Box Combo - $10.99 - 4 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, coleslaw, bread, and Cane's sauce - Ate inside so the chicken fingers were hot and fresh. Fries are average. Coleslaw isn't sour, so that's a good thing. The bread is toasted and okay. Cane's sauce is just okay to me but some people really love it. It's a good dipping sauce for the chicken and fries. 5/5 stars. I got lemonade for a drink and it costs a little extra, but it's good and tastes freshly squeezed. Always a good meal. With no further adieu, we finally hit up the new Cane's on Coliseum... Dave Portnoy 6.1 We tried to go before, but line was wrapped around the entire parking lot shortly after opening. We've been to other Cane's in the past and while it's not better chicken than Chick-Fil-A, Cane's holds its own... This location however was just ok. To start, it took 35 minutes to get through the drive thru (I'll blame the traffic engineer though, not Cane's). The service was great and friendly, but the food was below average and not on par with other Cane's... The chicken tenders were tiny (and greasy) and the fries were under done and soggy. Ok. Disclaimer, this visit was carry out. I didn't eat anything until I got home. That being said, the tenders were really good! Tender and not too crunchy. Like it didn't hurt the inside of my mouth from biting into them. The toast was soft but still tasty. The fries were _sad_ thus the 4 stars instead of 5. Ordering online was super easy. We were able to hit up this new restaurant this past weekend. The drive-through line was crazy busy so we decided to walk in and eat at the restaurant. Luckily the line moved very quickly and the food, albeit slower than other fast food restaurants was still considered fast. They don't have a lot of items on the menu, which helps streamline the food. The chicken tenders were quite moist and fresh. The fries were unfortunately undercooked not enough salt added. The coleslaw was just terrible. It wasn't sweet or sour. It just had no taste. overall, if this place can keep up the quality I think people will come back for the chicken tenders however there is a lot of mediocre restaurants in Fort Wayne so if the quality slides, so will the customers. I wish they didn't have the disco balls in the dining room as it was quite distracting and does not fit the decor. read more

Was happy and excited to try out their chicken fingers with my 12 year old son today. First off, the staff were AMAZING. Kind, fast and smiles everywhere. Not any of the "my pleasure" robotics, just great people who seemed to be having a great day. For the food, it was fine. The sauce was 4/5, chicken was moist but almost like...wet? Maybe just for our batch it was 3/5 because the breading was crispy. The fries are you standard crinkle fries and were cooked great. The bread was fantastic and was sadly the star of the show... 5/5 would eat that bread for my last meal. All in all, it is good, but for 11 dollars a meal, I did expect more. We didn't get the long lines earlier when they opened ,so we waited. On Monday the 27th we went by there and they were still busy,but not jammed up. Maybe 20 cars. So we got in line. We waited about 20 minutes. Not too bad. Order ed two 4 piece dinners. The garlic bread was tasty. The Coleslaw was just okay. The chicken fingers? They were bad. Tasteless !! Not very crispy. But not any seasoning to make them . Breading fell off as you picked them up and had a naked,tasteless chicken tender. WTH !!! For almost $42.00 we thought we would get some bombass food. We visited the NEW Rasing Canes, Greeted right when we walked in the door by the staff. We ordered a pan of 25 tenders, it was $39.99. Food came it very fast. The chicken tenders were so juicy and delicious!!! Not a big fan of the Cains Sauce. I asked for BBQ Sauce instead. They don't have it at all. Restaurant was clean. We will definitely visit again when we are in Fort Wayne. read more

Texas toast is like the toast from DQ combo, lemonade taste like country time, crinkle cut fries light salt you can barely tell is on & Caines sauce is the whole reason to go - you can find recipe online. Checked out Raising Cane's on Sunday. I wasn't sure after reading other reviews if I would like it. I dined in. Parking is not good and parking area seems like an accident waiting to happen. Since there wasn't any parking in their lot I parked closer to the stores parking area. When I went inside it wasn't that crowded based on the lot being packed. Plenty of room to dine inside. I did think the ceiling fans were running too fast for winter making a cool breeze but it is probably hot in the back. The chicken was very good. I do think the chicken has a delicate breading and I can see if it sits too long or gets steamy it could fall off. The fries were ok but could be crisper for my taste. The Texas toast was really good. The 3 piece was around $10 with tax. So, probably normal price but normally I get a chicken sandwich at a near by competitor for a little under $6 and with using their app to order I earn free ones. I don't eat a lot of fast food and try not to have the fries or pop normally because so unhealthy. So probably won't be back much unless it happens yo be another Sunday since the menu is basically built around ordering baskets. read more

This place deserves no stars, I understand that it's opening weekend but there is no communication in the store and I ordered over the phone. I arrived and the line was insane, around the building and out into the street, both people and vehicles. I had called ahead knowing that it would be crowded. I got there and there is a separate entrance for pickup. I entered and went to the pickup counter gave them my name, I was told it would be 10-15 minutes. I waited and when I said whom do I pay, they informed me that I had no order. I said I had called ahead, I was then told we don't take phone orders and that I would have to wait. I informed them I was a repeat customer and that I will never go to any Cains ever again, they simply asked me to leave. Was very exciting to try raising canes for the first time knowing i'm a big fan of fries and chicken tenders. Never again. I don't know why it's so overhyped for.
