Always been a fan of the Panda Express. Yesterday they only had 3 people working. They same guy that made the orders, had to ring you out, and answer phones. You are one of the few places open in that area and specialize in take out... really should have a full staff. My biggest concern is even though the guy is using the scooping spoons, he really needs to have on gloves because he was also handling the money.

Where is my order , the Cindy not following my ordering. Only the vegetable , and hot orange chicken and sesame CB .

I ordered the plate : vegetables and 2entrees for my family. The vegetables is looks not enough.service name is Cindy , she is poor to us, when I asked , did you give me the vegetables enough or not? She answered me about : you want to more, I can give you more. And said the past time, did you think it was enough? ?

I ordered this location through DoorDash and never in my life have I seen a Panda Express with this low quality food!!!!! The walnut shrimp was mushy and the batter was falling off the shrimp! The chicken teriyaki had no teriyaki sauce, tasted old, and was shredded so bad like literal pieces and mainly fat! The rice was hard and a joke. This has made me so mad and a waste of my time and money. Don't visit this place! I would give them a -5!!!!!!!!!!!!

A proper orange chicken bowl! What it is suppose to look like. Not what I got!

I got the worst service tonight I have ever got there. I asked for an orange chicken bowl with rice! There wasn't even a full scoop of orange chicken. When I went back inside to complain the woman supervisor on duty only wanted to give me more rice, she threw away the entire bowl when I told her I wanted the chicken I am paying for. Why couldn't he just put a total of one scoop of chicken I stead of throwing away the entire thing? I spent A LOT of money at Panama Express and I drove 30 minutes out of my way to go get something to eat there. I left hungry and very angry! I will never spend my money there again!

Service was fast and friendly. Sides were old but the entrees were fresh, hot, and flavorful. I remember the rice and chow mein being better but I would rather fill up in meat than carbs. One of my entrees was made to order since it wasn't available and when I received it, there was so much sauce it leaked through and broke the paper plate. It was at that moment I noticed the back of the plate had been used as scratch paper of some sorts.

It's a little drive from where she stays--not too far, but absolutely worth it. The food is always fresh and consistently delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming every time we visit. I normally go for my usual favorites: shrimp fried rice, wings, and an egg roll. My sister likes to get the egg drop soup, and my mom usually enjoys the shrimp fried rice as well. There's something comforting about the combination of flavors and the warm, inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this spot because you truly will not be disappointed. It's the kind of place where every visit feels like a little treat, and the food always leaves you satisfied and coming back for more.

I had time chew the chicken, the spring roll had a unpleasant unfamiliar taste( could have been the oil). The pork lo mein was pretty good and the fried dumplings were just okay. The service was friendly as always and the ambiance is a basic Chinese restaurant with a few chairs

Tried this place for the first time last week and it was better than expected…read more Everything was great. Veggies and spinach bun was a shareable appetizer of 2 buns. Kind of reminded me of the texture of spanakopita in a bun. They were generously filled and delicious. Yangzhou fried rice had a mix of scallops, shrimp, chicken and veggies. Portion was huge, husband could barely finish it. I ordered spicy wonton in chili oil, and mini spare ribs in black bean sauce dim sum. Loved them both. Seasonings and spice level were perfect. I'd order those again. We also got a selection of dumplings - pork and veggie shumai, steamed potstickers, and crystal shrimp dumplings. Loved all of them. I love the relaxed vibe here. Our server was attentive, professional and gave us space to enjoy our meal with minimum interruptions. We were greeted when we arrived and she waved goodbye when we left. While dining, I saw quite a number of takeout orders picked up by customers and dashers, which is something we'll definitely do in the future. The dining area and bar are in one big room with huge windows that make the space feel spacious and light. Even tho it's one big room, tables aren't crammed together. Music is low enough to talk at normal volume. We really enjoyed our first time here, plan to eat here again and highly recommend it if you haven't been.

The Food- The Ambience-…read more The Service- I visited this place from out of town and the food was so dang good, I almost ordered a second helping of the eggplant dish just to bring back to Va. I didn't even get a picture of it because I was in a trance. I also had the braised beef noodle soup (pictured), top tier please visit this place. I'm plotting my next outing JUST to go here. I am a foodie at heart. My friend had the Ma-La Dried Peppers Chicken, that was also incredible. Everything has sooooo much flavor. The eggplant was hands down the best I've ever had in my life. Go on their website, the food looks just like the pictures in real life. It's also super clean inside. Just go, you won't be disappointed !

This review is for Sun's Kitchen, tucked down near LoSo/Lower South End, and let me tell you --…read morethese dan dan noodles absolutely hit the spot. I was in one of those "I need noodles immediately" moods, and Sun's Kitchen did not disappoint. I called my order in for takeout, and everything was packed perfectly. No leaks, no mess, still hot when I got home, and the portion was surprisingly generous for the price. The dan dan noodles here are rich, savory, a little spicy, and incredibly comforting. If you're not familiar with them, dan dan noodles are a classic Sichuan street food dish from Chengdu traditionally tossed in a spicy, numbing ma-la sauce with pork, scallions, and pickled vegetables. Sun's Kitchen does a really delicious version that's flavorful without feeling too heavy. The noodles have that perfect chewy texture, and every bite has just enough heat to keep you going back for more. If you're someone who's curious about ethnic food but maybe unsure where to start, this is honestly a great entry-level dish. Yes, there's a little spice, but it's approachable and balanced. The dining room itself is modern and beautiful, and now that they serve beer and wine, I definitely need to come back and enjoy a full dine-in experience instead of rushing home with takeout. The only caveat is the parking lot can get a little chaotic since it's shared with neighboring businesses, especially during busy hours. But trust me, it's worth circling for a spot. Charlotte, there's a big wide world of food out there, and places like Sun's Kitchen make exploring it easy and delicious. Get out there and eat your way through it.
