Two stars might be a bit too many for this location. I ordered a 20 piece nugget to share with my son. We ordered Whoppers WITH cheese. We picked it up through the drive thru. When we arrived home, our 20 piece nugget was only a 9 piece nugget and both of our burgers had no cheese. If people expect $15 an hour, I expect my damn order to be correct since I actually paid for it. It's pathetic the even management is clueless. The manager there was very rude and treated all fhe employees harshly as well as rudely. While we were in line, everyone else in the place was going back to the register because they were missing food or getting the wrong thing. Even we had to go back because we were missing a few items. The worst customer service ever. Came through the drive through(waited 15mins) to be told that they don't take coupons that they send out through the mail. Both the person taking my order and the manger used foul language and was very unprofessional. Don't go here! It worth your time or money! Lol first off ; the guy on the speaker said welcome to McDonald's. I knew this was going to be fun. Tell them I have a mobile order and he says ok pull forward. Laughing the whole time ; I finally get to the window after 25 mins of waiting. Get to the window and the girl asks me if I'm a door dasher. I respond no I had a mobile order. She hands me a bag ; I look and it's not mine and give it back. She hands me another, I hand it back bc again it's not mine. Finally she asks me do you have a whopper? Or 4 whoppers? Went there tonight and what horrible service. The person taking our order never acknowledged us with a "hello" or anything, just looked at us like what's up. The place was dirty and it wasn't even that busy. When our food was ready once again there was no acknowledgement when I went to get it and this was another employee. Loud, unprofessional chatter constantly coming from the service area. I will say the food was good and fresh but I think we're done with this location and perhaps all BKs. read more

Found a black hair in my fries when I got home. My hair is light brown.. Words can't explain how disgusted I am.

When ordering through the app I selected my restaurant and everything was going perfectly. I put in my order and when I hit order it said that the restaurant was closed. I drove over there to order inside to only find out that the dining room was closed. I went through the drive through, to only wait 5 minutes to be asked what I wanted to order. When I was ordering, they gave me the option of small, medium, or large when I ordered a large they told me that they were out of large cups. They wanted to charge me a large but give me ga medium. My total order going through the drive thru came to two dollars more than online even though we put bacon and cheese through the app. I have now waited over 20 minutes for my food. When I pulled up I received my drinks, I was missing a drink I had to ASK for the last drink. When I received my last drink I found that it had barely and ice in it. When I received my food I didn't even receive my receipt. The customer service was horrible today. read more

Can't vouch for the past negative reviews but my friends and I stopped by the drive-through on our way to go hiking. We gave them separate complicated orders and used a coupon. They placed it without any attitude or frustration with us AND got it all correct. Hard to find in fast food. Well done! read more

Had my wife pick up some fast dinner on the way home. We ordered two Whopper Jr with no Tomato, a ten piece nugget and a chicken sandwich meal with onion rings. My wife waited over ten min for our order. When she got home I pulled the food out of the bag and the first thing I noticed is we didn't get any sauce for the onion rings or the nuggets. Rude employees and constantly getting the order wrong and leaving things out. My advice is, don't go through the drive through, and if you do, check your order before you leave the parking lot. By far, the WORST BK! They don't tell you that they're it of product until you drive off and realize your food is missing more than half of the condiments. Fries were nice and hot, burger was cold cold cold, no lettuce, no tomatoes. You had 1 job and couldn't do it right. And fast food workers are wanting $15/hr?! 6:30 pm, three people working. Soda fountain had weak drinks, tables were dirty, the counter behind soda machine was filthy. Burgers were dry, fries were pretty good. Overall, a terrible visit. seriously just sat in the dining room, waiting for FORTY MINUTES for a chocolate shake, AFTER my $37 TO GO order had already been handed to me. After waiting for the shake for 40 minutes ALL of my food was cold and soggy and to make matters worse the chocolate shake was like chocolate milk!!!! My husband likes BK but I am not a super fan. The new crispy chicken sandwich that replaced the tender crisp is absolutely disgusting! I forgot I had ordered it once before & just as they were handing us our order I realized my mistake, I tried s bite just to make sure.
