I opted for the California Lobster and Crab Roll. This roll was stuffed! I had to eat some of the filling before I could attempt eating the roll as a whole, which was delicious even on its own. I was greeted immediately and given a regular menu and a specials menu. A cup of coffee almost magically appeared and I have to say it was one of the best cups of restaurant coffee I've ever had! They have an extensive menu, everything from pancakes to waffles, eggs in every iteration you can imagine, to oatmeal! I decided on a spinach/mushroom/onion omelet with home fries a side of bacon and rye toast. You choose omelets come with one filling, additional are $1 each. The omelet was good but was helped by some salt & pepper. The home fries were tasty with just the right amount of onion but the bacon was overcooked for my taste though I know many people like theirs extra crispy. There were two waitresses and they both were friendly and attentive. By the time I was ready to leave every table was taken but there were still seats at the counter. These fries were made to order and served piping hot, with a perfect delicate crispness that held up beautifully under the generous toppings. The meat was tender, flavorful, and clearly slow-cooked with care. Every bite was better than the last -- honestly, it was even better than I expected. The food truck itself was impressively clean and smelled incredible from the mix of barbecue and fried goodness wafting out. The very beautiful woman taking orders had such a kind, pleasant face that she instantly brightened my day. And major kudos to the cook -- whoever's running the grill is an absolute star.
