It seems what I used to consider as a top pick for a Mexican restaurant is going downhill! They have shrunk their portions significantly. Gigantic tortilla but with a line of beans and cheese not even 2 fingers wide! This irks me to no end, especially when beans are the cheapest thing to make, so to skimp out on those is just unacceptable to me. Don't get me wrong, as I have said before, their beans are some of the best in town, as far as flavor, but if you can taste them in your burrito through the infinite layers of tortilla, is the main issue here. I do also like that I can change out things on my combo and they don't give me any hassle or make me think it's an issue. For instance, I got the number 7, which is 2 beef burritos and switched the burritos to beans and cheese. You also get a side of rice and beans. I had to use the side of beans to beef up the burritos, they were some small. They have also raised their prices significantly, so I felt a bit underwhelmed. The other problem we had was we had bathroom issues the next day, so it's definitely moved way down on our list of places for us to eat at. The customer service is always nice so they normally get another star for that but it didn't make up for what we got! read more

It was by far the best Horchata I've ever had - sweet, refreshing, and left me wanting more as soon as I finished it. If I lived nearby, I could see myself picking that up all the time! We had to repeat our self's so many times, because she couldn't hear us. We have had this place before and they are usually good. But in the recent years, awful. I was in the area with a friend and was craving carne asada fries. I googled carne asada fries in the area and found this gem. My friend ordered the carne asada burrito, but I was so fixated on the carne asada fries that I refused to look at anything else on the menu. Our to go orders came out quickly and they included utensils and napkins in our bags. They also have housemade salsas and I love salsa so I added all three of them onto the fries directly. When I first opened my fries, they were so nicely presented, but I slathered salsa all over it and it ruined the picture perfect moment. However, the salsas were delicious that a perfect picture had to be sacrificed. The portions are huge. I had to eat my fries for lunch and dinner - not bad for $10. I ordered the number 10, chicken enchilada combo. Rice and beans were legit. Enchiladas were good, but not white meat chicken. Still, the chicken was not dry and quite tasty.
