I don't care what anyone says, I love a Whopper with cheese! First of all, the "flame broiled" flavor is delicious in my opinion. It's not the flame per se, that creates that flavor, again in my opinion. I think the meat has a measure of sugar in it that is caramelized to give that almost barbecue taste. Whatever it is, that taste is unique to Burger King. Others must think so, also--there's got to be a reason for 6000+ locations in the US. Secondly, I love a thick full slice of onion on my burger. The flavor and the crunch is hard to find anywhere else, although Wendy's is a close 2nd. If you look at the Whopper I just ate (see pic), you have to admit, that's a lot of beef... not a great presentation, but certainly a satisfying meal. I don't think that "large" order of fries is worth $3.69, albeit the flavor is right on point -- hot, crispy, fresh, and perfectly salted. (You can get 10lbs of russets at Costco for $4.99) But why all the 1-star reviews? I think Americans sometimes just love finding things to complain about. I have driven through this location on and off for about 25 years. Some of the kids that worked here are now grandparents, bringing their grandkids here. So, your fast food wasn't fast enough. First time there employee stared at me for 15 minutes and didn't take my order so I walked out (literally zero kiosks to order at so they were definitely expected to take my order). Second time they're stuck in the Drive-Thru for 38 minutes and then received the coldest food I've ever had from a fast food place and no I don't mean sat there... I mean like it was so cold I wondered if somebody purposefully put my food in the fridge. Reading other reviews it's obvious to me this franchise owner does not Care at all, nor do they want to improve. I went through drive-thru got a whopper with cheese and fries and drink went to the parking lot to eat it and it looked like a 2-year-old made it and it was cold. They never fill the fry cup all the way up. I took it back in got my money back and ate somewhere else. Shame it used to be good. read more

I seriously can't with this place. Like the food is alright but the service is just horrendous. I would give them my name for my mobile order and be like WHO?!?!? And just scream it at me then proceed to tell me that my order is in and will be available eventually. They make delivery drivers come inside to pick up orders. If I go thru the drive thru, they have to fill the order to get to the customer behind me. Instead they require drivers to come inside where they can ignore us more or less indefinitely. read more

310pm on July 14, 2018 I ordered a whopper with cheese and bacon. The law requires beef to be hot held at 135F or greater, and service temps of the same. My cheeseburger was approximately 95F. This can foster bacteria. DONT EAT THERE FOLKS. I have a current Washington state food handlers' card. read more

I've only gone to this Burger King twice and obviously for good reason. Both times I've been in the passenger seat, drunkenly wanting nuggets, as one does, and both times I've had to wait 15+ minutes for simple orders while I'm almost pissing myself. Outstanding food. Very hot and fresh. Best burgers in Wenatchee. Kids meals were very cheap and the kids got free ice cream.

Place doesn't even deserve a star I would give it a negative if I could. Went there to grab some dinner while I was working in the area and had to wait 55 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 vehicles ahead of me. I would have left but there were cars behind me so I could not back out. When I finally got to the window I asked why the wait was so long and couldn't even get a answer from the guy at the window. After watching people give their money and have to wait for almost 15 minutes to get their food at a "Fast Food" restaurant, I told the guy at the window that I was not paying if the food was not ready and if it wasn't ready I am leaving. He went to get my food and I heard them say in the back "he has to pay first". The guy got my food and I paid after he gave it to me. I thought that the place was packed but as I was driving away from the window I looked in the lobby and there was only a few people there eating and 1 person in line.
