We had takeout dinner there tonight. They make good hamburgers. The place was clean. I think the only thing that I would say is I need more counter help. Fu$k this place. I went there on 9/26/23 and had chicken wraps, waited almost 15 mins as is, and got food poisoning, woke up at 12:30am sick AF!! I got drive thru yesterday-two junior whopper meals add onion rings-the burgers were hot and so were the onion rings, the problem is that as they focused on the onion rings being hot they gave us visibly old and cold fries. To rub salt in it; there was nobody there so; it was not a "rushed mistake" it was stealing. They gave me a expectation of receiving a quality product for my money. I did not receive that product. Will this establishment receive their due penalty for thievery? No. Will they give me my time back? No. Will they fire everybody and make a quality product in the future...we can all hope so. We visited the Burger King in Columbia City, Indiana around 7 pm Sunday April 10, 2022. As we were ordering we asked for a large french fry. The answer was we cannot serve you a large french fry you can only order a medium size french fry. As the order was about to be paid, I had noticed a sign on the front window that said we honor all veterans and I remembered in the past that there was a small discount offered by Burger King for veterans. "Oh, sign is a mistake" was the servers response. "Burger King no longer offers any discounts. Even the employees do not get discounts anymore." said the server. To make the visit even less enjoyable the whole time we were eating the Burger King staff were cussing and using profanities at each other. Not a very good experience for sure and not that old Burger King number 3632 I remember having visited in Columbia City, Indiana. The manager at this place is horrible I came here 3 times in different times of the month with the same manager that is working . The manager is very rude she didn't even use her name for the cashier register . It's convenient fast food but if you even ask her how is she , she looks at you with a attitude and does not respond . I usually don't write reviews for places but this was by far the WORST Burger King I have ever been to. It took 10 minutes after they said "One moment please" for them to even take my order at the drive thru. I ordered 1 meal. Drove up to the next window and then paid and waited another 30 MINUTES in the drive thru and they weren't even that busy. And to top it all off they gave me the wrong order. NEVER AGAIN! read more
