Stopped here for a quick run through the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich. No line at the drive thru, was able to place my order for the Supreme Croissant, hash brown and a coke. Cashier was pleasant and quick in taking payment and giving me my grub. Was very pleased with my croissant, it was fresh, and flaky and the ham/bacon/egg and cheese all seemed like it was freshly made, not some reheated slapped together concoction. I was there last night at around midnight to grab 2 coffees and this girl working there I think her name was negli or neigly sorry if I don't spell it right but she was SOOO sweet!! From the time she took my order all the way to the window. She had a great smile and great energy. I haven't had a good experience from this place in a looooong time. We stopped here on way home from Oakland Zoo. Location was conveniently right off the freeway. Restaurant was clean when we walked in. Service was alittle slow. Took a bit to get 4 tacos. Meanwhile the rest of the food was getting cold on the counter. Food was good but they put way too much sauce on my chicken wrap. They made my son's cheeseburger incorrectly actually it was a completely different bacon cheeseburger and they remade it and got it wrong again. It was a cheeseburger only ketchup and they made with no ketchup and it had mayo pickles and mustard on it. Always a fan of Jack in the Box and their 2 tacos, curly fries, shakes, and late night drive thru eats. This particular Jack in the Box is located in Dixon off of 80. Came here on a Saturday late night driving from Sac to Vallejo. The line wasn't ridiculously long and service was quick and efficient. I usually get 2 tacos and curly fries but I wanted to try their spicy mini tacos (not loaded) because I thought it would be messy. I would say they're pretty spicy. It's just the shell and meat and it was kind of like eating nachos. Can't go wrong with Jack in the box tacos! read more

By far the worst jack in the box ive ever been too. Everytime i stop here for lunch i wait 10 plus minutes at the counter being ignored while a line of people are waiting to order. Drive through only. Staffing, so much lost business. Hamburger good, fries, not so much. I'm not buying the staffing excuses, work a little harder to hire people. Sitting in line for a drive through is a waste of gas (even with the engine shut-off) and peoples time. Had the best experience over any fast food restaurant. I came in yesterday 12/3/2023, as soon as I walked in I was greeted very politely with a smile. I went through the drive through yesterday and told the lady at least 4 times what I wanted in my order. One of the items in the order was 3 breakfast combos of the same order. I trusted that she gave me what I asked for since I repeated what I said I wanted as many times as I told her. She only gave 2 of the breakfast combos and only charged me for two of the same combos. One of the combos was missing a hash brown. I felt so bad when I finally gave the breakfast for my family members that I purchased breakfast for had an incorrect order. I don't think I will ever go through a drive through again. I did not want to hold up the long line by checking my bag. I should have just gone inside. Lesson learned for sure. read more

Their service is absolutely trash. The lady who took my order was super rude and had no experience at all. She didnt even know how to make the food i asked for so it took forever because she had to ask someone else how to make it. The food overall was not very good either. The Ambiance was absolutely awful, the floor was sticky and there was food and nastiness in cracks everywhere. We got the wrong order in the drive through so when we where greeted inside there was rude service. It's supposed to be 24 hours but I'm sitting at the drive through speaker waiting to order and no one is answering. I go to the window and the guy looks at me and continues doing whatever he's doing so I drive back around to the drive through speaker since he seen me in think he will service me at the speaker now but he still hasn't. Some one has now pulled to the speaker while I'm at the window and I hear a beep sound when the car approached the order speaker. Therefore this guy is blatantly ignore customers losing money for the company. Supposedly they are closed when cleaning and stocking with out an approximate reopening time. I had to review if only for the staff. We ordered and I wanted the old school sourdough burger but it was cold and not great. I hate to be THAT person but asked them to remake it. To my surprise, the manager Ricky was super cool about it and didn't make me feel bad for asking. I totally appreciated that and then he brought it to my table. I told him the cheesy fries were delicious and again, he went above and beyond and brought us some more to our table. He was awesome! The other staff seemed nice as well. We've all been to a Jack inda Crack, but this one had some items I've never seen before. Repackaging at it's finest as JIB used regular items on their menu to create something new. Taco Nachos - the $.99 tacos quartered on a bed of lettuce topped with jalapenos Grilled cheese sandwich - sourdough bread from the sourdough jack with Jack's American cheese. I haven't been inside a JIB lately but it seems like their reposition themselves into more of a loungey type of atmosphere with bar style tables and more modern and hip furniture. As I was driving towards here I notice an extremely long line and almost turned around however I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the line moved. Okay, this isn't my typical review. I don't usually eat at fast food joints and particularly burger joints. Why? Too many calories and carbs! But Jack in the Box offers a lettuce wrap which significantly cuts the calories & carbs so I thought I'd try it. So on a very rainy Sunday (no Sun day?), I visited this convenient establishment just off Route 80 in Dixon. Olga took my order and was very nice. She gave me a senior discount without my even asking for it. I noticed that all the employees seemed pleasant and happy to work there. I ordered the Jumbo Cheeseburger with no bun and a coffee--came to $ 3.96 including tax. Not bad at all! The restaurant was very clean and warm. Atmosphere was quiet and I could read without distraction. I noticed that the drive through was very busy. All-in-all, a very strong 4 stars! read more

When I first stepped in the vibe was really off. The service was horrible. There was this short lady with glasses who kept on repeating my order wrong and didn't even apologize for it. She just up and left. They gave me what they wanted and it was terrible. The food didn't taste fresh or tasted old and cold. I'm never coming back to this Jack in the Box. Conveniently located right off the freeway, jack in the box makes it a great stop for a grab and go. There prices are okay, just wish they had more in the 99 cent range. I had a Grilled Chicken Club Salad with Balsamic dressing. The salad was well prepped an did not contain any soggy lettuce pieces. One thing i would add to this salad would be a hard broiled egg. I deferred from getting a drink which i think is a bit pricey. McDonalds has set the trend if the $1 for any size drinks. I went across the street to the Chevron station and grabbed a drink for much less. Also this place is near a hotel if you happen to need a nights stay in Dixon. Last Sunday, I went to Jack in the Box. I ordered some medium french fries, a Jumbo Jack, and a vanilla Dr Pepper. The fries tasted good, the fries were not too salty. The burger also tasted pretty good there were lots of stuff inside the burger. And the soda tasted decent. The food and the drink were pretty decent. Overall, my experience was good. read more

This review is not about the food since I never got to order anything. After waiting about 5 minutes to order and nobody came on the speaker to say anything I drove up to the window and waited a couple of minutes but they were too busy talking to open the window or acknowledged me so I just drove away.
