I'm convinced the chef cooked it beautifully and then gave it a pep talk in a room-temperature hallway for ten minutes before sending it out. ​The Scallops: My companion's scallops were seared wonderfully. They looked like little pillows of heaven. Unfortunately, they were also roughly the same temperature as actual pillows. Delicious? Yes. Did they require a scarf?
