The wait at this Burger King is ridiculous! We waited almost 10 minutes in the drive-through for one egg and cheese croissant ,no one was inside at all as far as customers, and only one lady in front of us in the drive through who was also waiting ! The employees just walk around taking their sweet time as though they don't have a care in the world and are sure not going to be in a hurry for anyone! To top it the sandwich was just warm, you would have thought it would have been hot as long as it took to make it! The very worst customer service of any fast food establishment in Enterprise. I ordered off mobile app,and had to pull-up and park,to wait on my one hamburger. Everyone driving thru got their orders immediately! When the server brought my burger out, she literally threw it in my car window. As she walked away, I asked her to return for a moment, to which she stomped away and ignoring me. I had no receipt. I should have followed my gut and kept driving when the parking lot was empty at dinner time. First impression was this place is not clean. The dining area, the back, the bathroom were all unclean. Burger King Enterprise AL There is no excuse for the lack of leadership at this restaurant. This is no an understaffing issue due to Covid. These workers make zero effort to assist customers. We are at the enterprise, Al burger king in front of Dirt Cheap, it is 9:00pm. They don't close their lobby till 10, we CALLED them and asked if their lobby was open To make sure. My wife and I have given this particular BK many tries in the hopes that over time they would improve. Unfortunately no matter how many chances we have given them we are always disappointed. The double bacon cheeseburger should have two beef patties, two slices of cheese, and bacon. The bathrooms don't look like they've been cleaned since the remodeling. Usually do not go through drive throughs and should have been true to that tradition! No problem placing order except that person on speaker was talking and I asked if he was talking to me. Said no and said to drive forward. Two cars in front of me both of which got their order and left. I came up to window and guy said "three Whoppers"? I said no was two whoppers and handed him credit card. After about a minute, he opened window and asked me to take my credit card because he had to pull his register and take another order! At the counter I guess. After about three minutes he reappeared and asked for my CC saying that my order would be ready in a few seconds. Ten minutes later he handed me my order which did not contain a receipt. I asked for it and he closed widow and appeared to be talking to another person inside. Came back to window and said receipt machine was down. I know that they and all others are having problems but I, trying to be helpful, will reduce their customer load by not being one. Whopper was ok to me but 20 minutes in drive through sorta defeats the purpose unless the purpose is to keep your fat, lazy butt in your A/C ride! Yeah, I was guilty this time but in future I will not cause you any problem in a drive through because I actually need the exercise to walk in and get waaay too many calories! Be sweet. This container to take my money and give me my food does not make sense if you ask them what the concept of the container is she wants to get mad and say if one more person ask me!!! Especially when the drive thru person is taking the money and then going to grab my food...as she waits she is playing with her clothes putting her necklace in her mouth, taking it out, touching everything known to man around her. I ask her if shes getting our food after playing with her clothes and face then everyone decides they want to come over then go back to the stations and talk trash!
