Always wanted to try Quiznos after my parents telling me about how good it is! My patents used to go to Quiznos all the time, but the location they used to visit closed down. Since we were staying at Great Wolf Lodge and were in the area looking for lunch we decided to give it a try. It was my first time, and upon first glance it looked like a pretty regular sandwich shop. It was decently busy for lunch time, and the line took about 10 minutes to get through. The service was pretty decent and the workers were super kind and doing their best. They toast all their subs which give it a wonderful toasty flavor, they also let you choose all your toppings! We ordered the mushroom and steak, the Italian, and some tater tots. The price was super good for all the food, and once we payed our sandwich's were immediately done. For the sandwich's they were super good! Some better chain restaurant sandwich's, they all had a ton of flavor, and tasted super hot and fresh. Really good quality for a chain restaurant. On the other hand the tater tots were just okay, they were super plain and needed salt, but after the addition of salt they were decent. Overall I really enjoyed Quiznos and it's a bummer they don't have more locations. I recommend Quiznos for a quick meal if your in the area! read more

My sandwich came home to me so wet and sloppy no way i was going to be able to pick it up much less eat it. The new kid put the wrong meat on the sandwich and the "manager" told him to just get new meat. I called the store and said I wanted a remake and a mangers phone number or email and was told we can't give that to you and he was the manager. I will never go back. Came here for lunch with the kids instead of at Great Wolf. There's something here for pretty much everyone. 3 kids sandwiches: one ham and cheese, one ham and turkey, and one turkey. Kids meals came with chips and milk (or fountain drink) and a toy. Adults got a steak sandwich, a turkey sandwich, French dip, and salad with chips, soup, and tater tots as sides. French dip was good though the au jus was pretty bad. 2 of 3 kids liked their sandwiches (and they ate their chips of course). Salad was a nice change of pace. Would generally recommend as an affordable alternative to GWL, it's a short drive away. read more

I have never been to a Quiznos but I came because online it said they had the new vegetarian corned beef. They in fact do not have it so I got a tuna melt from the menu. I didn't expect them to not add sauces, it's a bit dry but not bad. Wont be going to another unless I call ahead and see if they have what I want. Lady was nice. read more

My mom went into pick up an order online and wore her mask when a MAN BLOCKED HER FROM THE ENTRANCE and told her to REMOVE HER MASK to come in. My mother was scared and told me that the EMPLOYEES were laughing at him blocking her and telling her to take off her mask! I called and they tried telling me that this customer is just a "jokester". It is NOT a joke to block someone and demand them to take off their mask DURING A PANDEMIC. When I asked for the owners number, they told me NO AND HUNG UP ON ME. Do not support this business. I have reported them to local officials and disgusted that they'd allow this type of harassment to be held in their establishment. I ENCOURAGE MANAGEMENT TO WATCH THE TAPES. Food was awful. I only had two bites and threw the rest away. There wasn't any substance to the sandwich (not a lot of meat or veggies).

This Quiznos is the worst experience I have ever come across and I would avoid at all costs.

I was staying at Great Wolf Lodge and decided to grab dinner up the street at Quiznos to save a few dollars. This Quiznos was clean, conveniently located, friendly staff and the food was very good! Definitely glad I stopped! Yum! read more

After eating junkfood for days on end, we stopped by Quizno's for some healthier food. I was surprised to find the location wasn't on Yelp. This Quizno's is exactly what you would expect from the cookie cutter franchise. Be sure to try the jalapeño chips. They are my favorite. read more

I didn't expect much, but I expected more than what I got. The floor was a wreck - looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. Sticky, dirty, and disgusting. The mac and cheese I ordered was just a microwave mac and cheese. It was nuked and the sauce was like cheesy water. I was really unhappy. The staff acted like they were just there to get paid, and nothing more. The girl behind the counter yelled when she talked even though she was just a counter space away from the guests. I rarely ever eat out. I was on the road, after a long morning and needed lunch. I stopped into Quiznos. I have ate at a Quiznos before in a different state. The food is generally always good. Writing this review because everyone was just super nice, professional and I had great customer service, from everyone working today (Wednesday 01/10/18, at noon). The staff deserves a good review. We eat at this place quite often! Went here a couple of days ago and ordered 2-sandwiches which the thought we ordered 2-classic Italians because I asked to have mayo added to both sides of the bread. We told them that we only ordered 2-sandwiches. We got our drink cups filled them then went and sat down. Staff disappeared so we were wondering where our sandwiches were? Walked back to the counter and picked our sandwiches up took them back to our table. Still no staff around. Interesting that they decided to disappear because they made a mistake. I have eaten here once but I usually order delivery from them once a week. I have never had an order messed up, and they always arrive well before the estimated time (20-30 minutes early sometimes)! Which I like. The staff is friendly, and the delivery driver is really nice. The food is delicious. Definitely not healthy sandwiches but they have some other options if you don't like sandwiches, like macaroni and cheese and salads. read more

Great sandwiches and awesome staff. I don't think I have seen a better service at a fast food joint before. Also - I don't usually go to Quiznos but I realize the options here are better than subway and the flavor station - where you can add pickles, jalapenos etc. and sauces was a nice touch. The lady was extremely rude. First, there were no listings for the vegetables, so I had to inconvenience the lady to ask what vegetables she had for the salad. She did not want to name off what veggies she had, so I had to waste my time naming off whatever vegetables I could think of that might be available. I also had to ask her three times until she finally decided to go to the back room to get me fresh mushrooms instead of cooked ones for the salad. What is so difficult to show good customer service and do whatever needs to be done to please the customer? Lastly, this Quiznos was the first location that I have been to that does not have a small sub on the pick two menu. I'd rather go hungry than stop at this location again. read more
