Jersey Mike's subs are always solidly delicious. The fresh sliced meats and "Mike's Way" cannot be beat. This location can get crowded at lunch time. Lots of people are ordering with the App and stopping by to pickup their orders. The location is not really on our radar. We are new to the area, and we stopped by because we received a FREE meal coupon in the mail. Honestly - had we not received that coupon, I would have never known about this location. It's just not in any areas that we frequent. But rest assured that the quality of the food is great. read more

Great customer service. As a person allergic to wheat I can't usually have a sandwich but I heard Jersey Mike's has gluten-free buns. The server asked about my allergy and changed into new gloves to make my sandwich. It was nice to have an Italian sub for the first time since my pre-allergy days. read more

We stopped here for a quick bite to go and were not disappointed! The Italian Giant #13 sandwich was super good and so was the chocolate chip cookie and the staff who waited on us were great! I did let the nice guy who made our sandwich know that he needed to tuck in his homemade bracelet that was made of embroidery thread and a long piece of it had gotten in the way of our food as he was preparing it. I didn't let it bother me but just wanted to mention so this is brought to the mgr's attention to ensure this has been corrected for any and all behind the counter. I stopped in recently with my family and we had the best experience. I traditionally don't write reviews but I felt like this location deserved the note. They were friendly and energetic - Happy we came in for lunch. The food was made fast. Everything tasted great and was fresh. We will definitely be back. Jersey mikes food is always good. However at the Hillsborough NC store tonight I watch the guy adding the condiments be extremely rude to the lady in front of me. This has got to get a 5 star rating from me and I haven't left a 5 star anywhere in awhile. I normally do not eat Jersey Mike's because they cut the pork on the same cutter they cut the Turkey but I noticed a slicer in the back and when I asked about it and informed the manager at 4:40 pm on February 25 th that I don't eat pork products or like it intermingled with my food he used the slicer in the back with no attitude or hesitancy and said it's about the customer. Good man and I haven't seen that type of positive attitude regarding my religious choice of not eating pork in a long time. Thank you I'm sorry I didn't get your name but hopefully this day and time will help everyone know who you are. Man. I love Jersey Mike's and went into this one while heading down to Atlanta. The line was huge, which is fine but each employee was special in their own way. There was a tall blond guy- almost looked European who moved in slow motion whether he was ringing up a customer or placing one banana pepper at a time on a sandwich. No one had specific roles on the line, and the girl slicing meat looked like she hated everyone else that was there. I can't blame her. After 15 minutes, I ordered a giant chicken salad sandwich. A shorter young lady helped and I watched her use a very small spreader to put eight tiny plops of chicken salad on the giant bread. Jersey Mike's is expensive and there was virtually no meat on this bread sandwich. The service was so slow/bad that I faked not having my wallet because I had that little faith in doing something as simple as asking for more chicken. Definitely the worst Jersey Mike's I've seen. read more

Having heard of this chain I wanted to try it so while traveling down south we had the chance. My impression is a big yawn on first glance. We had a hot and cold sub. My wife ordered a chicken cheesesteak style sub. They never got the ticket 3 feet to the grill guy because she had to eventually go up and ask about it a 2nd time (after I already did once) and they finally said "oh, we forgot to make it". Meanwhile my Jersey Shore's favorite was probably good but the mayo and hot peppers were so loaded on top that it was like a soup with some bread and meat floating around in there. Just ruined by the over-condiment-ing. I'd give them a second try in a pinch but with all the people behind the counter you wonder if anyone is really paying attention. read more

If your looking for a good buffalo chicken sandwich, Mike's got it. It's a little messy but tastes pretty good. I've never had anything else from here. You can get their sandwiches as wraps too. I like their ease of ordering online and skip the line order pickup. read more

Pretty upset. I got there 30 minutes after ordering my sub on their app just for them to tell me that they did not receive my order. I showed them the confirmation that it went through and everything said they were going to make it right away and about 2 mins later they ended up finding the sub I ordered. The point is they ran around like a chicken with its head cut off for about 3-4 minutes when it was sitting there the whole entire time. Very unprofessional. read more

Being generous on this second review!! Another call in. Order was ready when I arrived app 18 minutes after placing the order. I was thrilled. Got home and the order was not correct. Pouring rain and I was not going back but called and the manager offered to delivered me a correct sandwich which I refused as the weather was bad and I had a lot to get done. Have been there several times. Service and food was GREAT! This time I tried a call in order. Arrived 15 minutes later and they had not even started it. In fact only after I ask a second time did the cook look at the order. Then did not get it right but did fix it. Waited so long I finally ask if I should just go get in line and place my order as I watched many people in line order and leave! I was offered a brownie for the LONG wait which I refused.
