This is my absolute favorite location! It's near my office, and I've been a frequent customer since they opened. Every single experience has been consistently good - from their greeting when I walk in, to the very personable and accommodating staff, to the great products. A relative in NC manages a Jersey Mike's - he's from Jersey City. He keeps telling us the food is "Jersey Good" but I grew up on Italian delis with dripping Provolone hanging from the ceiling so, let's say I was skeptical. I finally was in the neighborhood and I was hungry so I said, why not? Ok, I'm glad I did. My roast beef was surprisingly good. Inexpensive too. But more important, my wife's veggie got a mmmmm vote. The sandwich maker, Curt, impressed me with his personality and efficiency. A sharp young man working hard. I just started getting sandwiches at Jersey Mike's. Each time, I have gotten the Original Italian with lots of oil and vinegar. They are the first sub shop that I have tried in decades that seems to know how a good sub sandwich should be made. I never knew that they make thier breads fresh on site, and they also make the cookies fresh in store as well. My fave is always the Original Italian - Mikes Way, with banana peppers, and mayo. We tried Jersey Mike's in Rockaway, NJ for the first time today, and sadly, we were pretty let down. We got two sandwiches, both on white bread, but one of them had bread that was hard and stale. To make matters worse, that sandwich was missing the Cappacuolo meat, so all my wife ended up with was a stale bread ham sandwich. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Jersey Mike's to anyone. read more

The workers at this Jersey Mikes at this location ALWAYS have gloves and masks on and I have seen them disinfect and clean up every time we go to pick up food. They wipe down the door handles, surfaces everything. They have distancing guidelines well in view and make sure customers are adhering to them. The orders we have called in are always correct too. It's nice to see how seriously they take everything. I have been to other restaurants with their workers not wearing gloves or have masks below their noses or around their neck. Not here. This is probably one of the safest places to pick up food and we will continue to do so. Food is consistently good and very well prepared. Thank you! read more

the staff at this location is Amazing! I say this for a couple reasons, every time I visit this location they are friendly & always smiling. With today being one of their busiest days out of the year, this location was so busy they actually could not keep up with the bread needed to fulfill all the sandwich orders. Subs are pretty good, very fresh cold cuts and soft bread. I would rate the food 9/10. So, the reason behind my 2 stars is primarily based on customer service. First, there is this blonde woman behind the counter, and is absolutely miserable. Seems like she does not want to be there on a Saturday, and I don't blame her. But, if it's your job maybe be a little happy? Second, they messed up my order completely. I told her I wanted a reg size but instead gave me the next one up, and they charged me for it. Third, going off of my last point of messing up my order with size, they messed it up with toppings. Did not put 3 items on that I asked for. I didn't notice because I was paying. I stopped into jersey mikes location today in Dover, it was beyond extremely busy. All the employees were going above and beyond to accommodate all orders and quickly move the line along as well as completing their online orders. not only were they literally running to complete everything asap they were all so positive such great energy working together as a team and getting it done. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a box of sandwiches for NYE and when I came in to pick it up they insisted there was no order for me. After several minutes of arguing they realized they gave my box to someone else .... they should have made right and discounted. All they were able to do was take the tax off. The girl behind the counter was so tasty also and insisted the man said his name was mine. Don't come here if you want good customer service and accuracy. They're 0 for 2 with me. Came here twice and they messed up my sub twice. Naturally I don't notice it until I get home. This time I ordered a club sub. It was missing the bacon and mayo. Feel silly paying $15 for a sub to start out but then when it's missing two things, I feel downright stupid. I'll go to Summit and Main in Denville next time like I used to. Check your sandwiches when you order and pick up. Open them up and look. 3 out of 4 subs were wrong. How do you order a Big Kahuna and get just steak, cheese? WHY do they put mayonnaise on their subs when you specifically do not want mayo? Why do they forget an add on like banana peppers? THREE out of four sandwiches were WRONG. Check your sandwiches folks cuz by the time you get home, you're either throwing that crap out, or eating what you didn't want. Went there today, ordered a giant 4 slices of each meat as thin as I've ever seen. Lite on toppings but big on price, I paid $15.75 for 3 dollars worth of food. It was my 1st and last time I will give business to a jersey Mike's. A sandwich called giant size should have a minimum of a 1/4 lbs of each meat. What I hot wasn't even a 1/4 lbs altogether. She was very sweet and answered questions I had regarding the menu. She also was very friendly and asked how my day was. Overall the sub was very good and the service was awesome. Every single time I come to this location (it's a lot...my kids love it!) it's pristine and the the staff is always so friendly and quick with whatever we order. The sandwiches are so fresh and the selection of chips and drinks are perfect. Yesterday I visited to order some sandwiches for a party and also grab some lunch. I had the pleasure of meeting Millie. She was patient when I couldn't figure out which sandwiches to order, helpful in assisting with my decision and one of the sweetest and kindest people I've had the pleasure of meeting.
