So I asked for fresh onion rings because they make so many fries and onion rings then let them sit under the warming station forever. WHY??? That's just lazy and gross. If you get these to go they will be cold in no time... as some of the old ones I got. The burger sat under the warmer while they made the fresh rings, so hot tomato and hot mayo, which oozed from the burger. I can handle this but unfortunately the manager... whom I observed out side smoking before I entered the store took a cash order and NEVER... washed her hands or sanitize. I've been to countless Burger King's in my lifetime, and this location is- hands down- the worst. Nine times out of ten, you wait at least 15 minutes for your food. Sometimes it's delicious, other times it's cold and/or stale. Be sure to check your order because they tend to forget things (including toys in the kids meals). The kitchen always needs a good cleaning. Just today I noticed a mess of cup lids on the floor, salt all over the counter, an overflowing trash can, and various other garbage littering the floor. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life! I was standing at the counter and two employees were stading by the warming table talking, made eye contact and continued to ignore me. After standing there for 5 minutes with not one employee acknowledging me I left. I called a spoke to Mel the manager on duty and she said they were new and get overwhelmed (I have been here before and they were not new). I acknowledged this and stated I've worked in the food/service industry for over 15 years and knew on day one to at least say I'll be right with you. I asked Mel what she was going to do and she said I'll talk to them, with an attitude. I asked her who her boss was and she mumbled ...Ron. I clarified she said Ron and she said DERON. I stated well if you're going to have an attitude then I will call him too. She (what sounded like) slammed the phone down and ended the conversation without hanging up.
