I confess, like Burger King's Whooper above almost any other burger. Sadly, more recently that is only true one of their "good days." It's the same with their customer service/delivery. This store in particular has increasingly failed to provide accurate orders. This weekend I placed a drive through order including 4 Whoppers. It was a moderately large order so (my bad) I didn't inventory, grabbed the three bags, and left. Arriving home I discovered 2 Whoppers were missing. After several back and forth emails with their Corporate AI (Daniel) they offered me a $10 coupon as a replacement for the $12.98 (less tax) worth of burgers. I declined. My logic being I would enjoy turning it down and sharing this story more than the value of a $10 coupon. The lesson is obvious and not new; always check your food order. I won't stop liking Whoppers, but sadly I will have difficulty going back to this store. read more

First off I order two jr whoopers took them 4 min to take my order in drive through I am at the window it's been a total of 11 min if you want fast food this place is a joke. Get some real managers instead a guy sitting in the back smoking a girl outside talking on her phone. The owner of this business should be ashamed of themselves. This is the second order on DoorDash today that they got wrong, I'm going to attach the receipt and what I got, paid for a whopper with everything and a large onion ring, I got a hamburger with cheese on it nothing else, and the onion rings were mixed in with a chicken, tender and french fries tried to call them and no answer. The food is delicious but not that healthy. The bathroom is average for a public bathroom. The service 50/50. You can come on a Sunday wait for 30 minutes and then be told that there not taking anymore orders. On the week though the service is great. The ambiance is rather quiet and is not that sketchy. If I could give this place no star I would definitely do that. The food is definitely not made to order nor fresh. The chicken fries we got were over cooked and dried. The mozzarella sticks were burnt to the point where you can't even chew it and there's no cheese. The whoppers patties were old like it been sitting there since the restaurant opened. Ordered 3 meals from the Huntersville Burger King. Had door dash deliver. Once we received the order, we found that there were missing items. I called the store and spoke to a low level manager who just blamed Door Dash. How can it be there fault delivering a sealed bag that BK screwed up the order. Just amazing the lack of any customer service what so ever. She actually said to have the dasher return to pick up the rest of the food. I usually limit myself to fast food chains as a means to provide limited nourishment while on a long car drive. But this weekend we were babysitting my niece and nephew, and when we asked them where they wanted to go for lunch they chose Burger King. The one thing I hate about the location is that it's a pain to get to, as there is no direct turn off of Sam Furr Rd. Once we managed to get there, I found the store to be clean and we were served mighty quickly for it being lunchtime on a Sunday (note: we did not use the restrooms so I can't vouch for their upkeep.) The food was cooked to order with no problems. The kids enjoyed going outside into the play area, and we killed some time there. I guess BK is good if you need someplace quick to eat or need to give the kids something to do for a bit. There are better chains out there with better quality food, but you get what you pay for here. read more

This is the worst service I have ever received!! Ordered at 11:30 and waited at the drive thru for over 15mins as they kept me waiting at the first window because their food wasn't ready. Then proceeded to have me go to the next window and tell me to move up to the front of the building to wait even longer for the food. After I asked to speak to the manager which was Chuck Ortiz which is the assistant manager and he was beyond rude. He gave me excuses and didn't even offer anything after the wait. I asked for a refund and that took forever also. When I asked for the managers first and last name all they would tell me is Chuck. He was covering his name tag and telling me I'm the only chuck that works here, after I said that's not what I asked, I asked for your last name as well, he proceeded to cover his name tag and tell me again I'm the only Chuck that works here. Just happened to see his last name as he was pulling his hand off his name tag and backing away from the window. Now you can see why this place is so low rated. The service that we received at this fast food restaurant was quite bad! Want to get cheated out of food and have horrible customer service to boot? This is your place! Drove through the drive through on this lovely November 2nd evening at 6:30pm and was met with an obviously very unhappy person who should not be interfacing with people AT ALL to be quite honest. She was very short for absolutely no reason from the get go. I continued to be courteous and her disposition never changed. Ordered a Whopper with Bacon & Cheese (hold the tomato) meal, Homestyle cheeseburger with only ketchup meal, Nuggets, Fries and a drink. Went home to find that although we checked and had 2 burgers, 3 fries and 3 drinks, that what should have been the Bacon Cheeseburger w/ no tomato was in fact a plain burger with tomato, mustard and ketchup. Really!? So 2 people couldn't manage to get 2 burgers properly put together and packaged with the 3 fries, nuggets and 3 drinks? Wow! And no, it was NOT busy at the time so there is not even that excuse to use (and I now know why.) The parking lot was next to empty, we drove right up to the ordering speaker and then immediately up to the window to pay and proceeded to sit there and watch the lady on the headset help her co-worker get the food ready. Thinking the days are numbered one his place. Management really needs to think twice about the type of service they are offering, better training and oversight and maybe even consider mystery "shoppers" like other businesses do. It is needed desperately to help turn things around. Don't waste your money here for fast food y'all. Take a few extra minutes and head over to Cook Out and enjoy their burgers and fries for a MUCH better meal for your dollar!! I accidentally placed an order twice using my phone because I thought it did not go through but I I notified the casher when I picked up my order and I requested a refund. The cashier lady said it will credit back to my bank account within couple days but it never did. The lady also gave me the phone number of her manager. His name is Shawn. I contacted him and he said my money will credit back to my account within 7 to 10 days, but again it never did. This location is run by a whole bunch of crooks. read more

Very rude customer service. Me and my son went to have dinner at Burger King tonight. As we were ordering our food the manager came over to the cashier and started chit-chatting. I was literally mid sentence. I turned around and went to walk out.
