Worst customer service ever. Walked in at 8pm with plenty people in the place Greeted with attitude I assume because it's 1hr before close. Got "yep, fine" responses asked for their peppercorn ranch but called it honrycornracnh and he said nope we don't have anything like that Then I looked up the ranch and called it peppercorn and he said "it's nothing special they're just tryna be fancy I guess" got home both subs were completely wrong. Called manager spoke to Kendra she accommodated me subs same order right SAME WORKERS from night prior AGAIN messes up my subs. When called to speak to a manager about it again how rude they were AGAIN I got a man named James and was rude the whole time telling me I'm wrong and they did what they were suppose to but how did they when it's not what I ordered? Ranch on a BLT? Doubled toasted and didn't even toast the bread? DRENCHED my turkey in ranch but he said " that's what the recipe calls for" Unbelievable but believable service here. First time Firehouse patron...will definitely be back. I had the Hook and Ladder sub on wheat. The bread was soft and toasted nicely. The sub was piled with meat. The veggies were fresh and applied in an appropriate amount. At Subway you don't near as much meat as Firehouse and Subway piles on the veggies to fill up the bread. My sandwich was very tasty! My wife had the Engineer which she said was also delicious! read more

A bunch of fireman own this shop. First responders. They got them fireman clothes displayed here with a firehouse theme to it. Hard working fire fighters sticking their necks out in that heat. On the grill they have a nice selection of quality meats that they pack on taller than the next sub shop. I like the Italian sub a great deal. Lots of meat and Italian tasting. Decided to check out this place after 4 years...It's an average size place so there's plenty of room inside. The workers were friendly and they also explained some of the menu to us. The subs came in variety of sizes - small to large, and had 10 different subs that you can pick from. I had the #9 "hero" sub and it was delicious!!! The sub was really tasty - the honey ham tasted fresh and flavorful! It's definitely not your typical sub. I thought it was going to taste plain but I was wrong. In my opinion, it's definitely better than jimmy johns! A large sub that was so flavorful AND wasn't pricey at all...I'll be back! I would recommend my friends to check out this place. Normally eating here is great. Today was not normal. I ordered a tuna sub with black olives online. The website promised it would be ready for pickup at 11:30. The order was quietly slid onto the counter at 11:55. Does it cost too much to call out a person's name? If you order in-person the DO call your name. They didn't manage to add the requested olives. A regular receipt does not accompany online orders, so I couldn't leave comments on their website. read more

Everytime I order a mobile order they take 25-30 minutes longer than when I ordered it to be picked up by. truly ridiculous... why is there an option to have a pickup time to choose from when they don't have it ready by that time read more

I had a hankerin" (yes, that is a southern term for "desire") for a sub and since I passed a Subway that I couldn't get to because of traffic, I decided to go to the next sub shop I passed. That sub place turned out to be Firehouse Subs. You have to be careful with this location as you may miss the turn in, which we did, and ended up parking in the IHOP parking lot and walking to FS. No worries, I didn't get to go to the gym so I needed the extra walk. The service was excellent. Everyone was pleasant saying hello when we entered and goodbye when we left. Of course, I ordered the veggie sub. I typically do not like grilled veggies on my sub, but since my day was not typical from the start, I decided to try it with the grilled veggies. Surprisingly I liked them. It would not be my first choice, but if I just had to get grilled veggies I would and enjoy them again. read more

Meh...got the phillysteak. Added hot sauce, the sub was still bland. Added more hot sauce... (You get the point). The meat is not made fresh to order like you might expect a phillysteak to be. Usually I would give this place a 5 star but not today. Didn't have pepper jack cheese (not super big deal but it's my all time fave cheese) but they literally messed up on 3/4 orders we had. It didn't seem like 2/3 workers knew what they were doing... I'll probably be back but I'm hoping the experience is better, otherwise that will be my last time coming back. EDIT: They messed up on my sandwich AGAIN after telling them 3 times I didn't want lettuce (lettuce makes me veeeeeeryyy sick) then they got attitude. Great subs and a nice place for kids. With each kids meal they give them a plastic fireman hat. My kid's ate turkey and said they were good. I had the turkey cranberry. It was great. A little more cranberry would of been nice on it but it was nothing to complain about. The price was a little steep all things considered for a sandwich shop. That's why 4 stars. Cost my family of 4 over $35. If price is no issue then it's a good place to check out. read more

Was sitting at a doctor's office and the delivery guy came into the business without shoes on. While I'm sure he wasn't rubbing he's feet up on the food, it's incredibly unprofessional. What other codes are being violated if this is how he behaves when we can see him? This is grossly unacceptable. read more

This is a great place to eat! I had the Italian it was probably the best sub I've ever had. It's kid friendly, they have fire hats for the kids. The staff are extremely nice. My only complaint is that if you want to get your sub quick like Subway or Jimmy Jones this is not the place. It takes a bit to get you sub but is worth the wait. read more
