Chick-fil-A is the best fast food restaurant of all time! They never disappoint. I feel sorry for you if you have never eaten here. They are incredibly fast, especially for our large family. Their chicken is always cooked perfectly, never burnt, never raw. The flavors are magnificent. I crave their awesome fries every day. I appreciate their effort to satisfy. They are closed on Sundays to honor God, how lovely! The play place is a great hang out for little kids with too much energy. The service is really fast. They have plenty of allergy safe food. Wow, something sure has changed at Chick Fil - a, especially the Fountain location. Over the last month several of the orders have been incorrect, and missing items. Today I made a order on the app, almost 50$, and once my payment was submitted the order was lost. When I called the location I was told they couldn't do anything, even though the money came out of my account. I was to call corporate and they wouldn't even give me the number, "it's on the website". I have been a long time fan and have been a signature member for the last three years. Thinnest breast I have ever had on a sandwich. I went to this location thinking it would have the same standards and service as other locations in Colorado Springs. I was in the Mesa Ridge/Fountain area after going to the nearby nature center. I took the sandwiches home to eat with my son (I live 5 miles away). I called them to let them know that 2 of the 3 sandwiches were very small in regards to the meat. The manager told me that I would need to drive back - bring the sandwiches and then they could fix the problem. The didn't care about fixing this issue on my next return to that area. Nope I had to bring them back - gas prices - time and the fact we were starving and too pics went ahead and ate them didn't matter. At least fix it by sending me a gift certificate. Five star service, great food, the drive-thru almost always was literally a nonstop trip from the start to finish and staff was always very pleasant. The last couple months, we've been here probably four or five times and something always goes wrong. Always. We've NEVER had our order come out correctly. It's either missing an entire sandwich or something little like a straw or sauce. Regardless, this location is on a quick train to nowhere. Today we were greeted with "what's the name for the order" no eye contact, no politeness, nothing. There were two workers who were taking their masks down to talk to each other and guests, basically leaning into their vehicles. We always use Apple Pay for our food and have never had an issue. Today, four times, four separate workers came to our car and asked if they could take my phone to the kiosk. Four times I said no. We finally get to the window and nobody knows who's who, what's going to what car, and they're all arguing about it. I like the food and it is always good quality but the 3 stars are for the staff. They need a lesson on customer service. Our order took over 12 min to arrive when the restaurant was dead. This place is alright. I've been to plenty of other chick fil a's and they are outstanding. Only thing about this place is every time I've gone I've gotten the order wrong in some way. Sometimes they give you the wrong drink, sometimes it's a different sandwich than what I asked.
