This review is only for the Great Wraps part of this food court option since I agree with Tristan P that the Hot dog side of the place is way overpriced and the service is awful. Onto one of my favorite places to eat in the Rockaway Townsquare Mall. Let me start by saying that I'm not a health nut, but I've simply been trying to eat a little better recently-staying away from the delicious, but ultimately too expensive and bad-for-you options in the food court. Great Wraps is a nice compromise. They offer numerous menu options for your wraps or you can kind of build your own. Yes, I know that wraps themselves aren't necessarily low in calories, but add in some extra veggies (lettuce, spinach, onions, peppers, etc) and get the grilled chicken rather than crispy (have you all noticed that restaurants seem to think we're stupid and won't realize that 'crispy' means fried?) and you have a reasonably low calorie sandwich wrap. I actually prefer the Thai Chicken wrap, which happens to be one of the lowest calorie options...with tremendous flavor because of the peanut sauce. They also offer 5-6 different powdered flavorings which are also a delicious addition to your wrap...I like the cajun and the jalepeno options-adds a nice flavor. I've been staying away from the fries (trying to lose weight and all), but they weren't really anything to write home (or to you) about anyway. The folks working the counter here can be hit and miss...but it's a food court, not a 4-5 star restaurant. You have to expect less than enthusiastic high school or college kids just there to make a buck. You don't have to expect it, but be ready for it. As I said, ultimately it is one of probably three places I eat at anymore when I go to this mall-and I've never been disappointed in any of the wraps I've ordered here.

$9.50. A little steep but tasty.

Been a Nathan's fan since I first had their dogs and fries as a kid at Coney Island. Yes, they were a little bigger then, but they are still a tasty, if not dietetic, lunch. I had a large fries (freshly made), bucket-o-Coke and a dog with mustard and kraut. The bill was about $9.50 which seems a bit high to me. The taste of the dog was good. The fries were excellent. The soda way too big. Friendly server. Quick service. Steep price. Of course, I'll go back, but won't get the large size fries and Coke... Too expensive.

I went here three days ago. There is nothing like a famous hot dog anywhere around the world.

Waited for 5 minutes. No one working and the girl at great wraps had no interest in helping me.

Think hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, shakes, chicken nuggets, etc. They elevate it though! There are lots of fun varieties of burgers, hot dogs, wraps, and more. I really liked my Chicago style dog which came loaded with all of the fixings. Sometimes (especially over Memorial Day Weekend) you're just craving something like this, and it really hit the spot. Meal boxes come with a large amount of food including fries and a drink. The fries were perfectly crispy and I absolutely loved the house sauce for dipping. They have a ton of seating inside, as well as a large shaded outdoor area with picnic tables. My kids can be an absolute mess when we go out to eat, so it was nice to post up outside in the picnic area. There was also tons of space for them to run around in which was perfect. Only taking off a star because of a weird situation with the door. They have a door that requires pulling down a handle to open. Considering that most folks are heading outside with trays of food, it would be smart to have a door that can swing open when kicked. This felt very difficult to do and I even ended up dropping my drink and having to buy another. Mostly my fault and my clumsiness, but thinking more about it a different door would make a ton of sense here. Overall - quick and simple kid friendly food in a kid friendly space made for an easy lunch experience. We'd definitely come back.

Because I got a fat sandwich, not a burger. But what a great menu variety to choose frome! It's the tastiest fat sandwich I ever had. It actually looked skinny when it showed up on the tray, but it turned out to be much deeper bread to compensate. Very high quality ingredients and seasoning compared to the infamous food trucks. My friend and I agreed that the fries are excellent, nice and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. However, I regret to inform you that Cheese Fries are really Cheez Fries, without actual cheese on them. (I bet I could order that... for an additional fee. The 50 cent upcharge looked too good to be true.) So now, the unfortunate reasons the 4 stars has dropped to a 3. First, I agree with what many others have said here - this is the wrong environment for Denville. You're walking into an industrial setting. The raised roof reveals some rough edges to the top of the bathroom and above the kitchen, both of which feature various objects stored on those tops. Really poor design unless you're a test kitchen. And design alone wouldn't be enough to deduct a star, except the service was a bit of an issue. There were only two staff present, and they were both cooks, which means one of them had to stop cooking every time a customer had a request. Service was still fairly quick and friendly, but I really can't think of another time I have experienced something like this. One star will be given back with either of the above reductions fixed. If all is fixed... I will come back, order an actual burger with actual (upcharged) cheese on my fries, and reconsider.
