was excellent right off of Interstate 5, it was clean, and the people were nice. The bad review is because it took 15 minutes to fulfill my simple whopper meal takeout order that I ordered in-person, and I ended up with a painful case of food poisoning. Since I didn't eat much of anything else that day and I got sick roughly an hour after eating, I'm pretty sure BK is the cause. I normally don't write bad reviews, but I want BK to take this seriously and correct whatever problem caused this because I think it could have sent a less healthy person to the hospital. My family stopped there to eat because of the indoor play place so our toddler twins could burn off some energy on our road trip. For a few drinks and a couple burgers it was almost 20 dollars when I had mentioned that it had seemed a bit much the cashier was very rude and tried to explain simple math to me like I was a child. Not going to get into how good I am at math but the order was correct I just didn't realize how expensive fast food was since we don't eat it often. When the runner brought our food out she was very rude at asking if it was my order and then slammed the tray down and walked off. I blew it off because I was there so my boys could eat and play. The play place was by far the most disgusting thing I have ever been in. It looked like something from an episode of hoarders. I went into the play place tunnels and slides to retrieve my toddlers for one reason or another and it looked as though it had not been cleaned in years everything from food to hair to piled up dust lined the tunnels all the way through it. The bottom of the tunnels where you crawl was so sticky you could hear your hands and feet pealing off as your crawled trough it. I'm not sure how its in this kind of shape seeing as how I'm sure it has to get inspected at some point for safety reasons and if it does get inspected how is this not reported. McDonalds dollar menu and their covered play place across the street is by far a better place I highly recommend turning left instead of right when you exit. read more

My husband and I stopped by here on our way to Seattle. We went through drive thru for some burgers for our family for a small lunch. When we ordered our food we had to repeat our order three or four times and when we went to the window the cashier/order taker was very rude. She was pregnant and kept rubbing her belly while she demanded the money for our order. When we got the bags of food I searched inside to retrieve the small fries we ordered for our boys and realized they were missing one. My husband sat there waiting for the order taker to come back to the window. She saw my husband but turned her back to us and ignored that we were still at the window hoping we would drive away. Well we sat there longer and she finally turned back to us and rudely said "was there something else?" My husband told her that we were missing a small fry and she replied "I only rang you up for one." Then she walked away. She went to take another order. We continued to sit there and then she came back and just stared at us. She said "did you want another fry." We'll... Duh... We were not just sitting here to stare at her rubbing her stomach. "Yes " my husband replied and she went to ring him up for another. We got upset at this rude customer service, informed the manager and vowed we would never return to this location again.
