It was a very hot day and my children only drink water, so I went thru the drive thru, ordered myself a frozen drink and 3 iced waters for my children. They charged me for 3 large sodas plus my drink, it was over $10 just for the waters alone, they were in small cups, they took 10 minutes just to get. Mind you the only thing shown on the drive thru screen was the frozen drink I ordered. So when I handed them the cash they never told me a total so i was expecting to pay what was on the screen, they give me my change no receipt, and it's much less than was shown. I told them I'm not paying over $10 for 3 small tap waters, they asked for them back so I have to get them back from my young children. Then they give me an attitude and take 15 more minutes to give me my change, as the so called manager is repeatedly saying we're trying to help you holding my change in his hand for over 5 minutes instead of just handing it to me, the two employees were acting shady with the money. And being rude, not saying you charge almost $4each for small tap waters, not giving a total, and disappearing with my money and taking for ever to get me my change and then my refund. cashier charged us for 2 meals when we only ordered one - and insisted that we ordered two (we did not). This would not have been a problem but there was no manager on duty to recitify the situation and remove the double charge. after a couple of minutes going back and forth he made us "come back tomorrow" to rectify the situation with their manager. ... the problems don't end there when we have gotten the food and go to eat, both orders are messed. the plain cheese burger had all the fixings and the Orignal Chicken Sandwich was overcooked to the point that it was only breading and scraps of chicken left inside. 10/10 would not recommend this BK location read more

At upscale restaurants, the Impossible Burger is usually overcooked (if such a thing can be said) But Burger King cooks it right so it's beefy, in a manner of speaking. A delicious combination of "beef", veggies, mayo, mustard, ketchup, etc. I also had the cheesy tater tots (delicious, but 5 is too small a portion) I got myself a kicky grape Surge soda that was good for staying wired. The service was OK. On the other hand, the parking lot could use some serious roadwork. The potholes could put Florida to shame. The restaurant itself could use frequent and regular cleaning. This place has the worst customer's service. I was in drive through to place an order for breakfast @10:50, 3 cars ahead of me, when I ordered it was 10:58, she said breakfast is over @11:00. I have to agree to a certain point on the previous review. I did wait at least 3-5 minutes from when I placed my order in the drive thru to till when they handed it to me. I could have sworn I saw the restaurant hours on the door say open at 6am daily but every time I drive by now they don't have any lights on throughout the entire place. I have gone there around 6:15 before and there was one guy washing dishes and the manager walking around looking like he didn't know what he was doing. Before going in though I waited in the drive thru for about 3 minutes and the decided to back out and go inside. This afternoon I was starving after work, so I decided to stop in a Burger King for the first time in an eternity. After grabbing a snack here, I quickly realized why I don't stop here more often. The underlying reason I don't grab food here is that the service is horrendous! I was the only person in the drive-thru, I ordered chicken nuggets and a small order of onion rings, and had to waited at the window for over ten minutes. I spent the better part of two decades in the military. Every base has a Burger King, and every one of them is a case study in restaurant management gone wrong. They exist only because of the proximity to Soldiers who literally have nowhere else to eat. This location evidently exists on the same premise. I honestly thought I'd seen the worse Burger Kings in the military. The Falmouth location is a close runner up, if not the lowest of the low. Since there is literally nowhere else to eat after 10pm in Falmouth, I ventured into the drive through. There was already a line around the parking lot. (No doubt other poor hungry souls with nowhere else to eat) when I finally made it to the order menu, all they said was "Would you donate a dollar to BK college fund or something." Then he said nothing for about five minutes. I would have left, but at this point I was trapped with cars behind me and a line that wouldn't move in front of me. I coughed a few tims and eventually managed to get someone to say "Yeah." So I proceeded to order. Some time passed and the attendant asked me to wait, wherein more time passed and they eventually came back and said "OK you can order." Finally having given my order and wishing I had never entered the drive through trap - I sat and idled. I sat for 35 minutes while the other cars blew their horns and yelled obscenities at one another. Several drunken or high (marijuana is legal here I believe) car patrons got out and interacted with one another, or simply stumbled off into the darkness. Eventually, I made it to the window where a gentleman who was so high his eyes didn't even seem to focus on me took my credit card and gave me what I would find to be cold food. 45 minutes of my life and $9.52 - wasted. I live nearby here in Falmouth, but usually don't come here and now I know why. First of all, they brought their cheesy tots back. Which I love better than fries. And I went up and ordered what I order all the time, a combo meal with cheesy tots, usually with an up charge. Cashier told me no, you can't get that. I have to order a combo with fries, then order the tots. WTF?! I don't want fries, that is a boldface lie as I've had the cheesy tots with my combo all the time, never told I couldn't do it. So, I just got fries, not worth the price and getting a lot of stuff I didn't want. Plus, the ice machine was out of ice and they refused to refill it. When a customer asked them to refill it, they handed him a cup of ice... If you really have to go to BK go the the one at exit 6, that one is much better. read more

I can honestly say, I've never considered calling a corporate company about a store, until I came here. Expectations at fast-food places are pretty minimal anyways, but not like this place. First, the place is FILTHY. I had to ask for a rag to clean the table because EVERY ONE was dirty, well after lunch hour, btw. Also, the soda machine and ketch-up/straw/lid station was sticky, empty, very dirty. There's this dirty 'gunk' that covers everything, like nothing has ever been wiped down. I filled the ketchup-packet bin myself after asking for it. The manager literally set the box of packets by the register as if he expected me to fill it. Whatever, ok. The seats are ripped and dirty, don't care too much..maybe they ordered new ones. The telling aspect was another patron approaching me after she exited the women's bathroom and telling me,"hey, I know you probably want to use the bathroom with your kids but you don't want to go in there, it's so disgusting." I must admit I missed the order speaker while in line and when I got to window I apologized and said I just want a cup of coffee. Had exact change in hand. The orders are frequently wrong. The staff including managers seems completely untrained and unfriendly. So I love Burger King. I love the theme flamed broiled burgers and king crown. Let me tell you about the deals 10 chicken nuggets for under $2, amazing. I go to Burger King no less than 2 times a week. So the other month. I'm from South Korea let me add. I was ordering me and my fiancé food. Thru the drive thru. And she didn't want any sauce on her Burger, a simple request. When I ordered it they couldn't understand me and finally said oh no salt. I continued to tell them no sauce. The anger volcano exploded and I yelled no sauce. Finally they got it and we proceed to the next stage of the drive thru. Upon Arrival, relived I made it past stage one. The people were laughing at me and I felt embarrassed especially in front of my finance. I went to B K yesterday with my sisters for lunch and bring it back to the house. It was pouring so I said give me your coupons and I'll go in to get it. I went in and the place was updated but still had a funky smell (I know I should have left just by that) to it. I went to the one cashier because even if there are 50 people in line, they ALWAYS have ONE cashier. I ordered my food gave the cashier my coupon which she took with an attitude. I might add you can tell she does not like her job. After placing my order I get a pissy anything else question. I start to order my sisters order and give her coupon to her, ONE COUPON TO A CUSTOMER she barks at me! I tell her my sisters are in the car because it's pouring out and she says, GO GET HER. I thought she was joking but she wasn't. After looking at her in shock I said they've taken them before, well not with me you're not, I'm not taking them and folded her arms, sticking her tongue out. I argued said you're an idiot (which was done in frustration and anger and was totally wrong) she replied, you're an a#@, she then called the Mgr TC TC (or some initials like that) and said, he wants his money back, GIVE him his money back. The mgr never once asked what the problem was or looked at me, no once. I might add that he had his shirt hanging out of his pants with stained pants and dirty shirt, you could see the dirt on the cashiers uniform and know it hadn't been washed in a while. After saying I was going to McDs she said go, go to McDs and again folded her arms and stuck her tongue out at me. I am advising everyone, drive by this BK and don't even look in that direction, if you want a bad experience with rudeness, attitude, nastiness and a screw you attitude then go ahead in, you will get all this and more.
