    Buffalo Chicken Tenders

If you're looking for a good drink and a good(spicy) burger, look no further! Their margaritas are incredible!!! So delicious, made my day brighter. We had the Brujeria burger, it was big, spicy, and so flavorful!!! We also got buffalo chicken tenders and fries, they were pretty good. I expected them to be a bit spicier, even so, they had decent flavor. It's a pretty cool place, I love their artwork, it's a bit loud, but I'd go back and hang out in their patio. Service was very slow, a table was sat down and given water, they waited close to 13 minutes before they decided to leave. It was a bit of a struggle to get our servers attention for more water, a to go box, and the check. I'm not sure if it was due to a lack of employees or if it was slow. Either way, their food is pretty good.

A friend who's local to Indy recommend recommended this spot. He told me about the vibe. I was not found on the atmosphere of Kumas Corner. It has a Gothic theme. They were blasting, heavy metal music, which gives me a headache. So I placed my order for takeout. I had the Y.O.B. burger + The housemaid chips were delicious. The service was good as well.

The best spicy margarita in town hands down! I love bringing my kindle or a book to the bar and ordering a burger and/or french fries and a drink or two. The food is always great, and the environment at the bar is welcoming. The music is different from what I typically listen to, but is a nice change of pace and enjoyable. I have a gluten allergy and just do a burger with no bun when I want a burger and fries. The horseradish mayo with fries is incredible, but you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.

Came in for dinner on a Saturday about 530 and had an ok experience. (Note- I used to live in Chicago and went to the Chicago location monthly, so I do love their food.) This "biker bar" feel is great for Fountain Square neighborhood. Pros -Selection- They have a great selection of fun burgers, all named after a metal band/song. (Fun theme) - Speed- From time ordered until we had our food, was about 15 minutes, and considering how busy, not bad. - Atmosphere- The atmosphere is great here and fun teeming with music, artwork, and graffiti in bathroom. Flavor- Food has great flavor and for $20, plenty of food! Cons - Food- While quick, Burger was a bit overcooked and fries were underdone (a bit soggy?), and buns was a bit tough and stale. (They could also use coleslaw(?) as a side, as it would go perfect with many of their sandwiches.) - Service- While quick, our waiter was just eh. Definitely a must-try for burger-lovers, rock music fans, or someone wanting something new!

I've been meaning to go to Kuma's Corner ever since I moved to Indy back in 2021 and today was finally the day. I had heard here that they gave smaller portions during lunch so I went during lunch-- not sure if I was supposed to ask for the lunch menu but ended up just getting the (at least what I think was) normal sized burger. I got the Plaguebringer which was quite good. Fries were excellent too. Server friendly. Overall good experience, loved the atmosphere and the rock music. Would certainly go again if I was in Fountain Square & hankering for a burger.

Love me some Kuma's. Went years ago to the Chicago locations. First time here in Indy. Food is fresh & delicious as always. Their house made sauces are second to none. The service is always on point. Staff are super nice. The atmosphere is the best: Heavy Metal!

Kuma's Corner has been on my list of places to try for the last couple of years. I heard you always have to wait which is why I hadn't been. I did notice that they allow you to get in line now so that's what I did, which actually worked out perfectly. When I arrived we were able to be seated right away. I really hadn't done much research so didn't know what to expect other than they have good burgers. What I didn't know is it is very heavy metal themed. Everyone is very tattooed and wearing kind of goth clothing and they were playing hard rock music which isn't really my thing but I think the people who were there probably knew it and it's their thing. The burgers appear to be named after Heavy Metal "things", not quite sure what but I'm guessing, maybe like Heavy Metal groups or something. So to the food, they have a variety of burgers (again themed) but they offer different toppings not just your usual burgers which is nice. The fries are amazing as well. It is located in Fountain Square, so parking can be a challenge. We took an uber so didn't worry about it but if you didn't just beware of that.

If you're heading to Kuma's Corner, be prepared for loud rock and metal music, it's part of the full experience! I ordered the famous Kuma burger with fries and added a side of mac & cheese. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The burger lived up to the hype, but the real standout for me was the mac & cheese, so good that it's now a must order every time I go! Service was great too, friendly, quick, and attentive. Definitely a spot to check out if you love bold flavors and a lively atmosphere!

Food: My goodness! My burger was cooked perfectly. Loved all of the topics. The chicken strip sandwich was great and seasoned well. I really wanted more buffalo sauce on mine because it was so tasty. Next time I'll ask for some on the side. My only complaint was I'm not a fan of the pretzel like bun because the bread isn't soft. Service: My girl Kathie was amazing. As a first timer, she was attentive and helped walk me through the menu. She was so good I had to speak with the manager and compliment her. The kitchen staff even cut my burgers in half after being delivered because I was sharing with someone else. Ambiance: Heavy metal/gothic grunge music and art vibes. I was cool with it! Music wasn't too loud during the day so I could still hold a conversation. Pretty good natural daylight too. My only negative comment is about the bathrooms. The smell gave old grimey bathroom.

Best burgers on the planet? That would be a no for me. They were packed on a Saturday night so I had high expectations. Servers were great and clearly doing their best. The food however did not deliver. The burgers were cold, pretzel buns for all burgers is not the move (in my humble opinion) and were cold/hard. Flavor was just not there and the patties were super dense. The only saving grace were the fries that weren't even that great but when compared to the burger were the only thing I really wanted to keep eating. Music inside is LOUD so be prepared for that if you want to have a conversation with the people at your table. All in all I just expected more and was left disappointed.

Love this place! I work very close to this location, and I have gone for drinks and food with my coworker besties. Both times, I ordered half a house salad with buffalo tenders and ranch. It is a pretty typical salad, but the best part is the sauce. They do a great job in coating their chicken with buffalo sauce and is helps add some flavor to the salad itself. My friend ordered the jalapeno poppers as an appetizer. They were very creamy and filled with chorizo. The raspberry sauce complemented it very well. My only complaint was that the breading didn't have much flavor, but the sauce helped with that for sure. The real STAR of the show is their Bloody Mary. I asked for it spicy, and they delivered! I am a Bloody Mary stan, but there's is especially tasty. I have no idea what spices they use, but that mixed with the lime and lemon they garnish it with makes it PERFECT!! The service there is amazing as well. We sat on the patio, and it was a beautiful and sunny. Overall incredible vibes!!

Fried Pickles were so good! I loved that they were spears instead of slices. Perfect breading and crunch factor

We enjoyed sitting outside and getting a breeze. There were a lot of people with their dogs so it made it even more enjoyable!

Mushroom burger can't remember the name.

What can I expect from their beer menu? I can't locate one online. I'm hoping for a couple ipa's and a variety of other beers.

Extensive beer list with multiple IPA options. You’ll be pleased!

Do they have a kids menu.?

    Not that I can recall.

I had a friend tell me they were a 21 and over place like my brothers keeper, are they 21 and over only?

Not at all. All are welcome, they even have high chairs for the little ones

Is the music played super loud? Would an autistic individual with sensory issues be comfortable at this establishment with noise?

Kuma's is very loud. They would definitely be uncomfortable with sensory issues.

    Where's the brunch menu?

I really don't think the menu changes. I could be wrong but even if it does, I can't imagine it changing much.

The old Bavarian charm remains throughout the restaurant. Our visit this time was prior to the MJ MUSICAL at Old National. It's right across the street. The staff is well aware of their diner's itinerary and backs certain you can enjoy cocktails, wine, and dinner in time for the 7:00 pm start time. I applaud that courtesy. It was evident that our server, Cindy was a seasoned employee (20 years). Her attention throughout our visit left us wanting for nothing. I noticed many times her surveying our table for refills, empty plates. Her big smile and friendly personality only added to the exceptional experience. The food is prepared in the traditional German style. It is rich and very filling. The portions are enormous. Our party enjoyed an appetizer of Brat & Kraut balls and entrees of Schnitzel Parm., Jäeger schnitzel, spinach dinner salad with hot bacon dressing and my favorite "Oxtail Soup". Just the item for a cold winter night. Patrons of OLD NATIONAL CENTER shows should start their evening off right with dinner at THE RATHSKELLER. You won't be disappointed.

Perhaps we caught them on a bad night, and are giving them the benefit of the doubt. The Biergarten had quite the crowd and would be worth a visit during Oktoberfest.

We planned to make an afternoon of it since it's an hour drive to Greencastle from Indy and stopped in at Lost Hollow for some beers before stopping in at a local antique shop and then heading home. It was the perfect way to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon. I'm not sure if they have a parking lot or not because we parked on the street. We were seated right away and our server was very sweet. It was very empty inside, just one other person sitting at the bar. Later on, a few more tables filled up with people coming in for lunch. My first beer was the Duke Lager and my husband got the Little Jeff Hefeweizen. We both really enjoyed them! Crisp and cold and refreshing. Their food menu looked really good too, but we had just eaten before coming in, so I would love to come back with friends for lunch or dinner and some beers. I ended up ordering a 2nd beer, the canned pumpkin imperial ale, and it was very rich and delicious. My husband thought it was a little too sweet, but I love pumpkin ales and loved it. The inside is spacious with lots of plants in the windows and a big stage, so I'm sure they get busy when there is live music. The bathrooms were big and very clean. They have a bid deck out front with comfortable looking patio furniture. We honestly would have sat outside even though it was a little bit chilly if it hadn't been raining. No one asked if everything was okay even though most of my food was untouched. The food... my salad (house greens) was a great little salad! I say this despite finding a hair on the plate when I was about 2/3 through. My mussels and fries were not great. The fries were mid - they tasted kind of overdone or as if the oil were old. The mussels were actively bad. The portion (an app) was pretty small. There was hardly any broth/wine and they weren't piping hot. Also, they were actually not tasty and the texture was rubbery. They remained in front of me, uncleared, even after I closed my tab. They did not smell good. I don't anticipate being sick but I do anticipate being hungry.
