Went into the store at 935, the lobby area looked like it had not been cleaned since lunch. Drink area had melted ice and spilled drinks all over the counter. Lids and straws were a mess. I witnessed kitchen workers pulling up their pants, eating and drinking in the grill, food prep area. The music coming from the kitchen area was more appropriate for the night club. A man come out about 945 and locked all the doors and denied customers from coming in to the lobby to order food. The only thing that was good was the food was made to order. read more

I'm fucking pissed about this order. How the fuck do you get the drink wrong AND forget half the damn shit that's supposed to be in the bag? I ordered a Sprite and got fucking lemonade. Then I was told the straws, buffalo sauce, and ketchup were in the bag, but NONE OF THAT SHIT WAS THERE. Like seriously, what the fuck are y'all doing? Their service sucks! The girl at the window with the fake eyelashes and the fake fingernails... Looks like she's about 25 years old just threw my bag of food out the window to me, I was saying thank you and she shut the window in my face and rolled her eyes up in the back of her head... where did they get these people? And my burgers is just slapped together meat, not even on top of each other, hanging out out of the bun, barely any mustard or ketchup in the center of the bun... Well...it was one of those places obviously opened later than others. I ordered and it took 15 minutes in that at the order window and another 10-12 minutes at the window to wait for my food and order. The fries were so salty I had to throw it away when we got back to the beach home. So I shared my onion rings. We didn't get ketchup or napkins. So what can you expect for food that wasn't so fast. read more

We will never visit this establishment again. The cashier initially got the order incorrect, and when I told her what the order should have been she was rude and hateful. She then didn't say how much the order was and said "It's on the screen." I didn't have my glasses, and I told her I didn't have my glasses and asked if she could tell me. Just drive to a further Burger King, they also put a up charge on all their items. You'll find things to be about 15% more expensive compared to the other two locations 5 miles away. Service was slow and I ended up getting someone else's food. If you're in a hurry don't stop here either. Ambiance is cheeks. Had to out that last part to get all the check marks. read more

I went in and ordered an impossible burger and jalapeño bites. The 2 workers that was up there was so rude and disrespectful. The one manager was super nice and very helpful. I was in the store at 8:10pm tonight but I will tell you all that I will never be back to any BK . I have never experienced that level of disrespect towards a manager that I did tonight. So we have been to this location multiple times and I have never put a review. The reason I have never put a review in is simple...it's fast food and they struggle to get help and keep help. BUT I am making an exception this time. This time we ordered something very simple...chicken fires and french fries. French fries were cold and chicken fries were hard as a rock...you could literally break a tooth eating these. I am doing some house cleaning and have a LOT of unfinished drafts so the following reviews may be a bit lacking. As for this location of Burger King they are doing a good job with the Covid-19 restrictions and the people at the drive-thru have been very friendly and they get my orders right every time so this is good. Yesterday the window person forgot to give me back my credit card which required and return trip but not a disaster by any means. Happy to have this option close to home. I always feel bad about reviewing fast food places, but this one was exceptionally bad, so I had to add my review to it. Granted it was doing very poorly by itself. Well done Burger King! Only 1.5 stars on yelp, that is a full level of bad. The drive thru took a really long time. Then the burger we got was literally just burger and bread. Nothing else added. they forgot the ketchup and mustard. I guess the bun did have sesame seeds on the bun, so there is that. The fries were bad. Just overall, it was a rough experience. It was about 11:05pm when I got there, I left at 11:18. All I got was 1 Bacon king meal medium. (Although the way they made the burger takes off 6 minutes.) Still they just took too long. I have always had good experiences at this location for the last 20 years or so. Like all fast food chains, it has a hard time getting staff, but luckily it has not effected my visits. It is usually not as busy as McDonald's in Gulf Shores, which I also visit regularly. read more

Can't give it a rating. Ordered a sausage biscuit. 14 people working inside. Took 15 minutes to get a sausage biscuit inside the store for a to go order. Watched everyone work in confusion. Slowest prep line I have ever ever seen. Never seen a manager place one bacon at a time on a biscuit in almost slow motion. No leadership. OK, I get it that it's Burger King and it's fast food. It's designed for the "I'm not in the mood to wait" or "We're in a hurry, let's get something fast" category. Taste and service is really secondary. With that being said, if I was the owner of this particular Burger King I would be embarrassed. It appears he's hired the absolute dredges of society. Also, one has to question how a McDonald's not 1/4 mile away can be so busy the drive through line is wrapped around the building yet the Burger King is EMPTY. Do you know how this happens? This Burger King CONSTANTLY screws stuff up. And I'm not talking about the complicated "We've got five different orders and they're all special" type of scenario, I'm talking about a simple one-meal order.
