Great experience at Burger King! The food was fresh and tasted great, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was surprisingly nice and comfortable. The new staff there is very clean, polite, and hardworking, and you can really tell they care about keeping the restaurant running smoothly. Service here is typically pretty good but the frozen cherry is frequently out. The drive thru runs efficiently and the people are nice. Food is Burger King so I mean you're getting typical fast food. The vintage Burger King feel lives on inside with the sun room area. But the oddest thing is the ladies bathroom. It's set up for two stalls, but the doors have been removed... Basically making it really only for one person at a time despite having 2 toilets and stalls.... Just not doors. It's just odd. read more

This drive thru experience was great! It was actually fast and friendly and the food was super fresh! There was no line, this never happens. This might just be an update review cause everyone's been to BK right? If you say no you're lying!!!! Hahaha just kidding! If you haven't you should at least try anything once, because you never know if you're going to like it! Dining room closed at 8pm on a Friday?? I know we are a small town, but 8pm is a ridiculous closing time. Also, run down parking lot and building (even with the "refresh"). This is the best Burger King I come here every pay day as a treat. I love how fresh and hot and full the French fry box is I've never had a bad batch of fries always pipin hot . The service is always awesome and friendly and talk about fast they manage to be super fast with all there great service I've been coming here for 30 years and it's still hasn't changed it has kept it's quality and customer service . As a single mom 30 years ago I came here with my kids as a go to for comfort and relaxing to enjoy the inside seating. If I could, I'd give it zero stars, not because of the food but because of the attitude and results of ordering with Burger King's app. For the second time, (which demonstrates a pattern of behavior) I've ordered meals prior to closing only to have that order lost and the Restaurant close early (as I pulled up to the Drive-Thru window). The card I used shows a pending charge for the meals (so I know the app got the order) but this restaurant cannot (or will not) find the order and besides that, they've closed early - cutting off any option to correct the error by reordering. I can certainly understand the need to have a cutoff time for orders, and the app should reflect that by preventing orders within that predetermined cutoff time... But the Restaurant should take orders and serve its customers during all its stated operating hours - and not just arbitrarily close down 4-5 minutes early just as a customer arrives to pick up said order (or place a new one). I guess my point is that Restaurants that want to stay in business should demonstrate that desire by providing excellent customer service rather than the way this one operates. read more

The drive thru at this place sucks. They only had the breakfast menu up at 10:50 am. The restaurant is right next to a car wash so when cars are being blown dry (which was the whole time we were trying to place our order) we couldn't hear the the lady working the drive thru. Tried to order an original chicken sandwich and was told they are sold out of that, are you kidding me!!!!???? So we finally get our order placed, 2 Double BK Stackers, a Bacon Cheese Burger, a Whopper Jr., 6 Piece Nuggets, and a 4 piece Jalapeno Cheddar Bites. The total was 23 Bucks! We were like WTF?! Well when we got our food and I looked at the receipt I saw it. The BK Stackers were 7 bucks a piece! WTF????!!!!! They used to be 2 bucks and were like little bacon cheese burgers. Well, when I pulled them out of the bag They were these huge double bacon cheese burgers that my husband and I could have split and not gotten anything else. I can't stand it when restaurants change their stuff! We don't eat fast food that often but next time I will take the time to download the app and order on that. And the food wasn't even that good. I stopped here on Saturday 4/20/24 for lunch, I went thru the drive thru. I had given them the wrong coupon code, so when I proceeded to the window I had asked them nicely that I had made a mistake and was wondering if I could change my order, the young lady then told her manager that I wanted to change my order. The manager came to the window and rudely said in Spanish now " what do you want" in a toned voice. Right away I told her to not raise her voice at me. She replied "well that's the way I speak". Then she went on to say that I had to go back around again to reorder my food. I told her well if it's too much to change I will keep it it since you are clearly yelling at me in a rude way I will just buy what I ordered. I handed her 15 dollars, as I handed it to her the money she purposely grabbed one bill and the other one fell on the floor just so I could struggle to open my door and reach it myself on the floor. I asked her name, she responded that her name is Sandra and it looked like she was manager. I am a Door Dash Driver. I want through the drive thru as instructed to pick up the order. When I arrived to the window the girl handed me the customers drinks, one was a soda and the other a vanilla milkshake. The beverages were already made and sitting on the counter. Once I received the beverages she asked me to pull in a parking spot out front because the order was not ready. The milk shake already looked like it had been sitting awhile. I sat in the spot for 8 minutes waiting for them to bring the food out. The milkshake at this point was soupy. I had asked nicely if they would be able to replace it since it had been sitting for so long and showed the girl the shake. She responded with a dirty look and said "they get that way" I told her that they had me waiting for almost 8 minutes and it had already been sitting for who knows how long when they gave it to me. I told her I would not want a soupy shake and it's for "their" custom who chose to spend their money with them. She then said to me very rudely "no, that's just how they get and we don't have any whip cream that normally covers it up" I then called the customer to inform them why their shake was like that and that I had requested to have it replaced. I did not take a picture of it to attach as it was not my food. You may ask why I care then. Well I have been in the customer service industry for well over 25 years. I Dash on the side from my full time job to make money for vacations..As someone who works in the industry how hard would it have been for them to replace this customers shake. Not hard at all! She kept getting the order wrong and would have to redo it. Then we get up there and they gave us fries instead onion rings and they refused to change out the fries for the onion rings we wanted. And to top it off they only gave us 1 sauce for a whole box of chicken fries so I had to pay for more. And the lady was just rude! Will never go back there again!! This was the first time I tried the impossible burger at Burger King. I could tell it was a problem that the employees had to grill my burger on a separate Grill. There was nothing grilled about it, actually I think they might have put it inside the microwave. My onion rings are hard as a rock and there are no more onions in there. very u happy about what I believe is price gouging at this franchise. I regularly get a large iced vanilla coffee in Davis (10 mins away) for $2.29. Yesterday I paid $3.89 for the exact same item at this Dixon store (I checked receipt after driving away, surprised to see the huge price difference). The next day I called the shore manager, and was told "Davis is running a special price". But then I checked the Burger King 2021 corporate menu price list, and the same item is priced at $2.89 (making Dixon price fully $1.00 more on the item). Ridiculous. The short version: I don't know why my wife always makes me stop here on our morning road trips.It is dirty and the service is so sloooooooooooooooow. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get food poisoning from this place soon enough. The basics: It seems like every time I am in the area of this place I have to stop for something or another. I really just want to keep driving because this place is a dump. From the moment you pull in the parking lot you want to get a shower it is so dirty. There are tumbleweeds of trash rolling through the parking lot and the building looks like something exploded on it. Every surface in this place is sticky and covered in the despair of those who are stuck working here. I think it must be some kind of prison sentence or something. The service is always horrendous and most of the time I find myself throwing away whatever slop I ordered just because I needed something in my stomach. I just cannot bring myself to go on about how bad this placeis. Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this dump. Love my local Burger King! Great location with plenty of parking. 50's decor with an actual juke box and benches shaped like classic 50's vehicles! My son loves watching cartoons on their big flatscreen TV! I take my 4 year old every Sunday after church. Cristian, Sandra and Olivia are very nice to my son and me. They always get my order right and Cristian is very knowledgeable about the menu and specials! Love their iced coffee drinks! My son enjoys their nuggets and shakes!
