Best Burger King the staff is amazing the food is hot I love this place thank you for a great experience

Shitty Manager. She treated me with a severe attitude after I asked about a price change, and claimed that I "didn't say hello back" when I walked in. She never said hello. She called me rude and got mad for me using the burger king wifi. I wasn't using their wifi. I simply apologized and moved on, but she had the nerve to call me rude even AFTER apologizing and telling her that I didn't hear her. I have never had an experience like this at a fast-food place in my life, and I am not letting this slide. I see why this place has 2 stars. read more

Unbelievable. Bad, that is. How this Valley Mall location stays in business is simply because there are too many people. In fact, I would guess this location never has a return-customer. One time is enough. Corporate should visit this location and take away the franchisee license. It's that bad. We had the cook chase us out the door to retrieve his sandwiches that he slathered in mustard. His game apparently is. . .mis-make plain grill orders. In this case, no mustard or ketchup. So, he slathers both on the sandwiches and then runs out of the kitchen, demanding the sandwiches back, so he can take them all home. He can have them! The worst Whopper I've ever had!! It was a mayonnaise sandwich. Supposed to be a full size Whopper but they gave me a tiny one. Faint yellow for the cheese, not much else except MAYONNAISE!!! Had to throw half of it away A refund. read more

Poor Burger King. Food was good. No indoor seating and only a small sign by the register to let you know. Bathrooms are closed for those eating outside. We are your guest while at your establishment. Had to ask for condiments. Not a good experience. Will be a long time before I return. read more

Oh my goodness. This was maybe the worst fast food experience I've had in my lifetime. Pull in at 8pm with my wife and 4 kids for ice cream. There were 6 employees "working" and one register open. We were third in line. It took TWENTY FIVE MINUTES UNTIL IT WAS TIME TO TAKE OUR ORDER. Finally said "we'd like 3 Oreo milkshakes please". They stared at us. Yelled In the back "we still doin' milkshakes". "Nahhh we ain't doin milkshakes no mo". I could not even believe it. I packed up the car and I will never ever step foot in that place again. If you're in a hurry, do yourself a favor and go to Nick's Airport Inn or something because you'll get your burger 100x quicker. I've never seen a lazier more disrespectful group of people. What an embarrassment when somebody is too lazy to even make an ice cream cone. (The 12-15 people waiting in line behind me were super furious at the wait as well. Very rude, they never asked me if I wanted sauce and once I got my food I asked if I was able to get sauce for my fries and the girl was too busy running her mouth she got mad because I asked for sauce.. It's very unprofessional don't get mad at someone bc your simply not doing your job I understand wanting to talk to your friends at work. read more

I called to have a sandwich remade and he told me to F off and wouldn't give me no other info so I had to call corporate to complain he even made comments while I was placing my order . Stopped for a breakfast bacon king which was advertised on several signs- they don't sell that here. Got two croissants and a coffee, I asked for cream and sugar. I had to wait 5 or 6 minutes for the coffee. Sandwiches were cold and I had to go in to get the cream and sugar they forgot. I had to interrupt the conversation all three employees were having to ask for the cream and got no apologies. I am at the mall a lot but I won't come here again. read more

GROSS, GROSS, GROSS. The food was yucky...it tasted like it was fried in old grease. I got a sprite and it was missing syrup. There was no baby changing table in either the men's or women's restroom. Come on....fast food restaurants should have a baby changing table. They can spring for the big playground with slides, but can't spring the money for a changing table in the restroom? Just left this location, with my father. We went through the drive through, granted it is almost 9:00 PM. A young Man, Named Dee, met us at the speaker. We could hear his smile through the speaker the entire time. Pulling up to the window, we're shown that smile in real life. Very nice service, and an even nicer person. Dee rocked it! read more

Needed a quick bit to eat and went to this Burger King drive thru. It wasn't busy for 12:30 and I may now know why. I went to make my order and the woman taking it through the speaker was talking so fast, and not pausing at all for me to answer that I wasn't sure she had my order right at all. And as I asked for clarification she just kept saying "Anything else?! Anything else?! " I was frustrated when I got to the window, I stupidly paid, and then asked to speak with the manager about the rudeness of the poor customer service I received. Well, the woman who took my order smugly said she was the manager, I asked for the owners number and she again smugly said she was the owner. While I tried to explain my issue, she kept interrupting and talking over me. It was an unpleasant experience, she didn't even acknowledge I had an opinion. My review is not exactly about the food. It's about the honesty of the employees at this BK location. I was on a road trip from NYC to Knoxville, TN (a 12 hour drive) and stopped at this location to have lunch. I left the place, and 3 hours later I found out my wallet was missing. I panicked... "Where did I put my wallet? What about all my credit cards, drivers license, money for gas?". If you've ever lost your wallet you know the feeling ... I found the Hangerstown, MD BK number on the web, called them and a very polite gentleman (unfortunately I can't remember his name) who was working the late shift at the drive thru window answered the phone and said they had found my wallet. It was almost 8pm and they were going to close at midnight. So I drove back, got there around 11pm and got my wallet back. It had all my credit cards, cash and everything untouched which was a proof that there are still good and honest people in this world! They could have just said they didn't find anything and had kept my money. Once I got my wallet back I gave him 20 bucks since I didn't have a lot of cash on me. He politely declined but I insisted, it was the least I could do but I really hope the manager of this location reads this post. A Whopper Jr. might be the same everywhere but human beings are not... I was extremely happy with the service provided at this location. I walked over while my car was worked on at the nearby Firestone. Being at a fast food restaurant, I was extremely surprised when an employee (the manager?) came around to make sure that everything was going alright. The staff keeps up with regularly cleaning the establishment. The food was good, the service was also very good. I don't write reviews but I just needed to give credit where it was due.
