From the charcuterie to the fresh vegetables, everything looked fresh and delicious. The fact that there was not one speck of food or debris littering the floor or the areas surrounding the bowls was clear indication that someone was monitoring that area with meticulous detail. The meat options brought to our table were diverse, well prepared, and brought to the table slightly faster than we could eat them! We never found ourselves waiting for anything as the service was incredibly attentive. A very nice and much appreciated personal touch was added by a couple of check in visits during dinner from Gabriel, the sales manager and Sebastian, the general manager - both of whom showed genuine interest in how our experience was.
