Food isn't that great. We had impossible whoppers, with fries, onion rings and the Hershey's pie. The fries were as bad as they can get, and the onion rings tasted stale. I ordered the ice cream on my mobile app,and once I reached the store, the server said their ice cream machine wasn't working, and offered cookies instead. We didn't get any sauce in our orders with the burgers, so we requested for a ranch sauce and the server's face seemed as if we were asking for some money out of his pocket and said we'll have to pay extra. But he didn't care for the fact that we had to settle for cheaper cookies instead of the ice cream which seemed a bit odd, as I haven't experienced such an attitude in any other BK in the town. This is an above average Burger King location. I've ordered for delivery, pickup, and in person and never had an issue. I've always received the correct order and the food is hot and tastes pretty good. I'd recommend using the BK app because I've saved a bunch of money and it always has deals. Trying these spicy chicken nuggets for dinner and they are super crunchy but I don't like the Buffalo sauce that comes with them. It's amazing how many friends of mine hate McDonald's but like Burger King. Go figure. This location just opened up, previously a KFC and totally remodeled (for the better) as a similarly smallish BK. The employees were very friendly (three stars plus an extra star for the manager who went around checking on people), and the food was actually good for fast food. Let's see what this place looks like in a year, but for now it was a decent place to get a quick, cheap burger and a soda. read more

One of the most consistent Burger Kings in terms of taste. Never had a problem here. My last order was sloppily made and still tasted good, although the mac 'n' cheetos were obviously microwaved multiple times to be kept warm and were burned as well as dry. read more

For some reason the staff at this Burger King give you a difficult time when trying to use coupons on the Burger King app. Person at register tries to claim that coupons in the app can only be used for mobile orders and not at the register even though the coupon in the app directs you to show to show at register. This is the first Burger King where I've encountered this issue. Less stressful to go to other restaurants. read more

I've been to this location twice; both on a Sunday; both times around 12 noon. Each time I've opted for the 2 whoppers for $6.00 Once was with an order of onion rings. There were a few people ahead of me waiting for their food but my order was filled in about 4 minutes' time. Gotta like a location that uses fresh toppings and does not skimp on toppings either. Buns were very fresh; the whoppers hit the spot. The manager a Hispanic or Mexican lady was pleasant and had the operations running smoothly. Now fast food can be hit or miss depending on a time visited or location visited. Oh, and the restaurant was clean when I visited. Another nice thing was when ordering the onion rings the manager asked which size instead of automatically ringing up the larger size. Good to have a Burger King that cares about quality. read more

Ordered way too much food for myself because I'm in the mid-stages of being an obese man. Ordered 4 burgers, a salad, and onion rings and was offered a free burger I haven't tried out yet with a coupon(much appreciated). The onion rings weren't in the bag. If I could give this location a 0 I would. I went in with 2 of my friends recording the facility for a project and I included no people in the video, rather just the look of the Burger King and a picture of the menu for my final in a class because I had to record several fast food restaurants. An older male worker sees that I'm taking a picture of the menu and decides to take multiple pictures and hold his phone up with the camera facing my friends and I for a solid minute straight. For reference this was at 3 pm and the worker who did this was named Robert. My friends and I are barely 18 and this made us severely uncomfortable because why would this man be having pictures of 3 very young girls on his personal phone? We confront him and ask him to confirm that he took pictures of us and he proudly said yes in a sassy tone. We asked him to delete it and he refused so I had to ask for the manager and she was non Chalant and didn't do anything about the situation, but rather said to HIM in Spanish that she didn't see him to do it so she can't do anything (thinking we wouldn't understand). Another worker on duty told me if I wanted to take pics I could've told them that to begin with and I showed him what picture I took of the menu (very zoomed in) looked like showing that it was solely the TV and not of any worker and he said okay and told his coworker to show us that he deleted the pictures of us. Robert goes into the corner facing away from us and scrolls through his phone for 5 min pretending like he's deleting pictures but really, how long does it take to delete "a picture"?? He acts dumb as if he doesn't know how to use his own phone and mind you this is literally after he knows that my picture WAS OF THE MENU. it's like he's fighting to have the pictures of us young girls on his phone because he has other intentions with them??? 5 min later he tried showing us his recent photos and how it's not of us and proceeds to say "it's not here so it must be gone" even after my friend tried asking to see his camera roll. No one wanted to help us and it's so inappropriate that this older man who must be in his 50s-60s has God knows what on his phone of us. It could even be videos for all we know. I tried contacting corporate and they said they will try fixing the situation but I think that's BS. This was so out of pocket and now my friends and I are uncomfortable with the fact that this man has pictures of us out there and could be putting it anywhere on the internet without our consent. He could've stood there pretending to delete it for 5 min because he really put it in his own file, sent it to people, or who knows what. i am truly so pissed and he deserves to be fired. I never really thought I'd ever give a fast food restaurant 4 out of 5 stars. I mean it's certainly not a 5 star cuisine, it's Burger King. Maybe Burger Prince if we are being honest. Yet I admire their attempt to be better than they truly are. They have comfy leather chairs which surprisingly have not yet been stolen by homeless people who always hang out around there. The chairs could use a lot of cleaning, as could the entire restaurant. However, it's not that bad but it certainly looks like they never wipe anything down or just spray around Febreeze before opening. They always have those cardboard king crowns available to take, which I like. The service is whatever. Just people trying to make a few extra bucks. Hospitality varies. read more

I went here today with a valid Free Whopper coupon from T-Mobile Tuesdays (that's good for 5 days via the T-Mobile Tuesdays app)...they outright refused to accept the coupon and said that they only accepted the coupon on Tuesday...I guess they are all too ignorant to read the fine print and know that it's good for 5 days...they would have none of my explanation....such a horrible, clueless staff at this location!
