I was a big fan of Burger King and the iconic Whopper as a kid in the 80's & 90's teen growing up but it's definitely fallen off throughout the years and with corporate culture. Heard about the improved Whopper and with the superb CEO's rebuttal of McDonald's CEO silly attempt to do a review, I had to try it. Hadn't been to a Burger King for years and today, I thought it was a good time to try it on a Sunday. I made the mistake of coming to Burger King #4458. There was no one in front of me in line so I thought I would get quick service. No one said hello or acknowledged me or said they would be right with me. After about 4-5 minutes a young lady named Pia finally walked up to a register. I smiled and said hello and she did not. Just stared at me. I then said I am happy to be back and look forward to trying the improved Whopper and she just stared at me again. It felt cold and I clearly can see she did not value my business nor did she care about what I was saying nor the quality of my experience. I don't expect Michelin star service at a Burger King, but c'mon, show a little respect and courtesy or find a different job to work at. I told her the meal was for dine-in and when my number was called, they put it in a to-go bag. I asked for a tray so I could enjoy my meal on clean surface but Pia and a young man said they did not have any trays. Well, it is what it is and the lemonade was out as well, so fingers crossed the Whopper would be good. The Whopper was pretty good but not like it used to be but it definitely was better. The fries were mediocre and that's all I have to say about the food - but it was the indifference and lack of effort from the staff that left me feeling insulted and disappointed with my return to Burger King. I gave you another chance and because of Pia and her team, I feel like I wasted my time and money and I won't be back. I asked Pia for the franchise's contract info and she just walked away from me. Wow what terrible food. I've always loved the original chicken sandwich. I went through the drive thru at 11am. That should mean fryers are fresh and food is fresh, right? Honestly I used to go inside because it seems in the drive thru they either don't care or hate doing it. Once it took me more than 15 minutes to just order in the drive thru. I wasted about 3 miles worth of gas waiting in line. There was only one person in front of me.I don't think I got the right change. Also for some reason the same woman will tell me through the drive thru that they have no barbecue sauce and then inside it's a different story. Recently, though, I went inside and tried to order but the cashier Lester was so rude. I tried verifying I ordered correctly and it's like he was offended that I thought he got my order wrong. Idk if he had a bad day before I ordered, but that doesn't give him a reason to take such a rude tone with his customers. I mainly come here bc it's off of 249 and nearby. I came to this location after working a 12 hour shift. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 10:56 PM. When i got there i was told to pull up. My food was brought out to me. The food was cold and the fries were dry and hard. I asked them to remake my food they took the bags back and proceeded to give me the same cold and dry fries that were given back to them along with the lukewarm warm burgers. ABSOLUTE WORST Burger King that I have ever visited. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! First we were given out cups to fill our drinks and the Coke and anything with fizz...did not have any fizz! I told a worker that there was no fizz from the drink machine. He looked at me like a deer in headlights. As we were waiting for our food, I figured out why. They were all speaking Spanish back in the food prep area - all of the time. They never spoke to him in English. When we got our food we were missing one Whopper Jr. Then we found out that we were given a regular Whopper versus a BBQ Whopper. Both times had to show receipt, bring the bag back, etc. We ordered 2 Ranch dressings for the pickle fries - we had to go back because they forgot. There was another guy in there trying to get a refund - he had eaten inside. The drive through guy had to run outside to take things - the one time I saw they forgot Ranch dressing and were taking that out to a car. If I could give less than one star I would! The food was okay - fries not hot. DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES TO ANOTHER BURGER KING IF YOU MUST HAVE BK. I was literally made fun of by the short chubby Latino guy for ordering a few sauces. For some reason the sauces are a real sore point for them here. Hi came in for a quick stop on our way back home Little Rock Arkansas. Drive thru was long so decided to come in. There were 3 workers in the front. I only had one issue with one of the employee by the name of Lester Latino dude. I do not think its polite to talk about the customers. I live right this newly built Burger King and have not seen more than a couple cars in the driveway at a time. Unfortunately, this is the only BK location close to me. Every time I go there I get the same thing, Whopper with NO onions, extra Mayo, Tomatoes, and Pickles. I am usually served a whopper with Onions and regular condiments. Today 11/18 @7pm the cashier in the front saw us walking in and when we walked up to the cash register she turned around and got on her phone while we stood there in the front of the cash register waiting for her to get off her phone. she then took my order and she charged me for 2 meals when I had only asked for one , when she told me the total i questioned it and asked her if that was the total for one meal she then proceed to tell me yes. This was very disturbing on so many levels but the potential risk of getting sick was scary.
