I'm not sure what's going on with fast food lately but the service seems to have gone downhill everywhere but Chick-fil-A. Three stars because I like the food. When I was young we would go to Burger King not McDonald's and it's still my favorite to this day. I went to the drive-thru so I can't speak to the cleanliness of the facilities inside. This Burger King is the one that is closest to me. A lot of shopping near buy Walmart and Home Depot, Close to the interstate. The times I have gotten food here it is usually good. I do not care for how they prepare and store their lettuce has a weird taste which I have tasted before with other restaurants. I really enjoy their chicken sandwiches, nuggets and fries. Never have eaten inside but their drive-thru line is reasonably quick. Hard to find because it is co-located with a gas station. The first few times I went there I had to circle the area to find it. If you are looking for a quick fast-food meal this Burger King location is good and I would recommend it. read more

I came by to get something to eat and it is horrible here the food was made completely wrong. Then we had to walk up to the window to get them to fix it. we have been to a lot of other places and it was better then here. Once they did fix the fish it was nasty and not cooked long enough and left out a large onion ring two times, I do not recommend going to this Burger King. read more

I really wanted to try the new spicy chicken sandwich from Burger King. It was pouring when I came through the drive thru. I was greeted with a friendly voice and was pleasantly surprised that it was ready so quickly. The sandwich was awesome. It was really fresh and crispy. It tasted almost like a Korean chicken patty with lettuce and tomatoes. The bun was really soft as well. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. Thank you! read more

They have to upgrade this spot. They still have the old self serve machines that give you 10 drink options vs the new ones that give you a hundred. They don't have a napkin dispenser and they didn't have the little cups to put your ketchup in. The place was clean though and the employee was friendly and polite so that was a plus. Worst Burger King ever. You see the sign on interstate 85 for it but once you get off, good luck finding it at dark. I arrived before 10:00pm, went inside and stood for 10 minutes before any employee even spoke to me. Mind you, I was the only customer in there. After waiting, I was told the inside was closed and I'd have to go through the drive thru; which I did and regret. I was the only car in line and waited an additional 10 minutes to even get my change much less another 5 to get my food. read more

I went to the BK drive-thru and started giving my order. In the middle of the order I was told to "hold on". After waiting 10 minutes, I went into the restaurant to espouse my displeasure. The manager didn't want to hear anything and gave me a lame excuse "Sir, we are in a shift change! Sir!". This occurred right after 6 pm and there wasn't one person eating inside. I got fairly annoyed at the manager's arrogance and belligerent behavior. The manager who just got off shift came to my rescue, took my order, apologized for this horrendous event, and comped my meal. The food was good but I was treated like trash by the shift manager. The manager who came to my rescue was totally professional as was one of the guys inside the restaurant who apologized to me for the manager's poor behavior. The manager was so upset that he went outside and smoked a cigarette...in the parking lot. read more

Good food, but absolutely horrible service. Had to send food back 2 times, and cooks in the bad were beyond rude, calling me a "Fucking Pest" and "Dumbass", although I was extremely patient. They tried to charge me for pickles on the chicken sandwich that at every other BK I have ever been to has put on the sandwich for free. The staff wa horribly rude and hateful. They say they're open till 12a but I have been here twice at 10 o'clock and they're not open! If you are not open, that's fine but publicize your correct hours. They ran out of pickles and cheese! Truck should be sometime tomorrow. However this is not uncommon at this restaurant. They have run out of other items before, have messed up orders for drive-through. And as the other person said the service here is very slow. Service is slow but I take it to be a good thing as whatever you order is prepared on the spot rather than sitting around under a heat lamp waiting to be ordered. I usually go in after peak hours (like 7pm to 10pm) so I don't know how quick they are when you want something during lunch or rush hours. Food always turns out great. Employees are friendly and understanding. I also tend to order inside rather than drive-thru but that's just my preference. They aren't any faster, but I see them putting in fresh fries and chicken fries in the oil, so I know it's readily made. read more
