Well for starters when your "large" lemonades are the size of a medium that should probably be mentioned somewhere. When I mentioned it was not a large she (young white girl with gold rimmed glasses ) said "yes it is" abrupt and rude. When she noticed, I was irritated with her response she then decided to explain the size difference.. the young Latino man was very kind and very polite. I got my food and asked for ranch. She told me they were out of ranch and I'm guessing that's because she didn't wanna walk in and walk back out with it since they had me pull around the front. Never have they been out of ranch. That's just wild.. then I look into my bag and I have no clue when Burger King decided to make their french fries so small. So I go back into the restaurant to tell them I did not get a large and she then very condescendingly explains to me the color coordinated boxes for them and how I absolutely got a large. It is tiny. There are literally 20 fries total.. to make things even worse. They were dark and soggy, which means they haven't changed their oil in god knows how long.. so now I've been spoken down to you twice, the fries which I don't treat myself too often are disgusting, your prices have gotten higher along with every other fast food joint, but your stuff has gotten smaller and the white girl working there should not be working there. And I will mention again that the young Latino male working there was quick to come out to offer help, he was nothing but polite towards me. He offered to get me more fries, but I didn't want more from that same nasty batch nor did I have any more time to wait for new ones. So he deserves a raise and a promotion if possible. Cause he is a genuinely, professional and approachable human. That little girl on the other hand, get rid of her. read more

Staff extremely rude, they have a spill under the drink dispenser, when informed they choose to be extremely rude about it and not put up a sign till we asked someone else. We love the food it always comes out delicious. Only bad thing is some of the employees are rude and for no reason. We love how cheap it is but we usually like ordering either opening or mid shift since they are super kind but the last time we went they mistakenly made a wrong order item from our order and my husband kindly asked if we can replace it and they were being rude to him and giving him faces. The food was fresh and no missing items , plus the guy working the drive-through window was polite/courteous. We appreciated the excellent customer service! Edit- unfortunately the above customer service is not consistent here. We ordered through the app again and used the drive thru for pick up. Tiago is typically the drive thru attendant and he needs some serious training. We were missing items, and when I noted that to him, he immediately disregarded what I said, and told me that that was not ordered. When clearly it was on my app, history, and on the receipt. I do appreciate Ken, who was also assist, staying at the drive-through window. He was very polite, professional, and apologetic due to the lack of customer service from Tiago. This location needs to be shut down. I ordered two cheeseburgers and two orders of fries. I got one cheeseburger and two fries that looked to have been sitting out all day. GF called to request the other burger and new fries. The "manager" wouldn't let her speak, then hung up on her. I went to the store to get the burger and fries and was met with hostility from the manager, a small Latina woman who called herself "Ana E". She told me my GF was "rude" and yelling at her (I was next to her during the call...she was neither). I told her my GF wasn't rude or yelling and we just want the food we paid for. She refused to give the other burger or replace the fries, took the bag of food I brought in and threw it away, and told me to "get out or I'll call the police!" I told her to call and I'd wait. She didn't call so I asked for a district or corporate phone number. She refused to provide either. As I was walking out, she came from behind the counter to get in my face and scream "GET OUT AND NEVER COME BACK!!" I assured her I would NEVER come back. Went to burger King drive thru in Fountain, CO at 9a.m. They had cones up so we parked to go inside. We figured the drive thru was closed. We went to go inside and the doors were locked. That's not the issue. The issue was there were no signs saying it was closed and when we knocked on the door there were a bunch of employees sitting in the dining room.
