Placed an online order 4-22-26 for pickup figuring they could not screw up my order if they saw exactly what I ordered on their screen. That is not the case. My order included 2 double cheeseburgers with an 11:57am time on the receipt. After waiting long enough in their line I received the bag and drove home. Instead of two double cheeseburgers I received 2 cheeseburgers. How could they screw up this order? They obviously are hiring incompetent people and/or have incompetent or no supervision. Why should anyone risk doing any future business here if they can't get written order right or any mechanism to ensure their customer is receiving what they ordered. Incompetence on full display here! They obviously don't care about their customers, I suggest you go elsewhere. read more

When I ordered a whopper combo, the Hispanic lady at the counter asked "medium" or "large". My assumption was the "medium" was regular and "large" was for extra. What made it worse was she DID NOT even ask if I wanted cheese and the cheese was added for $1. The credit card screen was broken, so I didn't see the receipt till it was already paid. Upon asking why she did not ask for a cheese option and added to my order, she said "I always ask if the customer for the cheese. What do you want me to do???" in a nasty manner. But this time is ridiculous you can go here 7 times a week and they will mess your order up at least 5 times. it's a joke everyone has an attitude and doesn't wanna work the customer is a burden to them. I dont know why i was even expecting the bare minimum when it cones to my food order at a place like this, but i really should have known better. First thing i noticed about my order is that instead of the bacon and cheese that i paid for (receipt confirmed this), i was given pickles on my spicy chicken sandwich. Next, after taking a bite, noticed that i got a sort of greyish covid-looking patty made of (no lie) 98% breading and 2% RAW chicken breast. Awesome! If it was worth the gas id go back and commit arson. If I could give zero stars, I would. The wait for food is forever. They never have fries. The staff seem bothered to help you out, even though I try to be as pleasant as possible. Working in food service myself, I totally get it, but after today, I will no longer visit. I ordered dinner for 3 people and upon arriving home, realized they didn't give my whopper, and my spouse's Angry Whopper has only 1 jalapeño, and the chicken fries were cold. Five stars for the new menu item. HOT DOGS. They serve up an Oscar Mayer all beef hot dog. Since Hamden is lacking a good hot dog spot, Burger King will be my local fav when I just need my fix. I've only tried the classic with mustard relish and onion. It definitely hit the spot read more

This store is woefully under staffed. Which is why my food was greasey and under cooked this morning. It's becoming common practice to make drive thru customers wait in front of the store to complete more transactions within each allotted time. The remodeled building looks nice. Slowest drive thru ever, literally ordered then stayed in like for 25 mins just to get two bacon cheeseburger, fries and a drink. Normally, I wouldnt review fast food places. Kinda pointless. However, my gosh, this is one of the most poorly run Burger King's Ive ever been to. Service is extremely slow. At lunch, it seems like it is a surprise to them that people come in and want food. Though that could be partially due to the Wendy's next door, getting 300% more business than them, or more.
