I was not feeling fries today so I darted to order a fruit cup, but the price seemed off. I checked the price with fries. Chik Fila was charging an extra $1.60 for fruit! Checked for the side salad and also kale. Same $1.60 up charge! So I went with fries. My favorite way to eat fries is with a half and half mix of Texas Pete and ketchup. So I ordered 2 Texas Pete and a ketchup. When I opened the bag at the office, no ketchup! So I ordered what I did not really want because it was cheaper, and didn't even get that. Do you like big breasts? I've eaten at many different fast food establishment and the Spicy Chicken filet that was on my Pretzel Club was massive. It must have come from Dolly the Chicken! I've NEVER had a bad experience at Chick-fil-a until December 2nd 2023. This particular Chick-fil-A I love because i am from Huntersville but I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service. I came through the line and ordered two medium drinks and two medium fries which brought the total to $10.54. When I went to pay with my Apple Cash card, I was charged $24.62. When I told and showed the employee this, she said "that's weird, on my end it's saying it didn't go through." When she got her manager, I was told the food still has to be paid for but the money should be back in my account and if it wasn't to give them a call. Because I had my niece with me I just paid again and left. Two days passed before I gave them a call and spoke to a manager. When I explained the situation she rudely said and I QUOTE "we can't just give you a random amount of money back if there's no receipt for it". When asked if this happens often I was told "we do have weird electronic issues from time to time and your best bet is to call your bank and we do apologize". It sounded like a script. I understand things happen, I used to work in retail management, but it's not a lot about what you do, it's how you recover from it. They could've been nicer or have comped my food if they really wanted to but they didn't. Now I'm out $35.16 for fast food. Awesome. What's not to love about CFA?! Polite employees, yummy chicken, crispy waffle fries, delicious shakes, fresh salads, etc!

Holy Moly! It's such a busy Chick-Fil-A location! I ALWAYS come here for lunch and I ALWAYS make sure to order ahead on the app to avoid standing in line forever. (Work lunches can only be so long unfortunately!) The food is hot and fresh. The food is just like other locations though. Not much to say about it other than you can't go wrong with chicken nuggets and strips. They have amazing dipping sauces that you can try to change up according to your taste. I like to stick with the Polynesian and chick-fil-a sauce. (I even take some home to add to my chicken at home!) Their sauces can really make any meal great! I love a restaurant that has Coke Zero on the fountain drink selection and Chick-Fil-A definitely has that! If you're into play grounds for the kids this one looks to have a nice play area. I don't have any kids but it sure does look like fun! Right now they have this amazing seasonal Key Lime milk shake that I highly suggest. I'll keep coming here for lunch as long as I can order ahead on the app! That lunch crowd turns this location into a zoo. read more

I was unable to redeem my reward, despite trying over & over again! So I decided to order reluctantly from the drive through. It wasn't busy, which was a pleasant surprise but I ended up getting the wrong drink & my grilled chicken sandwich was just terrible! The bun was literally crumbly & falling apart, probably because it was stale & the chicken was almost non existent. But then we were astonished to see huge lines of cars wherever we went. I really like this CFA! Glad it's the closest one to me. Although it's not the most accessible especially during rush hour traffic, the service is fast and friendly! Plenty of parking available. I usually use the drive-thru and regardless of how many vehicles are in front of me, they manage to get me in and out in under 10 minutes! They usually have two team members taking orders outside, one member giving receipts and handing out condiments, and another member handing orders outside of the drive-thru window. I have been to many chick-fil-A's. They have always been amazing and accommodating to making adjustments even with the fruit cup. However, today was a different story at this location. My daughter only eats the strawberries and apples in the fruit cup. I asked if they could make this adjustment. The one girl was unsure if it could be done so she asked two other associates one of which was a manager. Both said no because they pre-fill the cups. I get that helps save time but there is such a thing as allergies and a restaurant should take this into consideration. I will say there was another young lady working who took notice to what had happened and even though she wasn't a manager she apologized on there behalf and offered both of my kids a free ice cream. The manager should definitely take lessons from her employees on customer service. Thank you to the 2 young ladies who made an effort. Chick-fil-A is always soooo good and the service, it's like these employees get set off to boot camp for 6 months and come back ready to go and move at a high efficiency. This is the closest location to me and really I've never had a service issue. The only major down side to this CFA is the location, it's a bit hard to get too, if you've got a lowered car or a super car you probably want to park in the street and walk. Other than that no issues! Side note last night saw the longest I've ever waited for CFA and I understand it's a restaurant, things can get backed up, not to mention the drive thru Line was wrapping the building. I was surprised that when I did receive my food I was give a card for a free CFA Sandwich!!! Literally the WORST chicfila experience I have EVER had I am disgusted by the lack of customer service at this location and I will honestly never way chicfila again because of this. I didn't receive half my order yesterday morning so I called and was told I was going to receive a phone call from the office manager. Never received a call so I went up there and to just get what I paid for and I was given the run around. Still left unhappy and my friends have been telling me to stop giving chicfila. Just have to circle around to get in line. 2 lines offered but 2nd line is often blocked off...why? Would make for a faster drive thru. Friendly associates. Stopped by this location the other day for breakfast/lunch. We got there at 10:40 so just past the cut off time for breakfast. I believe someone was getting trained because when we got online 2 ladies were on one register but it took them a few minutes before they started to help us. Once you place your order usually they ask what sauces you would like. No one asked us that. We only had to wait about 5 minutes for our food and it was brought to our table. When our food was brought we then had to ask for sauces. One order asked for fruit instead of fries and our order was wrong. The staff fixed it quickly and we got to keep the extra fries! As for the food, delicious!! You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-a. The only other issue with this store was that every booth we tried to find was dirty and we had to wipe off the table and booth before we sat down. Another great example of this fine franchise. They make delicious chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, and my favorite- the cookies and cream milkshakes. What sets chick-fil-a apart however, is the customer service. The young lady taking my order was so incredibly friendly and helpful. I also had another employee visit my table twice to ask how we were doing, if we needed anything, and if we needed drink refills. Combine service like that with delicious food and a fun place for families, and you've got yourself a five star fast food experience. This is a great restaurant in a nice location, just be prepared for long waits if you're using the drive-thru. Just stop on in and enjoy the environment. read more
