I went through the drive-through to order a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and a five piece French toast sticks. Everything was hot and made to order. Oh and don't think you can call and complain to a manager because they don't have a working phone number. It doesn't occur often, but every now and then, I get an urge for Burger King's chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, or both. Whether I walk or do the drive-thru, it's always been an easy experience and the staff are always polite. Now, there is a certain hour when the lobby closes and only the drive-thru is open, and I've walked... how awkward LOL! I went through drive thru ordering 2 big king sandwiches and a large fries order. I checked my receipt and saw I was overcharged having not been given the 2 for $10 price for the sandwiches. I have not eaten at Burger King in a few years but decided to try them again since so many fast food establishments have stepped up considerably since the Pandemic began. Drove to the Greenbelt, MD location today which is where I live and placed an order for 2 Whopper meals both with cheese, one with bacon, large fries and two large sodas. The drive-thru attendant was pleasant so my issue is not with her. After paying $26 which is another issue, I was stunned that the burgers were COLD! The fries were hot but what good is that when the sandwich doesn't match? I tried to call the store to make them aware of my disappointment and no one answers. This location has really upped their game with a recent renovation and the addition of self-serve kiosks. The new interior look is clean, modern, and inviting. I'd have no problems bringing my friends or family to dine in person. I happened to go inside during their lunch rush hour. Yes, there were a few lines, and yes there were a lot of people. Fortunately, there were also many self-serve kiosks. One of the cashiers quickly showed me the steps, and after a few button pushes my order was placed and ready to go in under 4 minutes. Food quality was just what I would expect, and the special prices phenomenal. I got a Whopper Jr. meal and two sandwiches for around $10. My advice is to learn how to use the self-serve kiosk if you decide to go inside. You'll likely never have to wait in line ever again. read more

My order was VERY simple: a double cheeseburger and a small fry. I dont know what the person(s) in front of me ordered but from the looks of things they weren't pleased either, as they threw balled up paper at the employee from their car. I wanted to just scrap the whole idea and go somewhere else but I was trapped, one car ahead of me and one behind. When I did finally make it to the window, I gave the young man my payment and he walked over the front register and started chatting with his coworkers. Rude and dumb. Or no, should that be dumb and rude? In any case, the only time one should patronize this place is when they have the coupons mailed out. They promote and over-promote the new sandwiches, then when you go and inquire about the sandwich, they don't know what it is, or even what's in it. Once a staff member says "I don't know," my 1st thought is, "Why are you working here then?" It makes them look bad, but makes the whole establishment look bad. When I was a teen and worked in Banana Republic over 20 years ago, we would have new staff meetings when new jeans and suits came out, and we would all try them on to be knowledgeable to the customer and be able to answer their questions on fabric and fit etc!!! I get off work late and don't have a vehicle but this locations lobby is supposed to be open to 10pm! However this is the 3rd time I've come between 9 and 9:15 and the lobby is closed! I called both times, no one ever answers the phone, so I drove back.
