I have eaten at Burger Kings all across the US including military instillations. This was easily the worst. Customer service; non existent. Order accuracy; repeat the only requirement for the order several times and they still get it wrong. Willingness to fix the problem; also no but at least a single meal was nearly 20 dollars. read more

Rude rude rude.. 2nd time I'm here and the manager must hate her job attitude the entire time. I know people called out but not my fault treat me like a customer. I was told one order per car what where I had someone else in the car that wanted just fries with a coupon. I wish I could give no stars. The female manager is super rude, yelling at me. The problem is that she's taking an order at the same time I was asking her if it was too late to add another soda to my order, and she didn't hear me and got abrupt (rude) with me, so I yelled at her back!! at the time I didn't know she was taking an order from somebody else and I told her she couldn't hear me cuz she's busy taking another order. Her rude answer "I have two ears!!" I repeated the Sprite Zero soda order to her 3 or 4 times, but when I got home, the soda was not diet. Good thing I'm not diabetic. I tasted the sugar. Since I've repeated over and over again that I wanted Sprite zero I can only assume that it was done on purpose. That same manager rudely yelled at me another time. I didn't know they had gutted the inside of the building and I saw workers put new siding on the outside. I asked the guy if I could bring my mother in to go to the bathroom and he said sure. He could see she was elderly with the walker ... so we walked around the ladders and went in and she used the bathroom. On the way out the same female manager starts screaming at us that we didn't belong in there and I screamed right back at her and told her the guy gave us permission to be in there but that didn't stop her from yelling at us over and over again and I yelled at her over and over again right back. I love the Burger King in Highland, NY. My order is always correct, hot and fresh!

Pretty good for a fast food Burger King. Never have had a wait too long and the food is always tasty. I do recommend checking out the burger king app. My husband got me hooked on it because they have really good coupons on there ! Sometimes for milkshakes or combos or drinks or fries a variety of options. It's pretty neat ! The drive through is far from the road so you do not have to worry about traffic since this burger king is located on a highway. read more

I was hungry and the only place I could go was BK. It's always the last resort because their food is just plain terrible for some reason. I can't even put my finger on it. It just does not taste fresh no matter what establishment I go too. This time I go there and ask for a chicken bacon sandwich because I can do the burgers. They are bad. I asked for no tomatoes and of course it had tomatoes when I got it. The bacon disintegrated when I opened the rapper. Old and burnt to a crisp. The American cheese was in a stack and not melted. Love this Burger King. It is my go to fast food restaurant in Highland. There food is always so fresh and so delicious. Y'all gotta try that juicy bacon king sandwich. It will knock your socks off. I'm telling ya. Work on your fries tho. read more

sucks, i went there often because i don't like much other fast food and i just so happen to be by this burger king all the times i get hungry and ever time i go they mess something up. the last two times they put tomato and mayonnaise on my sandwich when i asked for them off and it's even modified on the receipt, and they ALWAYS forget my sauce, if i don't ask for a "extra one" at the window they don't put them in the bag. i work in fast food too and i must say this place sucks 4/5 times. removing ingredients off a sandwich you would think would make it more simple, and it does but they don't care they only stick to the build sheet on what they learn and even then it's not consistent. read more

Very rude manager I ordered online order and informed the cashier at the window which was the manager at around 7:00pm 8/19/2021 and she told me with at nasty attitude they didn't have my order I proceeded to show her on my phone and she proceeded to give me a attitude and roll eyes then I parked and contacted Burger King customer support then I ended up going inside the store and they still telling me they never got my order and don't have it and I looked on the rack and saw my order she proceeded to slam my drink on the counter and walk away being rude telling me the order just came through but didn't even try to come outside and notify of them receiving the order I'm not not new to this I know the working inside Burger King former cashier read more

I wish i could leave 0 stars because that's what this location deserves. I came here 3 times today and every time they got the order wrong. After calling the first time ( because i live 20 minutes away ) they didn't even apologize but instead said i should have "checked the bag" and then hung up. I asked for extra sauce which they forgot to put in the bag. They got my drink wrong and i ordered a 4pc chicken tender and only got 3. I hate that place such a joke read more

Open until 1 am... I think not .All the lights on nobody here at 11:45 pm. Went to the door as well. Its locked. Fail to this place for not putting a sign or anything and leaving the lights on including the drive up window. read more
