Typical Subway. I only order ONE thing at Subway, the Spicy Italian. I always order it with Spicy Dijon Mustard. The cheery faced teen behind the counter sorrowfully told me they no longer carry Spicy Dijon Mustard. AW MAN! Spicy Dijon Mustard is a "must have" on my Spicy Italian sandwich. I took Chipotle as a substitute. Chipotle was a WONDERFUL substitute for the spicy dijon. I will consider getting it again. But BIG DISAPPOINTMENT in not having the spicy dijon. Would have given three stars as this is just a typical Subway, no better, no worse (and not because of the lack of spicy dijon....), but I'm giving an extra star because...... every time I go to Subway, I tell them, "Don't give me any potato chips" and I am usually ignored and given potato chips anyway, and then I have to remind them that I really don't want potato chips. I avoid this Subway at all costs. I have been here numerous times and every time they are slow, seem untrained and disorganized, and more often than not are unfriendly. The sandwiches are the same as any other Subway but efficiency and customer service are both seriously lacking. Yes, one star is not deserved. I had no option for 0 stars or minus stars, but the person making our sandwiches was clearly annoyed and should not be dealing with the public in any capacity. The new hire, Bryanna, who she is training was helpful and friendly. I hope Bryanna doesn't develop the same bad attitude that her trainer has. I walked into this subway with high expectations- even with a two star yelp review- I love subway so what can I say. I left this subway leaving them with a one star yelp review, only because my sandwich still tasted okay. The only thing that's got me messed up are the workers, these homies got the intelligence of an amoeba. They ruined my reusable 10% off card (which I received generously from my AMAZING local subway for assisting disabled peers all summer) by writing void and underlining it three times (for some reason they didn't see "reusable" written plain to see on both sides.) They then proceeded to tell me I could not have my reusable card back. And then they messed up our sandwich price four times before finally ending on, no surprise here, the wrong one. I go In about everyday of the week and I see the same young girl working by herself while her coworker sits in the corner of the restaurant. I hear the door open she looks back and ignores it, I don't think I'll be going to that subway ever again if they can't get people to work instead of sitting while you have customers and you leave one coworker to work. read more

Staff is friendly, professional, and treats you like a valued customer! They greet you when you come in and they are courteous when preparing your food. The store is clean and the food is fresh! Love this place! They have made some great strides in making positive changes with staff, management, and overall cleanliness of the establishment. read more

Poor service ... and likely an unsanitary establishment. The staff seem to be brain-dead ... would not take orders in a consistent way. Seems that staff control key to the toilet, and it seems that they do not change gloves, when they take the key to open to restroom. There are more options one stop north off the interstate. read more

having worked at a subway for years i have a hard time having someone else make my subs. They do a decent job making them any way. The part that bothers me is the broken bins in the bain. The filthy glass. And the fact that neither one of the girls that helped me knew that they should wash their hands after completing a cash transaction......... or that they should not be putting the order into the pos with their gloves and jumping back on the line to make sandwiches wearing the same gloves. I keep forgetting this is a franchise and not a corporate "Subway". Went in today for the kids meal with the "Brave" promotion. All they had was the boy bag and also weren't including the free movie ticket codes to see if you won. So from now on I will drive the extra to visit the corporate store. Well after not eating a year at this location, I was in a hurry and decided to give them a try since they are close to my home. Still after notes and a call to manager then calling the owner with no return call I quit going there. When I went today I was still disappointed in the freshness of the product. Their bread is old and their lettuce is wilted with a nasty flavor. I again today told the manager and she really did nothing but try to push me off. I will again drive the distance to another location or do not eat Subway at all. I'm sure this is not what corporate has in mine when they sell a franchise. read more

I often come in for lunch, whether it be me or my coworkers. The customer service is very unprofessional and the workers often have attitudes and act very agitated like it's an inconvenience that they have to prepare your order. Constantly bickering at each other. This isn't a one time problem this is how it is on numerous occasions, when myself or my coworkers go in there. They change the rules on how they prepare there sandwiches and salads ALL THE TIME! One chick rips your face off for asking for shredded cheese on a salad the other worker laughs at you like your stupid stating that shredded cheese is only meant for salads. Today was my last attempt ordering from this joke of a sandwich shop I tried to call in our lunch order and they let the phone ring till voicemail and when I called again they took the phone off the hook. Privately owned apparently means no 5$ foot longs, They over charged me for a regular turkey. Normal is around 5$ or 6$. At this locations I was charged over 9$ for turkey letticce and mayo. No worth it, go to a chain that isn't franchise. read more

Got some coupons in the mail so went to this subway to use the coupon. They don't take coupons! Excuse was because of the rise in minimum wage and they are a franchise store. Subway should not advertise sale items or offer coupons if their franchise stores are not going to honor them. This business will go the way of Sears Roebuck. We ordered two of their 15 piece sandwich plates. The clerk was very knowledgeable and helped with suggestions of variety and making a separate vege plate so each person can make their sandwich up the way they like. Sidetracked with visiting family, I forgot to go pick them up at 10:30 when I had said I would be there. They called my cell phone and I was delighted at the THREE trays (two sandwich and a FULL vege tray). With thirty 4" sandwiches we fed about 25 people! This location is going downhill fast and I think I am done with it. Went tonight for dinner. No one in the place. The single slowest male employee I have ever met began to make my sandwich, toasted it and stood there while it baked, took it out, and then-asked my husband what he would like. It got slower. Meanwhile, 2 separate families walked in with multiple kids. A female employee appeared who was nominally more alert. When our sandwiches were done, I had to ask for napkins and the cup for my drink. We went to sit at a table but all tables were dirty. Remember, we entered an empty restaurant. After cleaning the table ourselves, we ate our sandwiches. As we finished, the family in line behind us was just getting their last sandwich made by the female and the male had disappeared to the back.
