Hate to say it but it's not as good as it used to be. Dining area needed sweeping. Chicken was changed a while back. Lines inside move slower. Workers are not as pleasant. We had a busy day and my wife decided to stop in the drive thru because she had the kids with her. Not only did they mess up the order but they couldnt accommodate her gift cards she wanted to use and tried to get her to park and go in which she didnt want to do with all 3 kids. Food was average for a chick fil a, maybe a little worse. The fries werent crispy. Normally the staff is great and helpful, I dont know if they were knew and couldnt handle our specifics or what the issue was on their end but it made our experience terrible. This location has been open awhile now and performs lower than other locations in the area. They take way longer and the quality just seems worse than the chick fil a standard. read more

This is not the best CFA. They are very slow no matter which line you use and the food usually comes out cold and chicken hard! What's the point of mobile order to pass the line if I'm sitting for 40 minute waiting for a single biscuit and can't move ahead? The workers are also pretty rude, especially those standing outside with iPads acting so bothered when they need to help a customer. They pick and choose who has to pull around to the curb. They can't keep consistent employees which says they have problems with management. I've never gotten warm fries here. The chicken sometimes taste bad. When you combine good fast food with a well oiled machine staff you have a dynamite operation. Friendly counter service, my #1 breakfast came out immediately and was tasty! The supply area for straws and napkins full and clean. The dining room was clean and a dining room host was cleaning and chatted me up prior to departure. The restrooms were clean. Every chick fil a that I have ever been to has NEVER had a problem putting American cheese on my chicken minis until today! I'm told they can give it to me on the side at the one in Mebane but cannot put it on my minis. This is the last time I will ever come to this chick fil a! Makes no sense at all! I am so annoyed! The food is good but the amount of times I have been there they always get the order wrong I understand it is a stressful job trying to keep up with the orders. Really nice chick fil a! Definitely a newer version. Does not seem as hectic as other locations. I prefer this over the options in Burlington. Parking lot, seating, and drive thru are just so much better. They do run very slow though, and don't seem to be the most efficient. However, I'd rather come to this low stress environment and wait a few more minutes than deal with the parking and crowds at others. read more

Coming back from my trip form Virginia Beach I stopped at a chick fil a cause I was hungry. I noticed the inside was open and I was like HOLY SHIT I gotta go inside cause the chick fil a's in Charlotte are drive through only and it drives me up the border wall. After placing my order I sat down and I kid you not within 5 seconds of sitting down a very professional man Anthony asked me if there would be anything I needed before my food got to me. The entire time I was there Anthony checked up on me many times which made me feel welcome. Now Ive been in the customer service industry for about 4 years now which doesn't seem like a lot but trust me it is. Now getting back on track to what I was saying. Anthony gave me the best customer experience anyone could ask for. He even asked how my food was while I was in the pisser. If that doesn't tell you he's dedicated and committed to his job and to give the customer the best possible experience I don't know what the fuck is. Let's just say this experience was U N I Q U E . The food was good as always because what chick fil a doesn't have good food? ‍ The thing that irritated me about this visit was the customer service. There were probably 2 people in there that had good customer service. They were very busy as always but at other chick fil a's they were never rude or had attitude just because they were busy. My food came out fairly quickly but the individual that handed me my food had nothing but attitude and wouldn't listen to me when I told her that the cup they gave my friend wasn't mine and she hadn't gotten her food yet and she tried taking it anyways. I had to literally argue with her to tell her that she needed to leave it so that someone could bring her her food. Overall I'm just annoyed with the whole experience. read more

This has got to be the worst Chick-fil-A on the planet. From the first day they opened this location has had problems and it continues. Poor. Customer service is terrible many times the employees refuse to acknowledge you unless your the next in line. Orders are wrong on a regular basis. It's partially the employee fault but I blame this on the owner who is not hiring the appropriate management to keep the standard other stores have set. read more

They will do better im sure. Food was excellent as any other chick fil a. Service was about twice as slow but this is only their 2 nd week open. Thebiggest problem was the kids play area. Dont put up a sign that requires supervision if you dont have a manager willing to kick unsupervised kids out. I was grateful when they opened this store. After several visits I will eating there maybe once a month instead of twice a week. At first they served generous portions of high quality chicken and they had lots of staff in the dining area to care for the diners. I am disappointed to say the portions are smaller, not as fresh cooked and the service is not as helpful. The community has many many handicapped and disabled patrons and they do not have an adequate number of parking spaces, plus I have noticed there are a lot of cheaters parking in the designated handicapped parking spaces. Restrooms are generally clean and they are pretty good about cleaning the tables except when the teenagers swipe about half the table tops. read more
