This is sadly the Wendy's closest to where I live so when I'm wanting Wendy's I'm usually stuck going or ordering from here. The staff here sucks, I have had so many bad experiences with them and it also takes forever for them to get the order ready. The food they make usually tastes plastic like, I usually order spicy nuggets and fries but half of the time I don't get the right amount of nuggets or they taste awful. The building itself also sucks, it's a weird lay out and the drive through is always backed up through the whole parking lot. If you have time and want Wendy's, go to the one in Chester. read more

Very good tried the new Italian chicken sandwich gooey moz and just delicious overall.

Food was honestly terrible. Took legitimately 16 minutes in the line to get our order taken. The lady who took our order was the most rude individual who looked like she was about to come over the counter and argue with anyone who even asked for extra sauce or something. But more importantly, some girl almost tripped on the floor because it was as if someone had poured corn syrup all over it in the whole dining area. Went into the inside, counter was a little busy for a weekend. The employee had taken two orders, with a third right behind. Two other employees come up to the cashier taking orders only to start screaming, "DO NOT TAKE ANY MORE ORDERS, I CANNOT HANDLE ANY MORE". He then let myself and the six people behind me wait for over 5 minutes, I then walked out. Isn't the point of fast food being that you don't have to wait 20 minutes to get your food? Every time I come here they take forever, and the staff are horribly rude. Today, I went to get something for dinner and the cashier forgot to give me my drink cup and I had to mention it twice before he grabbed it for me. When I was placing my order he was so rude it was sad. When I approached the register no hi or anything, he asked if it was for here or to go and then rudely said what do you want. I had to repeat my order three times for him to get what I was saying and he still got it wrong. When I got home I was given a completely different type of chicken sandwich but I was charged for the higher priced one. I'm really disappointed with this location. I stopped here yesterday for dinner and placed my order at the drive thru. It's was simple and small. A Dave's single burger with fries and a drink. When I pulled up to the windows to pay the hound Lady was sassy and just took my card with out saying my hi. She then had me wait there over seven minutes for my food with out saying a word to me. I noticed four employees goofing off while I sat there with them all being in their phones. When they finally finished making the burger she was like oh sorry for the long wait. Really you could have said that to me before not after you give me the bag and give me an attitude. Management needs to get their employees straight. With out customers you will not have a business. Arrived 45 minutes before closing time, pulled up to the drive-thru and didn't get an answer after waiting for 5 minutes.... As I pulled around to the window I noticed 3 employees scurrying towards the back like little mice trying to avoid being seen. I decided to be a little more persistent and pulled around two more times for them to only repeat these same actions... I pray this is the only rodent problem they have at this location... I found this so disheartening for me and the 3 other patrons trying to order food, I can only imagine they love Wendy's as much as I do.. My husband had to repeat his order four times, and they still got it wrong. The food tasted like it was re-heated in a microwave. Wendy's has gone downhill in the past few years. If you want a decent burger, go to a decent burger place. Five Guys next time, even if it's a longer drive. read more

Every time I order, they get my order wrong! My brother needs no mayo due to allergies and they ALWAYS put mayo on! Recently the service here has not been great. I ordered chicken and a few other things last week and although the food came out quickly, my chicken was RAW. I went back inside to get a refund and there was a huge line complaining there was no ice in the machine. After finally getting up to the register they decided to make me another meal (which was cooked this time) but I got eye roll after eye roll from everyone behind the counter. Always rude whenever I happen to stop here which isn't too often. I only use the drive thru. All except for 2 times, something from my order is messed up. Whether it be forgetting the sauce I asked for with my nuggets while giving my order or a straw for my drink or my sandwich not being the way I ask for it. I'm allergic to pickles and even when making sure I clearly say no pickle, I receive pickles and end up throwing the sandwich away. I'm not one to really be that big of a pain but since it's happened so often I figured I should write this. Hope no one else gets bad service here. read more

I frequent this particular Wendy's quite often because I believe they offer a decent, quick meal at a reasonable price. However I find the employees quite rude. I don't believe I have ever heard the words..."hi"..."welcome to Wendy's"...or "thank you for choosing Wendy's". I'm sure the employees are taught the "company" introduction so perhaps it is time for management to reassess that part of their employee training. read more

Edit as of 3/18/2017 - They bumped up the quality of the night time service so I went from 3 stars to 4 stars. If they keep it up I'll change my review to 5 stars. --Original review-- If you come here during the day the food is good. If you order a chicken salad at 11:30PM it'll be prepared by someone who is angry at your food and wants it to suffer. It will be missing the cranberry raisins and the chef will punt the chicken into your salad bowl from across the kitchen. It'll be a half-size when you order the full-size and odds are 50/50 that they'll have you drive past the drive-thru window after you pay, making you wait in front of the restaurant for someone to walk out and bring you your food about 7 minutes later. They'll also forget to include the receipt so you wont be able to complain to corporate. Daytime service is quick and friendly and gets 5 stars, but I knocked off 2 stars for the inconsistent night service. read more

Like one of the other reviewers, I can confirm that these night time female workers at this location pretend like they are closed long before closing time sometimes as much as an hour before they are supposed to close(1AM) and then they hide so as not to be seen. I have on a couple occasions pulled up to the drive thru at 12:30AM and not only are they already closed but there's not even an employee car in the entire parking lot(long gone). Most other times they simply don't answer the speaker after 12AM or the other popular thing they do is they tell you their computer is down. You have about a 25% chance of them serving you after around 12:00AM at this location. I have MANY times seen cars pull up after me being denied service well before 1AM and drive away in frustration. This owner should have his/her franchise license revoked as I'm sure Wendys corporate office would be enraged to know about what goes on there. read more
